The restaurant is very refined and elegant, the staff is always professional, and I applaud them. The menu is meticulously curated, and you can taste the authenticity of every dish. 09/03/2026: Excellent place to stay. Central to several points of interest. We stayed there to easily reach Gubbio and Assisi, and its location allowed us to get there quickly, given its proximity to the E45. Abundant breakfast, and the staff were welcoming and available to meet our every need. The rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort for families.

31/01/2026: Very comfortable bed. Brekfast is exelent. Litlle bit far from center but if you dont mind 15 minute walk then ok. Staff EXELENT !!!! Reataurant in hotel is realy special. Verry elegant.

03/01/2026: We stumbled upon this place for a "frugal" lunch... despite it being so close to closing time, they prepared a room for us (11 people). We ate excellent appetizers and first courses, and, above all, they treated us with such courtesy and professionalism. Thank you.

14/12/2025: I stayed for two nights and ate in once. About the food: Everything was delicious, just as expected. We had two types of wine by the glass. I was recommended a local Syrah and a Cabernet Sauvignon. They were tasty, but a little below my expectations. I wish they had included some regional varieties among the recommendations. About the accommodation: Breakfast was bread and coffee at a bar about a three-minute walk away. It wasn't a bad experience to mingle with locals, but the information about this type of breakfast wasn't included in the reservation information. On the second day, I went out in the morning and returned to my room in the afternoon, only to find that it hadn't been cleaned yet. I wanted to rest in my room, so I only asked for my towels to be changed and the trash to be taken care of. My used towels were kicked across the floor as they left the room. I wonder if the floor was really that clean, or if our towels were that dirty... When I went downstairs from my room to check out, there was no one there. There was a sign on the wall that said, "Please call this number when you check out." However, as we are travelers without a phone number (using e-sim), there was nothing we could do. When the scheduled departure time came, the taxi we had booked arrived, and we had the driver make a call, and were finally able to check out. It would have been nice if there had been a sufficient explanation beforehand. As there is no dedicated accommodation staff member, this aspect was overlooked, and as a result, the functionality of the accommodation is weak. For first-time guests, it was a very confusing accommodation. As an old woman, I thought it would be a good idea to make WhatsApp available.

19/09/2025: Absolutely fantastic place, delicious pizza, incredibly sincere, charming and friendly masters, creating true masterpieces daily, while making people happy with all their food, with their genuine smiles. The total bliss, that any visitors and locals must experience as often as possible! I've ordered a couple of pizzas at a time and I've even ordered once 26 pizzas for my son's wedding. And each time it was a truly mind blowing result. Besides extensive and not at all expensive menu, those two virtuosos created phenomenal custom pizzas to my liking, and also improvised something I couldn't even imagine it can be so good. You just have to ask for that, and you shall be amazed. Guaranteed!! And I am making plans to indulge myself there again this year, regardless of many thousand miles that I have to fly to experience it once again. Beware, you may get addicted as well! ;-))

25/01/2026: A lovely surprise. Fantastic place, the restaurant used to be an old monastery. The vaults and ancient rooms remain, and there's a wonderful atmosphere. The dishes are generous and well-prepared, especially the fried fish, which was truly excellent. The bill was absolutely fair, in fact, I'd say slightly underpriced. We'll definitely be back.

12/01/2026: What can I say, the name is perfect. Osteria dei Poeti, and in the kitchen, they don't prepare "normal" dishes, but truly delicious poems. Naturally, the wait staff then serves them, explaining the lines and rhymes. Thanks guys, we ate really well: mixed bruschetta, artichokes alla Giudia and fried artichokes (delicious), ribollita, ravioli with bacon and onion, etc. (another delight), and spaghetti with prawns. As I say in these cases... a truly wonderful dinner!!!

