The selection of wines is endless but the staff can recommend something based on your food choices with confidence. And there are also locals coming here, which is always a good sign! 24/01/2026: Good pizza dough, interesting appetizers, but it's a shame that the pizza chef thinks it's a good idea to put raw potatoes on the pizza! Maybe someone could explain to him that even if you cut the potato slices very thinly, the potatoes will still be raw during the pizza cooking time. The disappointment lies in knowing that anyone who does something like this is either incompetent or just thinking they're clever. Well, I hope in the future the potatoes will be put on the pizza already cooked so as not to fool customers.

21/02/2026: Excellent place in Vico D'Elsa. As I mentioned, the platter is beautiful, with many different tastings. Thin, crispy pizza with high-quality ingredients. The dessert is also delicious. A must-try.

07/04/2026: Yesterday, Easter Monday, I had a truly amazing experience at Le Cantinacce. The excellent meat tasting menu began with a Tuscan antipasti platter of cured meats, pecorino cheese, and top-quality liver crostini. Next came a choice of first course: I opted for the gnudi au gratin with a fondue of aged pecorino cheese and truffle...indescribably delicious, it was enough to blow you away! For the second course, a tender and flavorful roast suckling pig topped with mouth-watering potatoes. And to finish, a refreshing lemon dessert with meringue and fresh strawberries. The whole-wheat and turmeric bread, fragrant and fragrant, is homemade. Wine, water, and coffee were included in the €45 price tag, a truly exceptional value for money. The restaurant is run by a young, competent, polite, and attentive staff. The view of the Chianti hills is enchanting. Go there, you won't regret it.

01/02/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by the new management of Cantinacce. It's located in an open countryside setting, where we enjoyed excellent traditional Tuscan dishes like peposo and gnudi, with truly fantastic service.

31/01/2026: For me, they can close, I called to book a table for 1 person for Sunday lunch, I was told no, because I was only 1 person and they couldn't let me occupy a table. Bye 😡🤮

Today I was very disappointed: a first course (good, but poor), a side dish, and then he brought another because, having run out (at 12:40), water. Coffee €27. Tell me if a truck driver can stop again, in fact I was the only truck at lunch. Next time I'll choose something else.
