18/02/2026: You absolutely must not miss this place. Typical Tuscan cuisine, a very welcoming trattoria-style atmosphere, well-kept, with years of customer history. I'll just give you one consideration: I ordered "Pici sul cinghiale", thinking it was an interpretation of the menu. The truth is that the pasta is flat (and good, compared to the amount of wild boar ragù they put!!!) and when a very kind waitress also recommends you order a half portion of potatoes, since the normal portion is decidedly generous, you can't ask for anything other than to say thank you and enjoy your splendid dinner with gusto. Compliments to the cuisine and the service. You all deserve the highest appreciation. I will absolutely return: too many dishes to discover

Outside, there's a beautiful terrace with a marvelous view, which certainly makes everything even more beautiful in the warmer months. The owner, who waits at the tables, is incredibly kind and helpful. Excellent food!! We tried excellent, strictly high-quality Tuscan cured meats. The first course with hare sauce was excellent. The fried chicken and rabbit with artichokes was tasty and dry!!! A must try. The peposo... fabulous. Flavorful but very digestible. Definitely worth a try and a return visit... perhaps in the summer to take advantage of the terrace!!

20/02/2026: What a fantastic experience at Tommasina in Capannuccia, near Grassina! The food was absolutely incredible. I had the polpettine in tegame con melanzane al forno e crema di gorgonzola — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Every bite tasted homemade and full of authentic Tuscan character. The local white wine was magnificent — fresh, elegant, and the perfect pairing for the meal. You can really tell they value quality and local production. They also offer artisanal products and carefully source local food and wine. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming — it truly feels like a lovely family-run business. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic flavors and a heartfelt atmosphere.

03/03/2026: Beautiful rooms, high-quality common areas, a varied breakfast, and very friendly staff. The free shuttle to the city center is appreciated, as is the free, secure parking available in front of the hotel. A great work room is available if needed.

23/02/2026: I think the hotel was under renovation, because we found the doors and floors unclean. Point two: To my regret, the reception staff was absolutely awful. In three days, if we weren't there to say good morning or say hello, they were always downcast and nonexistent. The bar staff, I should say, only had breakfast; they were very nice and helpful. The room was average in size, but the bathroom was small; it was clean. The shuttle service was excellent, and the driver was very kind and helpful.

01/12/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant with a friend. The place is small but very welcoming and not noisy. The dishes were very well prepared and, above all, GOOD. We had an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course, the latter of which was very generous. We spent €30 each with the TheFork discount.

16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians. €40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine. We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.

My friend Mirko and I sometimes go back to Pizza Bomba to get the pizzoni with multiple toppings on top (never more than 3). I have both positive and negative comments. Until this month, October 2025, the pizzone with speck and scamorza + tuna and onion + boscaiola cheese cost €19. Now, the same pizzone costs €21... Not to be stingy, because the pizza is definitely worth the money, but it loses some credibility/trust if they change prices so randomly. It was always sliced ​​and always had the same flavors.
