06/04/2026: This is the best lasagna I know. The dumplings are also excellent. Everything is fresh and homemade. The view is fantastic. However, only guests of the house on the hillside can fully enjoy the sunbathing lawn under willows, the jetty, stand-up paddleboards, and the football field away from the hustle and bustle of the lido. That house is also highly recommended.

05/04/2026: By far the best restaurant with lake access in the area. The service is very friendly and attentive, and the food is extremely delicious and fresh. Highly recommended.

24/12/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Seeber! From the very first moment, you feel welcome and exceptionally well cared for. The service is attentive, warm, and highly professional. The rooms are stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean, and offer the utmost comfort. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the entire team – hospitality is truly lived here. I will definitely be back!

30/09/2025: A friendly, family-run hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young man. However, he didn't really tell us anything about the hotel (e.g., where to find things). Check-in was therefore fairly quick. The rooms are well-equipped, with a renovated bathroom and a comfortable bed. The wellness area is very good, but there are a few limited spaces in the relaxation areas. The food is good, but we had the same cake in the afternoon three days a week, and none of them were that good. However, I felt that something was missing from all the above points to give it 5 stars for the price. We booked it through a different website and paid €70 per person per night for one night.

22/09/2025: Very nice accommodation with great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was also top-notch and very clean. The pizza was excellent, and overall, the pizzeria with the millstones had a very nice atmosphere. Why only 4 stars? Because we always needed a car to get to our planned vacation destinations. But if you want to explore the nature park, this is an excellent place to stay. We would still be happy to come back, just with different destinations :-)

We would especially like to highlight the extraordinary kindness and professionalism of the entire staff, who made us feel welcome at all times. They were always attentive to our needs, with a warm, friendly, and highly helpful attitude. The quality of the food deserves special recognition. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring well-prepared dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a great variety of options. Every meal was a delightful experience that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel's service was impeccable. The facilities are very well maintained, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the stay. We highly recommend Hotel Castel Latemar to anyone visiting the Lago di Carezza area who is looking for comfort, excellent cuisine, and outstanding hospitality. We look forward to returning in the future.

02/06/2026: A charming hotel with a charming appearance, immersed in a suggestive landscape, initially chosen for its location at the center of our motorcycle itinerary, it turned out to be even more pleasant than expected, with welcoming and kind staff, excellent breakfast and also the restaurant, perhaps the room was not generous in terms of space (but it depends more on one's habits) on the other hand even from the balcony there was a beautiful view, thanks to the waiter, even if very busy on Sunday evening he was always kind and friendly as on other evenings 👍

04/06/2026: A truly wonderful and very authentic inn. The food was delicious, and they even gave us a tasty homemade liqueur on the house.

30/06/2026: Best spaghetti alio, olio e pepperoncini I've had in ages. Garlic hand-cut, not pressed! With parsley and just the right amount of spice. Chili flakes still visible.

20/06/2026: A really nice way to spend your lunch break at the Brenner Pass: Burgers, fries, and sausages are the norm, but Luis also offers daily specials, and today's spaghetti aglio e olio was absolutely delicious. If he starts using thinner spaghetti next time, he'll definitely be a contender for that first Michelin star!

18/05/2026: Best strudel that I have ever eaten. The portion size is quite large and easy to share. The price is also very fair. The staff was friendly and polite. I will certainly return.

02/11/2025: We stopped in for dinner. The atmosphere is a bit classic but charming in its own way, full of wooden details. Prices are slightly above average, but the dishes are generous. We only tried the dumplings and were pleased, especially the beetroot dumpling on horseradish cream, which was included in the trio. Child seats are available. Conveniently located on the road, with ample parking.

01/04/2026: Very unfriendly staff, some of the baked goods were stale and unappetizing. I won't be going back.
