A unique experience on Halloween night, made even more special by the owners, incredibly kind and welcoming people who make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: I celebrated my birthday in this truly lovely place… The staff was very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions… The food was delicious, and the cake was simply gorgeous. P.S. Elena had reserved a table for us on the terrace, and even though we were quite a large table, we still managed to chat very well without the "noise" that usually occurs in restaurants. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!

02/08/2025: We spent 14 days in Tuscany – and visited Mondo about every other day. No matter where else we tried ice cream, we never had it taste better than at Mondo. My absolute favorite – the affogatino – was fantastic! The staff was very friendly, and despite the language barrier, we always got along well. If we ever come back to this area, we'll definitely go back there.

04/11/2025: First class!! From check in to check out, Allen and his staff were wonderful. The full week of four-course meals prepared in their kitchen was nothing short of a culinary experience. The wine flowed with the conversations, and we met some amazing folks from all around the world. The Villa and rooms were clean and were kept well stocked with towels, water, and the wine was only a step away! We had a teary goodbye, which has NEVER happened in any of our travels.

22/10/2025: The rooms isolation was poor and we were freezing at the beginning of October. The restaurant was mediocre (in Tuscan level) But the service was great and the place is beautiful

29/07/2025: Fabulous place!!! Spectacular wines, amazing service! Spectacular choice of food! The spirit of true Tuscany, the excellent and selected quality of the food, even the desserts are fantastic. The owner is simply out of the norm! The true flavors of real Tuscany and many beautiful new ideas! It rarely happens to me but despite being over an hour's drive from my Talla I gladly sent back the km for two days in a row. It will certainly become a regular place on every trip to Tuscany! Well done!!!

19/10/2025: A truly beautiful location. The dinner was sublime, and the piano playing throughout the evening added a touch of warmth to the atmosphere. Service was prompt, friendly, and professional. The location was excellent, close to the bell tower, and above all, there was plenty of parking.

11/11/2025: A delightful experience in the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù, sausage, grilled vegetables, and tiramisu—every course was excellent. This lunch took me back to my grandmother's house with its healthy country food. Thank you. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

18/10/2025: We went to the restaurant twice this week for dinner. All seven of us were very impressed by the quality of the food, the friendly service, and the delicious house wine. The value for money is also worth mentioning. I wish I could have that here in Germany.

24/08/2025: Dream vacation! We stayed as a family at this beautiful property in the Val di Chiana and couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort and with incredibly comfortable beds. The view of the Tuscan countryside, with its sunflowers, is something you'll never forget. Extremely kind staff: Nadia was always available, friendly, and very professional, and Mr. Franco also welcomed us with great courtesy. We chose half-board and ate deliciously, with traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with care. The dining room staff was truly impeccable. The pool is large, clean, and has plenty of space to relax. The property is dog-friendly and perfect for families with children: my niece was thrilled! Lots of green spaces and the opportunity to even experience flying thanks to the on-site school... truly exciting! Excellent location for visiting the Val di Chiana, Val d'Orcia, and even Umbria. Breakfast served in your room was a real treat, a real treat. A special thank you for the attention paid to my brother-in-law's birthday: cake and sparkling wine provided by the staff, a gesture we greatly appreciated. We were treated with great care. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

17/07/2025: I'm not giving the rooms stars because we didn't stay overnight because we live nearby. Yesterday was my daughter's third birthday in a row at the Serristori in Castiglion Fiorentino, Manciano to be precise. An afternoon at the pool with my daughter, the birthday girl, and my family, as well as her friends from school. A place can be beautiful and fulfilling, but people like Nadia at the front desk make it unique. A very kind, yet serious and meticulous young woman, always ready to offer the service requested by the guest, such as an aperitif by the pool or a hairdryer because we didn't have one. Then in the evening, I asked her for a fork and knife that I was missing, and she also gave me a new napkin. I told her I had one, and she replied that I had dropped it (two seconds earlier, and she was quick to notice) and so she was giving it to me clean. True customer service. Exceptional pizzas, and with the constant presence of Franco, one of the partners, always smiling and welcoming. Well, if you haven't yet tried the relaxing pool and good food, give them a try. They're also a great place to soar, with their landing strip for small planes and helicopters, offering a bird's-eye view of the Valdichiana from Cortona to Lake Trasimeno. See you soon....
