02/03/2025: Also ich kann nur sagen das es eine richtig gute Pizzeria ist. Wir waren schon sehr oft da und wurden jedesmal sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bedient. Auch von der sogenannten Chefin immer ein liebes Wort, schön das ihr wieder da seid wie geht's euch und auch war alles in Ordnung. Vllt gab's mal einen Tag wo man einen nicht so guten Tag hat. Es ist ja auch immer voll. Ich mag sie sehr und freue mich schon wieder aufs nächste mal in 2 Wochen. Liebe Grüße Enrico Porstmann

22/02/2025: Visitamos Pizzeria Ciamin como un gran grupo de 10 y nos acomodaron cómodamente en dos mesas. El servicio fue amable y eficiente. El menú es enorme, pero la mayoría de nosotros elegimos pizzas de leña, que eran de tamaño generoso y absolutamente delicioso, con una base perfectamente crujiente y coberturas frescas. Tuve la pizza de atún y cebolla, que era fantástico, y todos en nuestro grupo disfrutaron mucho de su comida. Un gran lugar para un post relajado y satisfactorio - cena de esquí

09/02/2025: Di ritorno dalla settimana bianca ci siamo fermati qui prima di prendere il treno. Tantissime opzioni senza glutine, velocità e cortesia. La pizza senza glutine ( ho preso una diavola) veramente buona.

30/01/2025: Locale ideale per chi vuole gustarsi un aperitivo con vista sulla centralissima piazza Walther nel cuore del centro storico di Bolzano. Oltre ad i classici aperitivi, il locale offre una buona carta dei vini ricca di cantine locali. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando la centralità della location, molto apprezzati gli stuzzichini serviti con l'aperitivo. Per chi volesse prolungare l'aperitivo con la cena/pranzo, il locale dispone di una sala ristorante dove, oltre ad i piatti della cucina locale, si può mangiare una pizza.

19/12/2024: From the photos it seemed like a nice place... two of us entered... a waitress looked at us and continued to chat with some customers/friends, the supposed chef was also chatting, looked at us, and continued to do his own business... we were 3 minutes on the clock waiting for one of the two, having had the idea that he wasn't interested in two other customers, we left and went to eat somewhere else...

20/02/2025: Location stupenda, servizio impeccabile, cucina eccellente 🔝, dolci 🍰 super. Che dire a 2500 m non penso si possa trovare di meglio‼️ Bravissimi continuate così👏🏻👏🏻

04/02/2025: Ristorante posto al primo piano del rifugio. Al piano terra il self service non oggetto di valutazione. Il ristorante è elegante, anche considerato che si tratta di una baita in alta quota, con una bella apparecchiatura. Personale competente e gentile. Ottimi sia i primi che i secondi. Unica nota dolente i dolci. Sia lo strudel rivisitato sia il Tiramisù scomposto sono risultati al di sotto delle aspettative. Molto meglio optare per una buona pasticceria tradizionale. Questa parte del menù impedisce di dare un voto ottimo che sarebbe stato per tutto il resto più che meritato. Torneremo ma non prenderemo più i dolci.

12/03/2025: Historic hotel in the area. It was recommended to us by friends who have been frequenting the area for years. We stayed for one night and adapted without problems. The interior could use a little sprucing up but all in all it offers what you need and at the level of a 3 star hotel. There is no lift in the structure. Helpful and friendly staff. The scent of bathroom products leaves a beautiful memory. From the window you can admire a wonderful panorama. The Hotel also offers a catering service through a restaurant attached to the structure; it can be reached without having to leave the structure. The restaurant staff were very friendly; we ate well.

02/03/2025: Beautiful hotel near Lake Carezza. Stunning outside, very characteristic inside. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Abundant breakfast, with lots of variety. Lunch is also good. Spectacular views of Latemar and Catinaccio. Direct access to the ski slopes, sauna included included in the price. Comfortable room, with bathroom with window, space for suitcases and clothes. The only negative thing is the presence of the carpet, which makes the room really dusty; the shelves in the bathroom had not been cleaned. However, I would happily go back.

16/02/2025: Cenato il sabato sera quindi tutto pieno,mangiato bene, personale disponibile e premuroso,buono qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei.

08/01/2025: Abbiamo preso tre pretzel, ma li abbiamo trovati un po' piccoli e troppo salati, in media buoni come quelli che abbiamo mangiato in tutta bolzano. Forse meritava di più lo strudel.

27/12/2024: Sad pizza We have visited this pizzeria several times and have not had any major complaints so far. What should be positively highlighted are the spacious parking lot, the sufficient number of seats in the restaurant and the friendly, hard-working service, which usually makes your stay pleasant. The pizza has always been okay in the past, although not exceptional. Unfortunately, our impression changed noticeably on our last visit. The quality of the pizza was disappointing. The calzoncini, whose filling consisted of a minimal amount of mozzarella, a slice of salami and, at best, half a slice of ham, were particularly negative. It was really disappointing and didn't deserve the name "Calzoncini". The regular pizzas also left a lot to be desired: Mozzarella was only found in the center, and the toppings seemed sparse and economical. We hope that this criticism is taken seriously, as the restaurant, with its otherwise positive aspects, actually has potential. Improving the quality of ingredients and preparation could certainly help keep guests coming back. At the moment, however, we unfortunately have to say that the quality of the food has decreased significantly. We'll be happy to give the pizzeria another chance if we hear of an improvement.

