18/04/2026: An unassuming bar and ice cream parlor next to a gas station. They offer delicious homemade baked goods and tasty ice cream, though this also makes them a bit pricey. They also have a few savory snacks. It's currently the only restaurant in the small town and definitely worth a visit.

09/07/2026: I rarely find such a good place, with impeccable service and exceptional courtesy. The food was exquisite, the red shrimp buttons the best I've ever eaten.
09/07/2026: Wine bar with a menu perfectly in line with the menu.
Delicious food, the tapas format is convenient for sampling multiple dishes.
We thoroughly enjoyed the main course (a first course).
The staff were professional and friendly, and a special mention goes to the sommelier who guided us through the menu and let us try several options before we chose. The wine tasting recommendation at the end of the meal was excellent!
Stunning location.
Perfect evening, excellent value.
We'll be back and highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, I can't give a lower rating.
This place is highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
Dinner for 4 adults, 3 of whom had fish caponata as an appetizer (which was definitely not the freshest).
In fact, all three of us felt sick during the night.
The owner was rude and annoyed.
Of the 3 coffees, one was an undrinkable macchiato.
All of this was not very cheap.
A "PAINFUL" EXPERIENCE, one to FORGET.
25/05/2026: A wonderfully situated restaurant on the first floor with a magnificent view. The food was very good – but the owner seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests.

05/07/2026: We were scolded for complaining after a two-hour wait. Instead of apologizing and perhaps even pampering ourselves, we were informed that they take orders and seats regardless of their capacity. After all, do you even expect the complimentary liqueur? No, everything is paid for. Shameful.

21/07/2026: I wasn't familiar with this pizzeria and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent pizza, very easy to digest (I didn't have the usual stomachache I usually get after a pizza), and the fact that it's self-service—you set your own table, clear it, get your pizza when it's ready, and drinks from the fridge (basically no waiters)—keeps the prices low, making dinner really affordable, especially in these times when everything is expensive. And honestly, I even liked this self-service dining room; it felt like home. I'll be back and highly recommend it!
02/04/2026: Modern atmosphere. The pizza is excellent. The dough is light and easy to digest. At the waiter's suggestion, I chose a pizza with a white crust, topped with mozzarella, zucchini flowers, and anchovies. When the pizza arrived, I was amazed by its size... gigantic, light, and cooked to perfection. Fair price, impeccable service. Even the homemade desserts are excellent. The only downside was the excessive amount of people in the dining room: unfortunately, we had a table of about 30 people next to us!

02/06/2026: Pizza with quality ingredients, the only flaw was my Margherita pizza, too sweet for my taste, evidently sugar was added to the tomato sauce... for the rest, this pizzeria is always a guarantee... I would give a piece of advice, I would sacrifice a few seats inside the restaurant to make the atmosphere and the environment more livable.
31/05/2026: Unfortunately, I have to report an extremely negative experience. Despite having a reservation for 9:45 PM yesterday, May 30th, we were ignored for a full 45 minutes before anyone came to take our order. The pizzas didn't arrive until 11:30 PM, arriving in unacceptable condition: some burned, others completely raw.
I want to emphasize that the criticism isn't directed at the wait staff—visibly exhausted and clearly struggling—nor at the pizza chefs. The problem lies with management: it's unacceptable to accept a number of seats that the restaurant can't handle with its current staff, ultimately sacrificing both service and product quality, as well as the employees' physical and mental health. While we waited, we witnessed other customers abandon the restaurant, exasperated by the same situation. For the first time in my life, I couldn't finish my pizza.

01/06/2025: Un pranzo da principi!
Trattoria tipica locale con piatti cucinati a regola d’arte. Ci siamo fermati per il pranzo della domenica, il posto ci ha invogliato perché molto tranquillo e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità delle pietanze. A completare l’esperienza la splendida gestione familiare e la simpatia del sig. Ignazio. Torneremo di sicuro!

29/07/2024: Esperienza veramente deludente. Guai a chiedere una variante sui condimenti delle pizze perché è tutto preparato in anticipo, alla faccia di intolleranze e allergie. Attesa interminabile, durante la quale sono stati serviti tavoli arrivati ben dopo di noi. Tengo a precisare che al nostro arrivo il locale era praticamente vuoto e c'erano non più di cinque o sei persone in fila per l'asporto. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni un cameriere ineducato e arrogante ha tentato di sbugiardarci. Ho lavorato nella ristorazione dieci anni, se hai perso la comanda o ci sono stati problemi rimedi. E infatti quando sono entrata, scocciatissima, dopo un'ora, per pagare birra e acqua, hanno ammesso che era proprio quello che era successo. Ma occhio, perché io vivo a Donnalucata da anni enl quando sento parlottare capisco perfettamente lo sciclitano. Scorretti e poco simpatici. Mai più.
25/07/2024: Sconsiglio, dopo più di un'ora di attesa con il locale quasi vuoto non ci avevano ancora servito l'ordinazione: due pizze. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni il cameriere rispondeva in modo sgarbato. Siamo andati via senza cenare! Consiglio, volete una pizza a Donnalucata andate altrove.
