Quality of the raw materials and above all love and technique make this bakery/bistro something unique in the Florentine panorama. Yummy vegan options! We tasted the squash seasoned at the moment with salt and good oil, the Piedmontese hazelnut cream, Florentine tomato pizza, vegan muffins, a super Castagnaccio and the iconic and ORIGINAL PANACCIO in 2 types, all to SCREAM!
