16/11/2025: This is my second time at this restaurant. The first time we had pizza, and I have to say it was really good. We went back to try the fish option and were extremely satisfied. The portions are enormous. There were four of us adults, and with just one enormous appetizer, we were already full. Everything was delicious, tasty, and fresh. Even though we were already full, the first courses were one better than the last, and what can I say about the grilled octopus? Superb! Last but not least, the super cannoli with a ricotta cream and the melt-in-your-mouth scacciana pasta. I really can't find a single flaw in this restaurant. The Christmas atmosphere is wonderful, and the waiters and owners are friendly and joking. We didn't even pay too much for everything we ate. We can't wait to return.

09/11/2025: Truly a pleasant discovery, with polite and friendly staff, a very cute and quaint place, excellent food and service. I'll reserve five stars only after trying the restaurant as well; tonight, only pizzas and a few appetizers. Would I recommend it? Definitely! Will we be back? Of course! See you soon!

08/12/2025: If you go to Skopelos and are hungry, you'll be disappointed because you don't have many options. It's a touristy place and expensive. You won't eat well, unfortunately.

04/10/2025: Pleasant complex, for 2, it's big enough with a large terrace, clean, impeccable👌👌 one small problem, the bathroom, the shower stall doesn't close the doors and is very small. Very friendly staff

03/11/2025: If you want to eat authentic Italian pizza go to a different place. Doughy thick americanish pizza with way too much cheese. Not good.

30/10/2025: I'm disappointed because I paid more than expected; they charged me for two glasses of white wine instead of one. When I complained, they insisted it was €6 per glass, whereas the menu said €3, and besides, it wasn't good. This is the second time this has happened in Castellammare, so be careful. It's a shame because the pizza was good.

04/09/2025: This pizzeria offers both classic and "long" pizzas. I tried the pizza of the day, but it didn't specify (or say anywhere) that it was "long." If I had known, I wouldn't have chosen it, especially because of the price: for €15, I expect a large, well-topped pizza, while the long version is a bit smaller and thicker than a regular pizza, although the waitress was careful to point out that the dough is the same. Given that I chose this pizzeria because I don't like thick pizzas, I was quite disappointed. The pizza was good and light, but nothing exceptional.

04/09/2025: Superb pizzas, both for their dough and quality ingredients. A small place in the center of Castellammare, but well-designed, with a garden area that also creates a beautiful ambiance. I had a pizza with scamorza and mushrooms, which was incredibly good. For two pizzas and a beer, we paid €40, in line with the somewhat uniform prices in town. The staff were incredibly friendly. The service was very fast. We'll be back during our stay.

02/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, typical Sicilian cuisine, lots of local customers. The service is professional and friendly, sometimes a little slow when they have large groups. We have dined there several times, always very satisfied with our meals (risottos, pasta, seafood); in our opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in the area.

31/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ate divinely at Egesta Mare! Michele and Salvatore, two brothers (one in the dining room and the other in the kitchen), truly know how to make you feel at home, treating you with kid gloves and always with a smile. 🌞 When a good bond is formed, a complimentary glass of amaro or an extra portion of their signature dishes is always a must... small gestures that make all the difference and express their passion for Sicilian hospitality. I stayed in Castellammare for five days and returned to dinner there five times: every night was an unforgettable experience, the best of my entire Sicilian tour! 🇮🇹🍋 Memorable dishes: the Black Widow, the Sicilian cassata, the busiate, the XL cannoli, and the best caponata I've ever tasted. Everything was perfect, from the first bite to the last toast. Finding a restaurant like this was a true luxury for my family and I and made our stay in Sicily even more special. 25/10/2025: An evening at a restaurant and pizzeria that caters to celiacs. Excellent pizza, quality fish, and a somewhat long wait, but if you're out with family or friends, staying a bit longer at the table is fine. Prices are more than fair. A positive experience.

23/10/2025: We were there for my niece's birthday. The location is central. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pizza is delicious.

28/10/2025: A welcoming restaurant overlooking the harbor with an outdoor seating area. Excellent dishes with generous portions. The staff is helpful and attentive.

26/10/2025: Absent, unprofessional waiters, terrible service, coffee and drinks served without a table set. Coffee served without water, drinks brought to the table without a tray. Prices inflated at checkout by a rude cashier and company. 100% not recommended.

24/09/2025: The left side sleeps four, with a double bed and a bunk bed (more suitable for children). The "kitchen" is practically empty: no coffee maker or coffee pot, no kettle, no basics like paper towels or a jug, a pathetic two-burner gas stove, just a few chairs and a table, no mosquito net (on the bed) or fan, as advertised on rental websites. It's like camping (without a camper). Kitchen utensils are sparse. It's been nicely restored, but there could have been more furniture. You can only sit on a chair, like in a cafe. For €75/night, I expected something different. The welcome could also have been better: the chairs were still upside down on the table when we entered the building.

29/06/2025: Passer dans le secteur et ne pas s’arrêter dans ce restaurant serait une grossière erreur !!! Nous avons réservé là par hasard , souhaitant un restaurant qui proposait des grillades ! C’est excellent ! On choisit un peu commie dans une boucherie, ce que l’on a envie de manger ! Pour nous ce fut, fromage grillé, filet de bœuf et une saucisse juste pour goûter ! Le tout accompagné d’un vin rouge très bon et d’une salade composée maison ! Wouah ! Tout était super bon, super frais !! Juste un grand merci à toute votre sympathique famille pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre excellente cuisine. Comme je vous l’ai dit de vive voix , je vous confirme que ce soir nous avons fait le meilleur repas depuis que nous sommes en Sicile ... et pourtant nous sommes très très fine gueule ! Gratie mile !

07/08/2025: Très bel hôtel situé dans le charmant village de Scopello. La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre que nous avions choisie était superbe. Le petit-déjeuner et les dîners étaient délicieux — je les recommande vivement. La piscine était très agréable et originale ! Elle paraît plus petite sur les photos du site, mais en réalité, elle est suffisamment grande pour nager confortablement. Le jardin est absolument magnifique, et le restaurant du midi, à l’ambiance décontractée, offre une très belle vue sur la mer. Le service était chaleureux et très agréable.

Location (panorama mozzafiato che permette di vedere la splendida costa di scopello nonostante il ristorante si trovi in una zona collinare), servizio impeccabile e cortese, materia prima di ottima qualità e piatti presentati con un’idea dietro la preparazione, bilanciati e saporiti! Si intuisce che il lavoro dello staff è volto a dare il meglio per la clientela e questo è possibile soltanto quando si mette passione ed amore per il proprio lavoro. Molto cortese e piacevole anche il gestore del locale che ha permesso di concludere questa esperienza con un ulteriore sorriso! Consigliatissimo!

08/09/2025: I purchased several products, including a package of artisanal whole-wheat pasta, attracted by its quality and authentic appearance. Unfortunately, I only noticed at home that it had expired a few months ago. I understand that this could be an oversight, but it would be important to pay more attention to managing expiration dates, especially when dealing with food products. I hope this was an isolated incident and that the store can improve this aspect, as the product selection is interesting. I'm writing this review to encourage other shoppers to always check labels and to highlight the importance of careful inspections to the seller.
