09/10/2025: Truly a small oasis of tranquility in a quaint neighborhood just outside modern Bolzano. You immediately feel welcome. The dishes are all delicious, and the staff are friendly and professional. Prices are in line with those of the city.

20/09/2025: We've been regular guests at the Graziani for years, both in winter and briefly in summer. What can I say? We're coming to stay with our Graziani family! Staying in quaint (very clean) rooms, excellent food, and the entire staff are simply commendable and welcoming. The location and the panorama are simply unbeatable. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

24/12/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Seeber! From the very first moment, you feel welcome and exceptionally well cared for. The service is attentive, warm, and highly professional. The rooms are stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and offer the utmost comfort. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the entire team – hospitality is truly lived here. I will definitely be back!

30/09/2025: A friendly, family-run hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young man. However, he didn't really tell us anything about the hotel (e.g., where to find things). Check-in was therefore fairly quick. The rooms are well-equipped, with a renovated bathroom and a comfortable bed. The wellness area is very good, but there are a few limited spaces in the relaxation areas. The food is good, but we had the same cake in the afternoon three days a week, and none of them were that good. However, I felt that something was missing from all the above points to give it 5 stars for the price. We booked it through a different website and paid €70 per person per night for one night.

02/10/2025: I don't like writing negative reviews, because it means that what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend in the mountains turned out not to be. We arrived and after a very long wait, they took us to our room, with the understanding, as we climbed the stairs, that we could change rooms the next day. Arriving on the top floor of the bar/restaurant building, we entered this cold room. We went in and began to notice the poor level of cleanliness, the small bathroom. We immediately pointed out that it was cold, and the receptionist replied that they would turn the heating on at 9:00 PM. We had dinner in a beautiful restaurant, both the first and second courses were good. Once back in our room, we noticed that the radiators were still cold, as was the room. It was 9:30 PM, so I pointed out again that the room was cold, the usual response from the receptionist. Moral of the story: a cold night! The next morning, they got married in the new building. The room was small, still '90s style, but at least well insulated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Room rating: 1 Breakfast: 6 Dinner: 7 Spa/pool: 7

27/09/2025: Dated rooms and a windowless bathroom. Superb wellness area, basic but authentic food, pets allowed, family-run, reasonable prices.

08/12/2025: This place is near our hotel. We wanted to try the local dishes, and I can say they were very good. It seemed family-run. If you're passing through, give it a try, it's worth it! 😉

27/10/2025: The food is a bit more expensive than some other restaurants in town. Otherwise, the portions are very large, which is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the taste isn't quite as good, but rather average. For this price, it's more about quantity than quality, but it was still okay. A street vendor came in who seemed to know the staff and was talking to them. He also tried to sell us something and was a bit pushy, which is completely unacceptable in a restaurant.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

02/11/2025: We stopped in for dinner. The atmosphere is a bit classic but charming in its own way, full of wooden details. Prices are slightly above average, but the dishes are generous. We only tried the dumplings and were pleased, especially the beetroot dumpling on horseradish cream, which was included in the trio. Child seats are available. Conveniently located on the road, with ample parking.

25/12/2025: The Lady who runs the restaurant is so friendly and sympathetic, she loves to showcase her own produce and food made with her own grown vegetables. Always ask her what she recommend: it will be the freshest and daily special from her garden or from the forest (hint: mushroom!). I ll love to go go back. Do try it!

20/09/2025: It's a shame the bakery isn't open on Sundays like it used to be; it was our first stop when we arrived from Germany. Located on the main road, but with a roundabout and plenty of parking, it's always worth a visit.

30/12/2025: If I could rate 0 stars, I would. My mother and I went to the restaurant for a quick pizza dinner. We had to wait twenty minutes after sitting down for our waiter to come and take our order. Then after thirty minutes we asked where our food was, since we only ordered two plates (one plate each) and the response was “it’s coming” after another twenty minutes we decided to leave, with empty stomachs, a wasted evening, and still having to pay for drinks. 1 hour and ten minutes in total just for us to get the lame excuse of “your order never went through to the kitchen”, isn’t it as your job as a waiter to go check on what is going on with the cooks if your customers’ food hasn’t arrived after 30 minutes? And not only but during all of this, other tables that had been seated after us were getting food and dessert while we were still waiting for our food. Worst experience ever.

