30/05/2026: Discovered by chance in the center of Grassina, and what a lovely surprise! Truly excellent platters and authentic, flavorful, and well-prepared Tuscan cuisine. The added bonus? Gino, the unexpected host: a bit of a pirate in style, but incredibly knowledgeable and capable of putting you at ease right away. An absolutely worthwhile experience!

26/07/2026: The kitchen has the rare privilege of being able to leave a lasting impression even after the dish has been taken away, but unfortunately, each course seemed devoid of soul and personality, with dull flavors and predictable combinations, nothing to surprise the palate or to invite us to linger on a detail, a scent, a nuance. We even skipped dessert so as not to further the disappointment. The bread, the wine selection, the laudemio, the service, and the ambiance are all commendable.

11/08/2026: Wide selection of pizzas, all very good!!!! You can eat on-site...they also have a small room available for dinners and birthday parties (reservations required, of course). Friendly and helpful staff!!!!

It's the perfect place for both a romantic dinner and a special evening with family or friends. The cuisine is high-end, highly refined, and you can clearly sense the desire to offer guests a true gastronomic experience, not just a simple dinner. Each dish is meticulously crafted, with refined flavors and carefully crafted pairings. One of the things that struck me most was undoubtedly the selection of their own cured meats: homemade, unique, and refined products, some truly original and never tried before. I had the opportunity to do a tasting, and it was a surprising experience; you can taste the quality and passion behind every product. The wine list is also truly remarkable, entirely dedicated to the Tuscan region. The sommelier explained the restaurant's philosophy and the research carried out on local wines with expertise and passion. A choice that highlights Tuscan excellence and makes the experience even more authentic. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for quality, atmosphere, and a complete culinary experience. I will definitely return.

We arrived 10 minutes early and everything was off... when it came time to order the house wine, they told us: "It's not available, and if it's not available, it's not available"... without apologizing for the inconvenience.

16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians. €40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine. We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.

13/07/2026: Yesterday we had cheesecake and chocolate truffles....everything was excellent, not to mention the kindness (I think of the owner), which is a plus never to be forgotten....

25/05/2026: A small but well-prepared ice cream shop in Gavinana! Very interesting flavors, delicious gelato 😄 You can also enjoy your gelato at the tables right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is always a plus!
