A lover of Japanese cuisine, I have wanted to go and eat at this restaurant for a long time. Today I finally managed to taste the excellent dishes that change every day. A pleasant environment, impeccable and kind service. We will definitely be back! Since the first time we have returned many more and we can only confirm our first impression. Attention to quality and the customer, excellent choice of wines, very good ginger beer too. The dishes are presented with the proverbial Japanese precision. The flavor is genuine and the satisfaction remains not only of having eaten well, but also of having participated in an exceptional gastronomic event. 8 stelle a questo ristorante Toscano giapponese. Qualunque cosa tu abbia pensato in questo momento dimentica la perché veramente al di sopra di ogni aspettativa si va da una straordinaria parmigiana di melanzane alla napoletana A involtini di tofu fritto ripieni di verdure con salsine paradisiache. .

È la prima volta che vado in questo ristorante, che mi è stato consigliato da un amica. Il titolare ed anche la cameriera sono stati gentilissimi e molto simpatici. L'ambiente è piccolo ma molto curato. Bisogna prenotare con qualche giorno di anticipo. Il cibo ci piaciuto moltissimo. L'unico piccolo appunto è che la musica poteva essere con un volume più basso in quanto essendo il locale piccolo rimane difficile conversare fra il rumore di fondo più musica. Per il resto merita una valutazione di 5 stelle.
