06/03/2025: Guys, what a beautiful place, congratulations to those who furnished it and above all to those who look after it. The food is good, perhaps the mixed starter was a little overpriced but overall I ate very well. The quality is there and you can feel it. The service is good, but it can be improved, it is still an excellent restaurant.

04/02/2025: The location is excellent, right in front of a bus stop. The store has a nice atmosphere and the toilets are clean. The food is great. There is basically nothing unpalatable. The paella and Gyoza are very delicious, but I have to say that the service is really slow. If you are very hungry, think carefully.

30/01/2025: Passeggiando per le vie del centro storico di Sansepolcro è giunta l'ora di pranzo, tra i numerosi ristoranti ci ha colpito il Ristorante Fiorentino. La sala da pranzo si trova al primo piano di un antico palazzo, è arredata molto bene. Il menù non è molto ampio ma presenta proposte decisamente interessanti, la carta dei vini è buona. Il personale è gentilissimo, la Chef Alessia superlativa: è simpaticissima e preparatissima. Quando Alessia parla traspare l'amore per il suo lavoro e la tanta esperienza che ha. Ci ha fatto molto piacere vedere la Chef entrare in sala e servire i clienti. I piatti da noi ordinati erano tutti buonissimi, alla prossima.

08/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante su consiglio di una signora di Sansepolcro, che non finirò mai di ringraziare!Ottima cucina tradizionale toscana, fatta secondo le ricette di una volta, prezzi nella media, pur essendo un locale quotato da Michelin, la proprietaria Alessia è molto simpatica e allegra, professionale allo stesso tempo. Materie prime eccellenti, location stupenda, il ristorante si trova all'interno di un palazzo antico e precisamente dal 1807! Musica di sottofondo eseguita da un bravissimo pianista che invita i presenti a cantare per rendere l'atmosfera davvero conviviale. E' anche B&B.Consiglio assolutamente!

As for the food: appetizer of hand-sliced ​​Tuscan raw ham that was decidedly too tasty followed by a fairly monotonous rigatoni all'amatriciana. Unfortunately, the crunchy part of the bacon was missing: the latter is creamed with the sauce resulting in a "boiled" result. A shame. 6.5/10

We had a great time and the food really came from an experienced kitchen...quality fish and preparations that are beautiful to look at and taste...all topped off with quality wines...congratulations Ugo

18/02/2025: The quality of the raw material is certainly there! But there are things that can be improved. The tables are too close together you can't help but hear your neighbours' conversations and as a result they hear yours, so there isn't much privacy. I repeat that the fish is fresh, but for the asking price perhaps a little more generous portions wouldn't be bad. For an appetizer, a first course, two second courses, half a liter of wine, water and two coffees, 110.00 euros seems a little too much to me. Furthermore, if someone asks for fried fish, they would only want fish (since you have to shell out 24.00 euros for the fried fish), not even battered vegetables, (perhaps because vegetables cost less than fish!) However this is just my opinion and not a negative opinion.

20/02/2025: trattoria tipica toscana, ti fa sentire subito a casa. ho adorato la cameriera, molto alla mano e sorridente. piatti buoni e lavorati, per mio gusto i sapori potevano essere più decisi. la chicca sicuramente nei dolci, tiramisù e tortino sono ottimi. da vegetariana non ho avuto molta scelta ma nell’ antipasto si può trovare anche qualcosa senza carne.
