05/06/2026: I strongly advise against this property due to its complete lack of professionalism and integrity. I made a reservation through Booking.com, which was duly confirmed. More than a week after confirmation, I received an email from them canceling my stay, citing a supposed "system error" and resulting lack of availability. ​It's unfortunate that, upon checking the portals, rooms for those same dates were still perfectly available, but with one clear difference: the owners had decided to triple the rate. ​I find it unacceptable to use the excuse of technical issues to cancel confirmed reservations for the sole purpose of profiteering and reselling the rooms at a higher price. Such behavior is unclear, unfair, and disrespectful to the customer. Stay away if you're looking for reliability.

02/05/2026: Nice to see but 15 minutes is more than enough time. Considering that it is advertised as a place of historical importance, the facilities could be maintained but the mills are in a state of disrepair

01/05/2026: You should write down the salt pans' closing time somewhere, as we arrived at 6:30 PM and the clerk at the salt shop said we had to return the next day. It was easy for her, as we were coming from Palermo. The internet says you can tour independently, but they told us only guided tours and that we could return. The kids were very disappointed, and so were we, after all this time. It's a shame.

23/10/2025: We stayed at the property for 3 nights: a super strategic location for exploring all of Favignana, being in the center of the island, just a few minutes from both the town center with its bars and restaurants and the coves. The studios were very cute and comfortable, with a small kitchen and a private outdoor area with a drying rack, table, and chairs. The room and bathroom were clean. Being located in a small forest, it was very quiet. *NB: They don't provide soap and sponges for the kitchen, but they do provide them for a fee in the lobby; they could be included in the price of the stay; it would be a shame to miss out on such a low price. Breakfast is not available; there are coffee and snack machines. The staff was a bit unhelpful, but the check-in and check-out instructions were clear.

13/10/2025: The property is located in a charming, quiet, and peaceful area, in the middle of a park, right on the seafront. It's an excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the city center and a 20-minute walk from the port. There's a restaurant on site, as well as bicycle, scooter, and car rentals. The cottages are clean and well-maintained, and equipped with air conditioning.

21/05/2026: I don't even know how to start this review. The island is truly beautiful, but I'm leaving with a bad taste in my mouth because of this place, due to the rudeness shown by one of the staff members (I assume it was the owner). I was about to go in, but we were with my bike, and I wanted to park it. A girl came out and told me I could park a little further ahead. I tried to park, but there wasn't any space, so I decided to leave it right next to the pergola of the establishment (which wasn't bothering anyone). At that moment, the owner came out, shouting at me in Italian (I didn't understand a word), and finally told me to be more careful because I was hitting the pergola with the wheel… (this was after three attempts to explain what was wrong). I replied that there wasn't any space and that I hadn't hit the pergola at all (it seems to be made of some kind of luxury material or something). And then, with a straight face, she asked me sarcastically if I understood Spanish. From that moment on, I left. You can't allow yourself to be disrespected. There are many ways to say things. If you don't like working in hospitality, then change jobs. If tourists bother you, change jobs. And if bicycles bother you, file a complaint with the town hall and people will stop coming to your island… Treating tourists like that is unacceptable. Of course, I won't recommend this place, and if anyone asks, I'll tell them how rude they were to me… I hope this woman's gravy train ends soon. By the way, I went to another place later and had no problems at all; quite the opposite… so there are better places to go than this one.

21/05/2026: We went to try the famous tuna kebab at what's supposed to be one of the island's best spots, which I don't understand since the service was awful. As soon as we arrived, they rudely asked us to park our bikes somewhere else, and when we went to do so, a staff member came towards us with a very unpleasant expression, telling us to be careful with their pergola because we were going to break it, even though we hadn't done anything to it. Apparently, we had hit the wheel with the plastic, but the explanation was delivered in a despotic, arrogant, and offensive manner. If you don't want to work, stay home; if you don't want Spanish tourists, stay home; and if you don't want bikes, change professions, since a bike is essential for getting around the island. Besides, if you don't want bikes, write to the town hall and ask them to install a bike parking area so that nobody can damage your super pergola, valued at thousands of euros and made, at the very least, of kryptonite. Obviously, I don't recommend this place. If this is the service, I can't imagine how they handle the food. Just a few meters away is Sapuri di Mare, which is wonderful, and you can enjoy quality tuna and park your bikes without any problem.

12/06/2025: We went for dinner. The food didn't excite us in particular the meat was very very cooked almost inedible. The service was courteous and fast. We were at an inside table and our clothes got completely stinky because of the fumes coming into the room from the kitchen. 4 stars is a vote of encouragement to improve.

07/06/2026: The location is truly beautiful, as shown in the photos. The service was good, but the food was, honestly, awful: the seafood salad was small and flavorless, and the caponata was, let's say, acceptable. I reported this negative experience at the checkout.

20/05/2026: Splendid view of the pier of the island of Levanzo where you can also enjoy a simple coffee at a very reasonable price for the location: just €1.20.

02/09/2025: Truly good! We've been there several times, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even takeout... what can I say... super satisfied! Kind and helpful staff and a wide variety of dishes, all truly delicious and excellent value! A special mention for the cannoli... Simply EXQUISITE!!! The best we've ever eaten! If you're brave, they also have a MAXI version!! 😎😎
