20/11/2025: The atmosphere was lovely and the service was very friendly. The dessert was out of this world, in fact, it was called Saturn! The entree was very nice and delicious; we had a burger and a salad of the month. The prices, in my opinion, were a bit high. But we had a good time.

04/11/2025: We were looking for a nice place to eat after the Empoli Half Marathon, and I found it by chance on Google. I have to say, it didn't disappoint and far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location, surrounded by vineyards, ample parking, lovely atmosphere, great food, excellent service. The restaurant was packed, with several family tables, and yet everything ran smoothly. I'll be back! 👏

08/10/2025: It was our first time at Donna Riccarda and we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the courtesy, and especially the food. The first courses were excellent, especially the Cinta Senese white ragù (exceptional!), and the Florentine steak was top-notch. The price was absolutely reasonable.

However, for this restaurant, I'm happy to make an exception, because it's an experience worth sharing. From the moment I booked, I already knew it was a special place, where kindness reigns supreme. My expectations were not disappointed; on the contrary, they exceeded them. Immaculate Ambience: The atmosphere is refined and very pleasant. Impeccable Service: One of the best I've ever had (and I've even worked in the industry!). The professionalism and courtesy of the staff are a real strength. Excellent Food: A divine experience for the palate. I ate everything with gusto and absolute pleasure. Every dish is a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. Exciting Cuisine: The cuisine is not only exquisite, but also has the power to unlock profound memories and sensations. Reasonable Price: The price is absolutely in line with the high quality offered. I was here in pleasant company, and the experience was made even more perfect. In short, a highly recommended experience. I'll be back often!

02/08/2025: The quality of the ingredients (meat, bun, etc) is very good, however: 1. the meat was very dry and not juicy at all (we ordered 4 burgers and they were all dry) 2. Missing ingredients (example no pancetta croccante which we paid extra for and since we did take away, by the time we arrived home it was too late to go back) 3. ONE HOUR wait for 4 burgers to go! We have two children, they should have advised that the there was going to be such a long wait. We noticed that the Glovoo runners were coming and going so it seems those orders have priority. We had our drinks while waiting for the meal, so not ideal, especially if you have kids filled up on soda and then not hungry enough to finish their meal. There's potential to be a great place, they just need to focus and organize better. Maybe hire another person to help things go smoother.

03/10/2025: We went to this restaurant in the evening. The "all you can eat" meal costs €29 per person. The problem is that this is false: in fact, most dishes are limited in number when ordering on a tablet, especially the expensive ones. The food is average, but this lie is unacceptable: you can't eat as much as you want despite the high price of the meal.