27/12/2025: Unfortunately, we have to agree with most of the recent negative reviews. A very dated, run-down hotel... We were traveling as a family of 11 and had booked half-board. We had a total of four rooms, all carpeted with old-fashioned carpeting. Some of the bathrooms were new, but designed in such a way that everything flooded when showering. It wasn't particularly clean; toilet paper wasn't replenished and never lasted, so we had to help each other out. Several staff members only spoke Italian, which made communication really difficult. And this in a place where most people speak good German and English. Breakfast was okay, but the rolls were rock hard, the coffee machine was very old, and the coffee was really bad. The breakfast room was very cold overall, which meant all the food and drinks cooled down quickly. Dinner was a disaster. The menus were very poorly translated into German, which led to several surprises. The staff was completely overwhelmed, and we often received the wrong food or the wrong number of meals. Vegetarians have virtually no options here; there's bacon everywhere, unless you eat pasta with tomato sauce every night... Calling it a spa is an insult; there's a dilapidated sauna, and mold is visible everywhere. The only advantage is the location, which is a good starting point for exploring the Val di Fassa, and the Carezza ski area is directly accessible from the hotel (provided there's enough natural snow to cover the slopes). All in all, it's not good value for money, even though it's one of the cheaper accommodations. We won't be back.

22/07/2025: È forse il posto dove ho mangiato peggio a Brunico. Gnocchetti completamente immersi nella panna, cavolo cappuccio asprissimo e canderli senza sapore e molto asciutti. Posto abbastanza caotico, prezzi medio alti…in pieno centro a Brunico c’è di molto meglio secondo me.

23/10/2025: Every time I return to Bolzano, one of my first stops is always the Franziskaner Bakery. It's one of those places that welcomes you with familiar aromas, genuine smiles, and that warm feeling that only things made with passion can provide. As soon as I enter, I'm immediately won over by the aroma of freshly baked bread and the display cases full of traditional pastries. The staff is always kind, smiling, and genuinely attentive—you can tell they love what they do and care about every customer. I can never leave without their best-selling strudel: it's simply perfect. The thin, fragrant pastry envelops a filling of fragrant apples, spices, and a touch of sweetness that captivates with every bite. It's the kind of dessert that tells a story, that tastes of home, of the mountains, and of authenticity. The E-type bread has also become a regular feature of mine—crunchy, aromatic, and full-flavored, perfect both on its own and as an accompaniment to any dish. Franziskaner isn't just a bakery, but a little corner of tradition and humanity in the heart of Bolzano. Every visit is a simple yet special moment of pleasure, always leaving you wanting more.

13/07/2025: A wonderful bakery in the center of Bolzano. We lived nearby and went for fresh pastries for breakfast. Everything was delicious. Very nice service. Thank you.

31/12/2025: Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it. The new owner is very rude: politeness is clearly lacking. At noon, we came in just for a drink and to breastfeed our baby. Before sitting down, we were asked if we would be eating, and we clearly said no; despite this, the owner himself sat us down. Shortly after, we were asked to leave because, according to him, since it's a "restaurant," there were people wanting lunch and the table couldn't be occupied just for drinks. I should point out that with a newborn baby who had just breastfed, we were forced to go outside. Finally, when we got the bill, the price didn't match the menu. Final note: Avoid ordering Coca-Cola; it's served from a 2-liter plastic bottle, already empty, in a glass.

22/12/2025: I came in for a coffee and asked for a glass to put some of the coffee I'd used at the counter and bring it to my wife, who was waiting for me outside. My request was mocked because, according to the owner, I was paying for one coffee, but by splitting it, I'd get two. Moral of the story: I wasn't given a disposable cup, even if I paid, and I was mocked, too. The alleged owner is rude and uncouth.

29/10/2025: A super friendly innkeeper for many years. The food selection is great and plentiful for a grill place. Whenever I'm in the Brenner Pass, I always enjoy going to Luis's.
