24/08/2024: We had dinner in this restaurant recommended by the farm where they were staying and it was truly a very pleasant evening. Very well-kept location. Excellent service, attentive, scrupulous without ever being intrusive, kindness and friendliness! Excellent food, dishes with impeccable balance of flavors and presentation. Absolutely adequate prices.

16/08/2024: We did really well to choose Fattoria di Germagnano for the August holiday. They thought of a format different from the restaurant and more suitable for the occasion, that is, baskets with all the dishes inside, obviously with many of their products, which can be consumed at the tables in the shade of the pine forest or spread out on the lawn with a blanket. kind of picnic. Special note of merit goes to the availability of making a gluten-free variant for me as I am intolerant, but be careful if you are celiac, unfortunately contamination cannot be guaranteed in an event with so many people. The icing on the cake is a nice cheese making demonstration before lunch. The only flaw is perhaps the road to get there which is unpaved, steep and with several potholes, obviously becoming a problem only for those who don't have a suitable car or are not familiar with mountain roads.

27/07/2024: Ristorante di pesce sito nel centro storico di Sansepolcro, a 2 passi dalla piazza principale. Il menù è composto dal pescato del giorno, infatti sulla carta ci sono scritte le tipologie di pietanze ed il prezzo, poi il cameriere descrive nel dettaglio i piatti disponibili. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo preso 2 antipasti (1 caldo e 1 freddo); l'antipasto freddo è un piatto unico di assaggi, quello caldo è di 3 portate, tra cui baccalà fritto e sautè di cozze e vongole. Io ho preso i ravioli al salmone con sugo di gamberi e zucchine, il mio compagno una grigliata di crostacei. Era tutto abbondante ed infinitamente buono, nemmeno al mare mangio un pesce fresco e buono così. Tre quarti di litro di vino, 1 sorbetto, 2 caffè, totale 110 euro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Le porzioni sono abbondanti, noi con gli antipasti eravamo già pieni. Era la prima volta che andavamo in questo ristorante, ne avevamo sentito parlare molto bene vivendo in zona e chi diceva di mangiarci bene aveva più che ragione.... Assolutamente consigliato! Servizio professionale ed impeccabile.

Accolti con grande ospitalità in una sala piccola ma accogliente e dal sapore famigliare, abbiamo gustato una serie di piatti deliziosi, dagli antipasti tipici toscani ai primi e secondi piatti, fino al dolce. Servizio impeccabile, informale e sapori intensi hanno reso la visita memorabile. Tornerò sicuramente quando sarò di nuovo a Sansepolcro. Complimenti a tutto il personale.

Sia nei particolari dell'arredamento ma soprattutto nel menù :curioso e sfizioso.Le polpette che abbiamo preso erano buonissime e bellissime si vede e si sente che c'è passione in cucina .Fantastico il messaggio nei servizi .."dona se ne hai di più".Da fermarsi sicuro.

We were treated as if we were unwanted, after asking us if we had booked reluctantly and the girl began to clear a table for us, the owner came out saying that he needed the place for 3 people who would arrive and with a lot he shrugged and walked away grumpily.
