14/12/2024: Breakfast with excellent cappuccino and croissant with half a kg of custard for 3.50 euros. Young and very friendly staff. Historic bar in the middle of ZPM (Piazza Michelangelo area), unmissable.

04/03/2025: Sorry to leave a negative testimonial, but the experience was terrible. Smoked pici (basically overcooked industrial spaghetti with a sauce that made itself felt until late at night), tagliatelle (coarsely sliced meat like meatloaf, fibrous and with a strong hint of liver), grilled vegetables (actually boiled and sautéed in the oven in a greased bowl). Place created in the back of a bar, with a gigantic drum set that occupies half of it and horrible abstract paintings on the walls. The owner, even though we were the only customers left, didn't even greet us. All for almost 80 euros. The only positive note was the availability of the innocent lady who served us at the table.

06/01/2025: La pizza è buona (una delle migliori della Valtiberina). Gli antipasti sono pochi e un po' troppo spartani rispetto alle pizze proposte. Per me la scelta di proporre menù vegano in una pizzeria è un po' contraddittorio perché lo trovo fuori posto.
Invece di proporre un menù vegano, avrei puntato ad alzare la qualità dei prodotti offerti con prodotti D.O.P., bevande più ricercate, e apertura a pranzo il fine settimana (dato che oltretutto è la pizzeria più in centro di Sansepolcro, che è il cuore della Valtiberina). Il locale è piacevole, ma non ho mai apprezzato la grande quantità di quadri (che per me non hanno mai contribuito a trasmettere né calore né personalità al locale). Personale gentile e professionale.

23/03/2025: What can I say... Two half days on the farm and a stay with dinner in this educational facility/farm that brings the world back.
Sara's kindness in welcoming and managing the restaurant, Filippo's great eloquence in explaining the management of many, many goats and the entire farm won us over immediately.
The goats then ❤️ what can I say... The milking, the live birth of two goats, the support of the Border Collie Enzo... A breath of freedom.
Excellent dinner, worth mentioning are the ravioli with wild garlic pesto... A gem and a delight 👏👌
Bring the kids, you won't be disappointed if an adult couple like us were fascinated.

05/03/2025: We stayed for 10 days and I can say that it was a bit of a disappointment. There is not much for children: no educational activities, we had to equip ourselves. Filippo is alone with the Farm to follow consequently he is unable to organize anything. The breakfast had good goat yogurt and 2/3 times they brought us a homemade tart, for the rest rusks and biscuits bought at the supermarket. The dinner menu with few variations, only meat and never fruit. They changed the pillow cases, after we asked several times, after 8 days.
Besides the fact that it is immersed in a beautiful naturalistic context, the Farm offers nothing else.

25/03/2025: After the renovation of the premises, much more comfortable and nice. They offer a well-stocked bar service. Kind and hard-working staff. There is also a tobacconist/post office service. Very convenient. They do not offer table service, except for exceptions. Very important long opening hours. Very popular, it is a point of reference, also for its location.

17/02/2025: Sono rimasta veramente stupita da questo locale, l'arredamento molto carino e curato in ogni dettaglio, il personale gentilissimo, il menù ricco di pietanze anche vegane e tutto quello che abbiamo preso era molto buono e tutto servito con molta cura. E cosa importante per me, hanno accettato anche il mio cane. Insomma 10 e lode!

04/02/2025: The room smelled like fried food. The raw ham on the pizza was clearly old, gave off a bad smell and was gray in color (as well as being hard to cut). The coffee had a licorice aftertaste. I feel sorry for the waitress because she is a kind girl.

01/02/2025: Siamo arrivati seguendo il suggerimento di Tripadvisor. Posto gradevole, ambiente accogliente con soffitto in legno originale e grande camino acceso. Personale e servizio gentile, attento e curato. Pietanze ottime, costata eccellente. Peccato per l’assenza di tovaglia ed un babà da migliorare
28/12/2024: Cucina ottima, servizio gentile. Hanno un menù con piatti della tradizione toscana e un menù più innovativo. Tutto molto buono. Unica pecca, abbiamo sentito un po' freddo, magari la prossima volta chiedo un tavolo nella sala con il camino.

30/01/2025: the place is really very nice, it is very private and there are few people, but it is still close to the center of Sansepolcro, the food is very good especially the carbonara with products exported from Rome, the staff is courteous and fast, absolutely recommended
19/01/2025: Even though sometimes we showed up without booking, they were immediately very kind and accommodated us.
I've traveled a lot and tasted many carbonaras around Italy but this is the best of all.
Highly recommended!
