02/02/2026: A small, romantic village with a unique charm, nestled in the tranquil Tuscan countryside and offering all the comforts (pool, spa, restaurant, etc.), ideal for a relaxing stay, with excellent food and culture in the area (Castiglion Fiorentino, Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, etc.). Apartments for 2 to 6 people, all in small, independent farmhouses, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast. The owners and staff are very friendly and make your stay a pleasant one.
27/01/2026: We discovered this wonderful location thanks to a birthday present... And it was a wonderful discovery! A beautiful and idyllic place, ideal for an escape from the chaos of the city.
The welcome was so warm and friendly that it made us feel at home. The restaurant was well-kept and the food excellent. Highly recommended, highly recommended... I hope to return soon.

10/01/2026: My wife and I went on Friday, January 9, 2026.
It was our first time there, and everything was good. The Fiorentina was amazing, as was the service and the kindness of the staff. It's just a shame it's far from where we live, since we're coming from Verona.
But if we get the chance, we'll definitely come back.
Highly recommended.
10/01/2026: A traditional restaurant where you can taste local delicacies...from appetizers to first courses to meats, "you always land on your feet"...an excellent selection of wines to accompany a wonderful dinner for two.
Highly recommended.

04/11/2025: First class!! From check in to check out, Allen and his staff were wonderful. The full week of four-course meals prepared in their kitchen was nothing short of a culinary experience. The wine flowed with the conversations, and we met some amazing folks from all around the world. The Villa and rooms were clean and were kept well stocked with towels, water, and the wine was only a step away! We had a teary goodbye, which has NEVER happened in any of our travels.
22/10/2025: The rooms isolation was poor and we were freezing at the beginning of October.
The restaurant was mediocre (in Tuscan level)
But the service was great and the place is beautiful

11/12/2025: Beautiful restaurant just outside Castiglion Fiorentino. Excellent schiacciata, fresh, high-quality ingredients, friendly and professional staff, and a wine cellar with a wide selection... We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.
18/11/2025: Excellent selection of light and crispy stuffed focaccia, made with excellent domestic and international ingredients. The daily specials are well-made, but the price isn't listed on the menu; I recommend asking before ordering. Good wine list.

09/11/2025: It's a rotisserie, not a restaurant. I went there with my wife on a Sunday for lunch. The portions are generous and hot, and there's a good selection of dishes, some of which are truly delicious. The staff is friendly, and the place is well-maintained. The only thing is that the plastic plates would be nice to replace with ceramic ones. Overall, I highly recommend it.

02/03/2026: Great place for breakfast and, above all, a quick lunch or dinner. Excellent first courses, very good pizzas, even though they're made with frozen bases, are topped with top-quality ingredients.
Very friendly and helpful owners.
Gluten-free options for both first courses and pizzas are available for those with intolerances.
Pet friendly.
Excellent prices.
28/12/2025: After my daughter and her friends (six 15-year-olds) ordered and paid for their pizzas and drinks, they were sent away because they couldn't stay inside. There were free tables, but nothing, and in the 10 minutes it took them to eat outside in the cold, the tables remained empty, not set, not cleaned, not occupied. You did it just because they were kids; you would never have done it with an adult (we were outside).
