We thought we'd spend a lot more... instead, the quality/price ratio was excellent... The service was impeccable... Professionalism and kindness reign supreme... I recommend it to everyone... We'll definitely be back.

07/08/2026: This restaurant is located just off the Calenzano exit of the A1 motorway. It might not look like much from the outside, but inside it's truly welcoming and decorated in a simple yet elegant style. The service was impeccable, and the waiters were very kind and helpful. We all had excellent seafood dishes, including the mixed antipasto platter, which was superb!

16/07/2026: Special dishes, always different, friendly and never intrusive service, high quality. The place is carefully decorated and decorated with attention to detail. Unique desserts. The outdoor area is very pleasant. Suitable for 2 people or small groups.
15/07/2026: We were there one evening with friends, the service was a bit slow, the place was beautiful, there's nothing magical about it, but I didn't like the food, unfortunately it was a bit of a waste, only the desserts were very good and you could taste the high quality of the pastry, it was a shame about the rest, I expected better.

09/08/2026: I'd never been to this restaurant, but I'd heard great things about it, and the reviews said the same thing. Unfortunately, my rating is poor, both for the service (the girl who served us didn't even bother to say "good evening") and the quality of the food (my steak tartare had egg yolk on it, which wasn't mentioned on the menu, and the truffle tasted moldy). Perhaps the restaurant's good name harks back to times gone by?
09/08/2026: It's always a guarantee of good Tuscan cuisine. Last time I ate a tender and tasty rib-eye steak, fresh fried porcini mushrooms, but the fresh pasta dishes with mushrooms or truffles are also excellent.

21/07/2026: After a seven-hour drive in nearly 40-degree heat, we arrived in Calenzano in the afternoon. Luckily, Forno Ciccone was open, and it was such a treat to be welcomed so warmly by Giovanna and, above all, to be treated to such delicious food. Forno Ciccone offers more than just a bakery. They specialize in fresh pasta and vegetables with delicious fresh bread. You can also buy excellent local wines, olive oil, and Vin Santo there. Highly recommended, with an incredibly warm and personal atmosphere.
12/07/2026: Very kind, very good products. The price of the dishes seems a little expensive to me, not being a real restaurant (e.g. caciucco dish €16 / paella dish €11) but I repeat, good dishes.

Super welcoming atmosphere, a truly curated wine selection (with gems you won't find everywhere else), and above all, a passion that shines through in every recommendation. The staff is knowledgeable yet approachable, capable of helping you discover something new without ever being "bothersome."
You can tell there's someone behind it who truly loves what they do.

22/03/2026: We tried Pizzeria Origano in Calenzano, ordering two takeout pizzas—a Margherita with artichokes and a Quattro Formaggi—and were truly impressed!
The dough is simply among the best we've ever tasted: light, well-leavened, and highly digestible. You can immediately taste the quality, and every bite confirms the attention to detail. The ingredients are also top-notch, perfectly enhancing the final result.
Both pizzas were exceptional, tasty, and perfectly balanced in flavor.
Plus, the staff was very helpful and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Definitely a pizzeria we'll return to often—highly recommended.

The round pizza is delicious, from the dough to the quality ingredients and the many flavors to choose from, along with many beautiful and delicious desserts.
Plus, the girl at the cashier is incredibly kind, really nice and helpful—well done!!!
I'll be back to try many more flavors of pizza, both round and sliced, and various desserts!
