25/01/2026: A small, old-fashioned place where the portions are "oversized" (but very much appreciated). Fast service, almost reasonable price of €50 per person. A little too noisy, but it was fully booked today. I want to return on a weekday because I have so many other delicacies to try.

23/01/2026: A good trattoria. It was recommended to me because it was considered cheaper than the trattorias more centrally located in Florence. In reality, the prices were in line with those in the city. The quality of the ingredients and products was certainly good, but the dishes didn't live up to expectations. The vegetable tart was loaded with more bread than vegetables. I also ordered a Peposo, which, while tasty, wasn't quite what I expected, as it bore little resemblance to the traditional dish without tomato sauce. In any case, I thank the service staff for their courtesy.

16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians. €40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine. We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.

16/01/2026: It is located just 15 minutes from the city center, in a beautiful and pleasant neighborhood. The room was clean and nicely decorated. There is plenty of free parking available, and a very lovely shuttle van conveniently takes you to and from the center of Florence, which makes getting around extremely easy. The breakfast was excellent, and both the indoor and outdoor areas are well designed and welcoming, making the place suitable for any season. There is also a restaurant on site, which unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to visit. When I return to the area, I will definitely choose this place again.

01/12/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant with a friend. The place is small but very welcoming and not noisy. The dishes were very well prepared and, above all, GOOD. We had an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course, the latter of which was very generous. We spent €30 each with the TheFork discount.

My friend Mirko and I sometimes go back to Pizza Bomba to get the pizzoni with multiple toppings on top (never more than 3). I have both positive and negative comments. Until this month, October 2025, the pizzone with speck and scamorza + tuna and onion + boscaiola cheese cost €19. Now, the same pizzone costs €21... Not to be stingy, because the pizza is definitely worth the money, but it loses some credibility/trust if they change prices so randomly. It was always sliced ​​and always had the same flavors.