02/03/2025: Mi sono fermato dopo una bella camminata per mangiare una fetta di strudel in questa famosa località. Al momento di pagare la cameriera, una signora di una certa età, invece di ringraziare una volta pagato, si è girata e se n’è andata. Forse perché parlavo italiano? Complimenti per la cortesia

22/02/2025: Mi sarebbe piaciuto tanto recensire bene questo luogo perché visivamente è meraviglioso, sia come panorama che come struttura. Peccato che in piena alta stagione sia chiuso ben due giorni a settimana (martedì e mercoledì), cosa che trovo assolutamente lecita per i lavoratori del rifugio, MA NON IN ALTA STAGIONE!!! Dopo la camminata ci si aspetta di consumare un bel piatto e caldo e di scendere lungo la pista in slittino, mentre ciò che si trova è solo la delusione di trovare tutto chiuso. Colpa mia che sicuramente dovevo guardare sul sito, ma non trovo accettabile che in alta stagione un rifugio così rinomato chiuda per due giorni alla settimana . Oltretutto non lasciando neanche aperto il noleggio slittino e costringendo le persone a farsi 6 km di pista in discesa al ritorno dopo la salita presente per arrivare fin lì.

05/12/2024: Di passaggio a mezzogiorno ci siamo fermati presso questo locale. Abbiamo ordinato una Wienerschnitzel, Speckeier, vino, acqua, caffè. Tutto buono secondo le ricette tradizionali tirolesi. Servizio cortese e preciso. Location piacevole, datata nei servizi e storica (eravamo nella saletta interna con stube). Purtroppo non c'era il riscaldamento e abbiamo mangiato con il cappotto (non è il massimo in inverno). Prezzi in rialzo rispetto a qualche tempo fa. Parcheggio comodo attaccato al Gasthof. Se passate di qui sosta piacevole.

03/10/2024: Wir hatten ein Zimmer reserviert, kamen um 15.00 an und haben erstmal etwas gegessen, bevor wir einchecken wollten. Das wurde offensichtlich als Sakrileg gesehen:" das gehört sich nicht !" Unsere Rückfragen warum und wieso wurden nicht beantwortet stattdessen wurde uns ein Storno vorgeschlagen, das wir gerne annahmen.

07/03/2025: Abbiamo chiamato a ora di pranzo per prenotare un tavolo da 8 per cena. Ci hanno chiesto di presentarci alle 7 perché alle 8 avevano altre prenotazioni. Arriviamo e troviamo chiuso con le luci accese all'interno. Bastava dire che non non offrivano il servizio la serae invece ci hanno complicato la serata. Veramente pessimi esseri umani.

07/03/2025: We had booked for 7pm, we arrived and the restaurant was closed. We knocked because we could see someone inside and tried to call the phone but no one answered.

31/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Goulash morbidissimo e saporito al punto giusto, lo stinco di maiale al forno altrettanto (e che vi consigliamo) Personalmente attento e gentile.

25/03/2025: Ambiente molto bello e tipico del posto oltre che accogliente e tranquillo. Staff presente e cordiale. Io e mia madre ci siamo fermate qui per un aperitivo e siamo state super soddisfatte: gli aperitivi sono stati serviti in dei bicchieri molto capienti e ci è anche stato offerto un gran prezzel da sgranocchiare nel frattempo. Molto apprezzato e a un prezzo molto ragionevole visto quanto ci è stato servito.

25/12/2024: Our visit to Luis's snack bar was a year and a half ago now, but I'm still annoyed that we stopped there on the way back from Italy to Germany on August 12, 2023. We (two adults and a child) bought two portions of fries and half a liter of mineral water for a total of ten euros. The fries were just terrible and almost inedible because they were simply fried far too short. Has anyone ever tried eating a raw potato? Yes? You can't eat them, right? And it was the same with the fries. Because we were hungry, we managed to eat some of it because the fries weren't completely raw, but it was absolutely terrible because it wasn't enjoyable at all. We didn't eat most of the portions. I don't understand how a professional snack bar on such an important long-distance route can deliver such subpar quality of food. Frying fries really shouldn't be rocket science these days; especially not when you do something like that countless times a day. Or do you ALWAYS do something like this? I guess the operators haven't eaten their own fries for a long time or maybe they've hired untrained help. No idea. We were there for the first and last time with Luis. It's a shame that we only realized later that there were numerous other options to satisfy our hunger for travel in the immediate vicinity of Brenner train station.
