17/03/2024: Osteria all'ingresso del centro storico, da subito mostra il suo approccio sincero: vedi girare padelle che fanno da piatto, ricche dei sughi in cui la pasta è stata condita. Il servizio cortese e soprattutto onesto. Il cibo ottimo.. che chiedere di più? Se dovessi trovarmi a ripassare da Sansepolcro, certamente tornerei da loro: un'esperienza decisamente felice!

30/04/2024: Exemplary welcome already on the phone. Perfectly clean bathrooms. Neat and well arranged tables. Welcome pistachio crostini. Black crostini, sliced beef and grilled pork. Tiramisu and raspberry pavlova (of great quality, rare), coffee was offered for my wife. The sixth star is for cleanliness, heartfelt compliments.

01/04/2024: I had lunch here on Tuesday 26 March with my wife and we had a great time. Cozy place, good service, good food. Only a slightly too rough Chianti (Frescobaldi, Perano) which, like many reds today, should be drunk the day after opening.
09/03/2024: Large, modern, warm, quiet and clean room with huge TV screen equipped with Sky. We are in the center of Sansepolcro, parking 200 meters away. Excellent connected wine shop, good dishes, excellent wine. Family run and very friendly staff.

25/04/2024: I recently returned from this excellent restaurant which made a very good impression on me. Upon entering you notice that it is "historic" from the welcome, the furnishings and the genuine way of dealing with customers. I ordered tagliatelle with Chianina ragù and peposo for the second course.
The first is very good, the thickness of the pasta is to my taste (a little thick) and cooked to perfection. I had never eaten the second one and it was a pleasant surprise. Very soft meat, in its pepper-based seasoning. To close, a tiramisu that I would have preferred with a little more biscuits but spectacular in its creaminess.

24/03/2024: It's the first BAR that serves sweet and savory food on one counter and coffee on another! Confusion reigns supreme at breakfast time, with myriads of mugs and cups waiting to be rinsed on the coffee counter.
