21/07/2025: I can only agree with the previous reviews. After 2 years of good collaboration, they suddenly started to ghost me and don't answer my reminders of invoices (except with vague excuses). On top of that, one of the project managers is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would recommend all translators not to work with them if they would like fair treatment and payment for their work.
