09/11/2025: We went to Trattoria La Gargotta for dinner and lunch. The place was beautiful, the staff very welcoming, kind, attentive, and professional. Excellent cuisine, and the chef was brilliant. He delighted us with delicious local dishes, such as pici with duck ragù, ricotta and spinach gnudi with butter and sage, pumpkin cream soup, and beef stew sautéed with onion. Kudos to the owner, who, despite the place being packed both days, managed to find us a table without hesitation. The laurino was delicious! See you next time!

03/10/2025: I had dinner at this lovely place, surrounded by greenery by the pool. Well, what can I say? The dishes were exquisite. We had a six-course tasting menu, and I gave it 4 stars because some dishes, for my taste, were a bit too heavy with oil, and at the end of the experience, I felt a bit heavy in both my mouth and stomach. Perhaps the price was a bit high, €75 per person, considering we only had water and the dishes used were fairly simple and humble. The service was very friendly and attentive, explaining each dish to us as it arrived in an excellent manner. I'll be back for another experience. Congratulations 👏

The service is impeccable, with attentive and professional staff. The value for money is exceptional for a top-tier restaurant. The wine selection is excellent, perfectly complementing the amazing cuisine. The homemade bread and olive oil are delicious and a great introduction to the overall quality of the food. We particularly enjoyed the fillet steak with porcini mushrooms and the "Montagna Toscana" dessert. A restaurant that masterfully combines taste, elegance, and local tradition. Highly recommended. Top of the list in Florence!

26/10/2025: I'm giving it four stars because I don't like tarring everyone with the same brush. But considering the beautiful setting and the good food, it's embarrassing that so many people are serving. The waiter immediately attacked us while we were ordering, repeatedly responding rudely and abruptly. Only when we pointed out that he should be less rude, that his service was paid for, and that otherwise we would have left (a table of 11 people), did he apologize and indulge in excessive bowels. Antonio, take a day off!

01/12/2025: I booked 6 rooms at the Rosary Garden hotel, which needed renovations and was closed, so they moved our group to this hotel, which they claim is superior, but it doesn't have a restaurant that caters to groups, and there aren't many options for lunch and dinner nearby; you need a car for everything. Yes, the hotel had good rooms, but the parking lot, which they claimed was free, was public, and on the day, they said that the police patrol would be passing by and that we needed to park in their private parking lot, which only has 6 spaces. We managed to park, and we made a reservation for the restaurant for dinner because they said it was only with a reservation, but even so, they didn't accept our group in the restaurant, not even 2 people. They said there was already a reservation, but the restaurant was empty all night. We had to leave with the cars to have dinner at a place that was 6km away... when we returned, we were without a parking space. Terrible experience... as an agency owner, I am frustrated and disappointed with the service provided...

24/11/2025: The place is a gem with a view of Florence (especially lovely in the summer). The food is spectacular, and the care they put into everything they make is evident. I've been here many times, both for aperitifs featuring their own platters (with omnivorous, vegetarian, and vegan options) and to recently celebrate a surprise birthday, and I've always left satisfied. Order the coccoli, they're incredible!

08/11/2025: Lorenzo's graduation dinner last night for 17... it couldn't have gone any better... Perfect location, huge table, very well-appointed table settings, beautiful centerpiece, excellent, original food, quality products, wonderful staff, very kind despite the late arrival... delicious and impressive cake... What can I say: when things are done with passion you always see excellent results... thank you so much, we will definitely be back...

22/10/2025: The cutest restaurant you could eat at. Lots of little details and lovingly decorated. Every dish is special, and it's a restaurant that deliberately doesn't cater to the masses. There are maybe six tables, so reservations are a good idea. We were so impressed with this restaurant that we had to go back. Definitely go there; it's a hidden gem.
