The Food Factory In Fiesole

We met up with friends for a Christmas getaway. We enjoyed the self-service menu, which offers a wide variety of dishes, including desserts for those with a sweet tooth. Excellent food, excellent value. The place is quiet, and if you're in a group, you can reserve a table. There's no cover charge or water. We ordered their homemade panettone, which is highly recommended. At the bar, I had a coffee that tasted like coffee, not burnt like it often does even in Michelin-starred establishments. On Friday evenings, they host an aperitivo, not to be missed.

Fabulous APERITIF on Fridays! Excellent quality food, plentiful, and so much variety... I can't wait to go back! I forgot about the amazing desserts... 😋
