29/12/2024: Cozy restaurant even if it has a bit of mold and dust. The typical first courses of the area are not served, which is serious. Furthermore, the waitress didn't tell us all the dishes of the day, only adding them to the dessert.

Breakfast was a real experience: rich, genuine and entirely vegan. 16/02/2025: It is not easy to manage a historical heritage without distorting it: Erik and Eleonora succeed admirably without losing sight of creativity and experimentation. Sleeping in a 13th century monastery in the rooms that once belonged to the monks and in the morning going down a staircase to enjoy breakfast in the internal room or on the magnificent terrace is priceless! You will not be disappointed even by choosing the restaurant's proposals: the vegetable menu varies every month following the seasonality and the inventiveness of the young chef, together with the truly remarkable cocktails. For us it has become a place of the heart: returning is always a new experience where past and future blend harmoniously.

16/02/2025: Come sempre buonissimo, cibo tipico toscano e qualità eccellente! Noi abbiamo preso due primi e poi cervello fritto e lampredotto. Location stupenda e prezzi sotto la media.

06/12/2024: Un'ottima trattoria Toscana con il pregio di offrirti una bella vista sulla vallata ricca di vigneti e oliveti. Un menù interessante arricchito con piatti particolari come ad esempio il "frittino" tra gli antipasti composto da fritto di salvia, di formaggio, di polenta aromatizzata e di frittelle di zucchine e cipolle: squisito. Ottime le pappardelle al sugo di coniglio e i pici con funghi e carciofi. Il fritto di carni miste (pollo, coniglio e agnello) età molto ben fatto: asciutto e saporoso anche se forse la porzione sarebbe potuta essere un poco più ricca. Per finire la torta di cioccolata fatta in casa era veramente molto buona. Per concludere: questa trattoria è stata una piacevole scoperta. Il servizio gentile il prezzo nella media di quelli nella zona ma giusto se si considera anche il panorama che viene offerto.

16/11/2024: Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo e, nonostante la temperatura non proprio estiva, abbiamo scelto di stare fuori nello splendido giardino / terrazza del locale, davvero una meraviglia! Ci torneremo, magari a cena.

15/10/2024: Un agradable restaurante relajante con asientos interiores y una zona de comedor de jardín. La comida era buena y los precios eran razonables. Tuve un buen plato principal de codorniz después de un Saccottino, un entrante de hojaldre relleno. El servicio fue amable y eficiente.
