07/04/2026: The cassatella is excellent, but the kindness and courtesy are lacking, especially from the lady at the cashier, who answers rudely and doesn't even greet customers. There are undoubtedly better places in the area.

07/03/2026: Food and drink is nice. BUT, We saw (what looked like to be the owner) eating directly out of the ice cream tub with a spoon. Putting the spoon in his mouth and dipping it back into the ice-cream tub that is used to serve customers. Shocking. All their hygiene standards must be poor.

01/01/2026: On January 1st at 19:00 we wanted something sweet) the store was open!! A wonderful selection of small sweets with cream or ricotta, as well as ice cream cakes to choose from. The prices are affordable. Everything is delicious and fresh.

11/04/2026: We were there last year and had a great time; the place was nice and the staff were friendly. The dishes were really plentiful and well-prepared. Kudos to the kitchen. We'll definitely be back. In the summer, the view outside is beautiful, and I recommend making a reservation. We've had occasions where we couldn't make a reservation without one. 🥲

Perhaps before passing judgment and accusing people, we need to first know the facts, but above all, we need to speak the truth, not with lies and accusations of such magnitude. I remember the incident very well, and so does your friend, as I was there myself. The €50 in question had been carelessly dropped on the floor by your friend, and my boss, seeing it, took it, then notified her, and immediately returned it to your friend, who also thanked us several times. So, from this, which is the truth of the facts, to the accusation of attempted theft, there's a lot to say first. Here it seems to me that the only one lacking in manners, and I might add, lying, is you!
