We were delighted to meet Mr. Cristoforo, who welcomed us and delighted us with his stories, and Elena, who pampered us with her excellent service. If you're in the area, don't miss it.

13/08/2026: Recommended by the travel guide, we stopped there to try some arancini. We ordered the stracciatella and pistachio ones. The shell was very crispy and quite substantial, perfect for a quick bite! The only slight drawback was the small amount of stracciatella, only on the outside, but that's a minor detail because we thoroughly enjoyed them!

13/08/2026: Highly recommended. I had the best arancini I've ever had. The variety of flavors and combinations is amazing (in addition to the classic ones, there are other meat and seafood options). The swordfish one is delicious, as is the one with shrimp tartare. The wait is a bit long, but it's definitely worth the wait for this delicacy. I recommend ordering more than one to try different flavors. The price is excellent (paradoxically, drinks are more expensive). Be careful with the opening hours, because they don't take orders after a certain time. The open kitchen is also very nice.

16/08/2026: Everything was excellent: the rolls and arancini were exceptional, but the Genovese were a cut above. Definitely the best dough I've ever tasted. Keep up the good work!

28/06/2026: This is a nice place and we returned to have dinner there after passing by in the afternoon. The beginning was great, but once we were seated the service was very cold, a bit impatient by Gino even though I speak decent Italian. The 2 dishes- cuttlefish was too salty and the squid was too hard. We have been eating in Sicily for 2 months now, we have a way to compare. Giuseppe was very while Gino was cold and not very servicy.

20/07/2026: The atmosphere and expectations were very high. The seafood plates were very disappointing; the fish inside was like an optional extra, as we couldn't taste it. Dear Management, I would like to clarify that the reviews you're referring to are only three (plus two fast food restaurants), including yours. I tend to leave a review only in exceptional cases, when the experience doesn't live up to expectations. I regularly frequent highly rated restaurants, including Michelin-starred establishments, and over the course of over 15 years, I've enjoyed numerous restaurants around the world. In many cases, when the quality exceeds expectations, I don't even feel it's necessary to leave a review, as the restaurant's reputation speaks for itself. In your case, unfortunately, I was particularly disappointed by the tuna and octopus, especially compared to other recent experiences during the same trip to Sicily. I also noticed that other customers also left their dishes incomplete, and I sensed surprise on the part of the staff in such circumstances. My intention is not to be polemical, but constructive. In situations like this, I believe a less defensive approach might be more helpful to you. Best regards,

13/08/2026: The real deal — a genuine family-run place, with the owner and his family running the whole show. The room was full of locals, which told me everything I needed to know. The food was incredible. I had the crab pasta, and I'll say it plainly: the best I've ever eaten. Portions are huge, prices are fantastic for the quality, and the service was warm and unhurried. Would recommend to anyone. If you're nearby, go.

28/01/2026: A guarantee!!! I've been frequenting this pastry shop for 10 years now, and despite the passage of time, the quality has never wavered. As a true Sicilian, this pastry shop feels right at home, both in terms of quality and quantity (the desserts are truly rich)! For me, the custard is simply heavenly, velvety, and with that authentic, old-fashioned flavor. But the real masterpiece is the lobster tails: crunchy, fragrant, and stuffed to perfection. If you want to impress someone or simply treat yourself, come here. You can't go wrong! P.S. I always try to introduce them to as many people as possible, because it's worth it ❤️

06/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Erice. Delicious dishes and quality ingredients. Attentive and fast service. The atmosphere is elegant and quiet, centrally located in the village. Both the outdoor seating and the indoor dining room are pleasant. We tried the seafood couscous and the busiate allo scoglio, and both were delicious.

01/02/2026: We've had aperitivo at this kiosk several times, and it's always a wonderful confirmation. The place is small, well-kept, and very charming, a truly unique spot where you immediately feel pampered. It's true that there's only a few seats, but that's precisely what makes it special: intimate, relaxing, with the sea in front of you and... the sea in your mouth. The seafood is exquisite, incredibly fresh, served with simplicity and great attention: every bite tastes of quality and passion. An aperitivo that becomes a small ritual, to be enjoyed slowly. The service is another strong point: the waiters are friendly, kind, and always smiling. A special, authentic, and well-kept place, where you'll gladly return and that will stay in your heart. Highly recommended.

18/06/2026: During a sunset trip to Erice, a friend and I found this little spot, a bit hidden but definitely worth a try. I ate a delicious sweet and sour tuna steak, while enjoying a breathtaking view.

12/08/2026: Absolutely wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A beautiful little stop in Erice and a place we are very happy we discovered. The traditional Sicilian pastries were absolutely delicious, especially the famous Genovesi Ericine — so fresh, delicate and full of flavour. They tasted wonderfully authentic and were exactly what we hoped to try in Erice. The coffee was also excellent and made the perfect combination with the pastry. ☕️ A special mention to our waiter, who was absolutely lovely — so friendly, warm and welcoming. His kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. If you are visiting Erice, this is definitely a place worth stopping at for an authentic Sicilian sweet treat and a really good coffee. Highly recommended! ❤️