05/01/2026: While passing through Sansepolcro, we noticed this crowded restaurant and booked dinner for the following day. The welcome was very courteous and friendly, the place was packed with tables, and there was an outdoor veranda enclosed by glass windows, which was also a bit narrow, making it difficult to move around when it was packed. We ordered the mixed antipasto with local cured meats and crostini, and two first courses, including the very flavorful and delicate tagliolini with truffle, and the very tender tagliata with porcini mushrooms, well-seasoned with plenty of mushrooms. Everything was very good, and the prices were reasonable.

19/11/2025: A restaurant where you eat truly well...and the price is fair. One caveat, but I think the waiter will specify it if you choose the Fiorentina steak. The menu says 5 euros per kilo. Obviously impossible. But if by pure chance the customer doesn't say anything and the waiter forgets to mention it...they'd be forced to charge 5. Obviously, a serious person will be concerned when asking, but there can be crafty customers. I recommend changing it, even if only in pen. Otherwise, I recommend it.

16/11/2025: Recommended by the owner of the agriturismo, we had dinner at this small, homey restaurant, with the owner and staff being incredibly friendly. Excellent food, delicious meat, and a more than reasonable price. It was a little difficult to find a table because it's always full. Highly recommended.

23/11/2025: Ristorantino Madú in Sansepolcro is a true gem! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The cuisine is simple yet delicious, using top-quality ingredients and traditional Tuscan recipes revisited with a touch of creativity. The vegetarian and meat dishes are both delicious, and the prices are more than reasonable. The service is impeccable, with the staff always ready to offer advice and accommodate guests' requests. If you're in Sansepolcro, don't miss the opportunity to try Ristorantino Madú! It's a place where you can eat well and feel the authentic Tuscan atmosphere.

08/02/2026: We came for dinner here during a weekend in Tuscany on the recommendation of the owner of the property where we're staying. And we were right to take her advice! The Osteria is charming, elegant, and quiet, and the dishes are equally amazing. I don't usually take photos of the dishes; I was with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the evening, so take my word for it, it was one of the best cuts of beef I've ever tasted. The tripe was excellent! The ingredients were of the highest quality, and carefully crafted. The service was impeccable; I felt pampered! For anyone visiting Sansepolcro, this is a must-visit, and we'll definitely be back. A little note for those who are questioning the prices: this isn't a pizzeria... I assure you, the quality is evident in the food, and the price is absolutely reasonable.

Beautiful, large, welcoming, elegant, with plenty of indoor (upstairs and downstairs) and outdoor (air-conditioned covered patio) spaces, and that "bikers welcome" that says it all about the hospitality that extends to my world. Excellent menu with a varied selection of typical and traditional dishes. Excellent cuisine, tasty and plentiful. It's special to taste the first courses directly from the pan where they were sautéed, avoiding the plating and focusing more on the essentials than the frills. As is the soapstone under the grilled meat to keep it warm. Excellent solutions!! The highlight was the desserts prepared directly by the owner: truly delicious!! Let's just say that for what we paid, three of us ate well and were satisfied. Recommended!!

21/12/2025: I'll get straight to the point today: the food here is truly good. The place is well-decorated, with plenty of seating and plenty of space between them. The staff is truly friendly, helpful, and fun. The food is served in huge portions, is delicious, and healthy. The fish is fresh—in fact, incredibly fresh. If you want to eat well, come here.

14/12/2025: I strongly advise against this restaurant. I go to restaurants 4 or 5 times a month. 12 euros for a cover charge for 4 people, 22 euros for a cold starter from the fridge, 48 euros for a grilled dish to share between 2. Shame, truly scandalous.

10/11/2025: Last Sunday, I went to this restaurant in Aboca for lunch with my friends after a trek. A well-kept place, young staff, and a nice menu. Excellent service from two attractive young women. If I may offer a piece of advice, in such a large, rustic, and beautiful room, installing an electric heater is not only pointless, but also an eyesore—a real shame. You'd need to invest a bit of money into a nice wood-burning stove, perhaps a cast iron one with copper pipes. Besides making the room much more beautiful and welcoming, it would also heat the very cold environment for those sitting down to eat. That said, I'd recommend this place, but not in the winter.
