03/01/2026: Nice, clean restroom, somewhat informal service, but that's okay, high prices (a coffee with a drink costs €2.50). What's really bad, in my opinion, is the soccer field next to the beach umbrellas, where professional men's teams and registered youth teams come to train, making a huge racket. They scatter among the unoccupied beach umbrellas with their radios, making a racket when anyone is resting. Balls are constantly coming in, leather balls that come with great force. I've seen people hit by the pain go home, people with broken personal items and glasses, balls slingshot into the middle of the children's playground, and if they hit one, they'd be sent to the hospital, if all goes well. This is a beach, not a stadium. Those who pay have the right to be at peace, not to constantly look up; balls are coming in. The owners should decide whether to make money from the field or from the beach umbrella customers.

27/10/2025: We drove an hour and a half to try this restaurant/bar... it was closed even though all the websites said it was open. I'm very annoyed that the information isn't up to date.

08/04/2026: IDEA FOR 2026. WE REACHED THE DESTINATION BY BOARDING IN GENOA AND ARRIVING IN PALERMO. AN EXCELLENT IDEA. Aside from the various coves, it's worth going to LAKE VENUS (reached on foot from the main road that leads from near the sea, then a 15-minute walk through the woods). Another option is CALA MANCINA, with a beautiful CAVE, CALA TONNARA, and the ZINZARO RESERVE, which is essential. VERY DETAILED MAPS CAN BE FOUND LOCALLY. TRAPANI AND BOAT TRIPS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH AN AGENCY (TOWARDS THE SOUTH). BEST TIME: END OF MAY/JUNE.

07/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at L'Oasi da Paolo in Castelluzzo and was truly thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a lunch filled with good food. The menu is a true tribute to local tradition, featuring meticulously prepared fresh seafood dishes. The couscous is simply exceptional, rich in flavor and well-balanced, while the fried baby capuchin cabbage is crispy and light, truly irresistible. Also not to be missed is the caponata, prepared according to tradition and with an authentic flavor. The more innovative dishes are also interesting, such as the shrimp cocktail enriched with strawberries: a surprising combination that perfectly combines freshness and originality. The service is friendly and attentive, always ready to recommend the best dishes. A culinary experience I highly recommend to anyone in the area who wants to savor the best of Sicilian cuisine, combining tradition and creativity.

18/04/2026: The cappuccino was the best we'd had in the area. The ambiance is wonderful, quiet in the pedestrian zone with a view of the church. The service is excellent, friendly, and quick. Tables and chairs are cleared and neatly arranged immediately. The selection of ice cream and sweet treats leaves nothing to be desired. We went there almost every day of our vacation and always enjoyed it immensely.

26/10/2025: We found ourselves here by chance and were welcomed with the hospitality that only the South can offer. We ate very well: pasta alla norma and panelle bread.

07/11/2025: Dinner outside of tourist season, delicious couscous and caponata too (though significantly overpriced). Friendly and helpful owner. Recommended restaurant.

26/09/2025: I didn't have a good experience because the dishes weren't particularly tasty and had very little seasoning. Furthermore, the portions were too small and the dishes they brought us had too much salt. The only positive note was the staff who were quite kind.

27/09/2025: If you arrive at 8:00 in the morning or 3:00 in the afternoon, you pay the same beach fee. It almost seems like you're bothering them to make them work. The interior looks like a supermarket with unappealing food on display. Avoid it.

20/09/2025: The place where we sat had ants crawling around the tables, but other than that, I ordered a pizza with sausage. The sausage was full of fennel and the mozzarella was super stringy. The food was good.

30/03/2026: Best gelateria in Italy! The owner has a long history in creating new and traditional flavors. A local gelateria, best ever!!!

20/12/2025: So I've been going to this village for 5 years and I've always had a good experience with the activities, the swimming pool, the trips out, and then in the evening there were shows, both performed by the children who come to the village and also the cabaret performed by the staff, sometimes they play games or make them watch a film, well, what can I say? IT'S WONDERFUL

07/04/2026: Easter lunch with friends at this restaurant. The owner, who also served our table, was very kind and attentive. The food was good, but perhaps could be improved. Prices were high-end.

06/04/2026: Excellent aperitif right on the beach, great music, and very friendly staff. The Moscow mule was perfect, and not everyone can make it this good. Compliments to the bartender.

05/04/2026: The best part is having a view of the beach and enjoying a drink. The prices are reasonable. The service is quick and friendly. The food is simple. I recommend it as a bar for a drink with the best view of the beach.

25/02/2026: Order a whole pizza and prepare for a perfect Sicilian pizza experience. If you wear a Brioni suit, you can't complain that you look like Marcello Mastriani in 1955. That's what you bought, and you look better than you used to! Same goes here. You come here for Sicilian pizza from this particular hood. That means you will eat a crust that balances gentle crispness with the doughiest sensation since you annoyed your new born nephew by pinching his cheeks. The toppings will either be that sublime mix of tomato piquant sweetness, or the unmissable creaminess of buffalo mozzarella. Either way, this is a treat that will leave you more satisfied than maggot in a morgue. However, if you don't like Brioni suits, or Sicilian pizza, head home and make a B line for Polyester Bob's suits, dominoes pick up, and save yourself time, and Italy: the bother.

01/03/2026: Wooow! This was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten! Light dough with a crunchy crust, super digestible and for only €7! A must try if you’re in Castelluzzo!

18/09/2025: Excellent hotel near San Vito lo Capo, we had a great time, the only downside is that if they don't have parking available in the garage you can't park your car in front of the hotel but in nearby streets

08/09/2025: Very nice, comfortable, and very clean property. Delicious breakfast. The only downside is the extremely expensive on-site parking. Helpful and attentive staff. Extraordinary room cleaning! I would gladly return.
