23/09/2024: Siamo stati l'altra sera a cena in questa pizzeria alternativa a Scicli, si trova in una via traversa nel centro ma facilissima da raggiungere. Il locale è curato e molto bello con un cortile interno che mette subito a tuo agio e ti da un senso di intimità. L'esperienza è stata molto piacevole sia al palato che alla vista, piatti buoni, curati, moderni e ricercati con materie prime di ottima qualità. A concludere la serata la conoscenza dei proprietari Fabio e Cermelo, due ragazzi giovani ma molto capaci, gentili e molto disponibili.

11/09/2024: Se avete voglia della solita Capricciosa o 007, non andate da Pinsere. Qui è tutto un'altro mondo, altri sapori e una meraviglia per gli occhi ed il palato. Menù "breve", poche pizze ma come è giusto che sia secondo me, trattandosi di pizze gourmet. Un accostamento di sapori e colori veramente eccezionale. Le pizze arrivano già tagliate in sei fette, ma ogni fetta è condita prima di essere servita. Carino il Locale e personale molto in ordine, cortese e gentile. I prezzi, chiaramente, lievitano un pò ma credetemi, ne vale la pena e certamente ci ritornerò.-

03/09/2024: The joys! In fact they are joys for the senses! The very romantic location, along the river in Scicli. High level welcome, kindness of the staff with whom we also had a chat about Scicli, gathering very useful information. Starter with very fresh raw red prawns and sautéed clams, both delicious and delicate. Followed by two second courses with calamari and squid, both cooked with skill. Expertise on wines too. Price consistent with the quality of the food, the service and the location. We'll be back.

11/10/2024: Splendid location on the terrace with pleasant background music. Excellent food overall, especially the very fresh raw meats and the couscous. Friendly staff and average prices. Recommended if you are in the area.

10/11/2024: I asked for the roasted octopus which cost 13 euros and they brought me the crispy octopus which cost 20. But above all it was very chewy and I had difficulty swallowing. I pointed it out and they didn't give me any discounts but only said that it was the first time they had pointed it out. I won't come again

07/11/2024: We went on Tuesday evening and had a great time, the environment was taken care of down to the smallest details and the staff were very kind and the dinner was truly top.. highly recommended

30/08/2024: Dreadful. The waiter tried to overcharge me by 10 euros. Parmigiana was not heated properly - fridge cold at the bottom & warm on top. Green salad at 3.5 euros was a small bowl of chopped iceberg lettuce, with olive oil on the side. Poor quality, over-priced & they tried to rip me off. Avoid.

24/08/2024: Abbiamo scelto di cenare con dei primi piatti che hanno soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Location davvero carina che suggerisco IMHO!

29/09/2024: thin crust pizza, lots of toppings. The dough is light, the size of the pizza is large, enough for two. Better than pizza from a local restaurant on the beach. We were extremely pleased to take the pizza with us and have dinner at home with wine. The schedule of working hours may vary, we were sold pizza from 19:00.

21/08/2024: Consigliati da una amica bolognese che ci era stata il mese precedente siamo approdati in questo agriturismo vicino a Scicli, che dire, cena tipica spettacolare dall’antipasto al dolce, alla fine eravamo praticamente satolli da scoppiare, il figlio del titolare ci ha raccontato la storia di questa struttura che è arrivata alla terza generazione, molto gentile, se dovessimo ripassare da qui sicuramente ci torneremo. Ps eravamo a Messina da amici ed abbiamo parlato di questa agriturismo e lo conoscevamo benissimo

09/11/2024: "4minchiate" The title for the Sicilians is already a whole program. The menu, which is a bit like those board games that promise to be exciting, but in the end are resolved with a family game of cards: very short but in such a way that you don't understand if you want to complain or laugh even at the swimsuit test portions. Oh, I didn't mention the flavor! But I haven't forgotten it, I just haven't heard it! However, a round of applause must be given to the wine. Yes, that was good! In conclusion, "Ummara" is the kind of place that doesn't do "neither ummura nor scuru", you only pay a lot and for "4minchiate".

03/11/2024: The place is nice, and the location is suggestive. The service was kind and attentive. However, the food was below expectations and the bill was high. Good wine, too bad the wine list was not available (updating).

03/05/2024: Pranzo super...come dice il titolo. Trattoria a ridosso del centro e assolutamente da provare. Portate abbondanti, pietanze a base di pesce freschissimo e simpatia del gestore. Accoglienza e disponibilità. Assolutamente consigliato.

29/04/2024: We spent two weeks in Modica and ate here several times. The food is fresh and delicious but the service is what sets it apart. They welcomed us each time as family, remembering us and always asking how we were. We were beyond pleased with every dish we ordered and the wine was delicious. Highly recommend!

18/08/2024: We arrived a little late because we got lost and we made many turns to park. The meter was very inflexible, not very empathetic and did not give us any other option. A disappointment. Luckily we found another restaurant that offered us a table if we waited 30m and we had a fantastic dinner.

14/08/2024: We moved to Scicli a month ago and all of our new friends recommended Noka Bistro and they were correct, it's amazing. We walked by on our way to another bar and stopped to look at the menu and the owner/chef came and welcomed us, wonderful person. He offered for us to have a beverage even though they were not officially open. I ordered a G&T and he asked dry or botanical (1st time anyone asked:)). Friends, saw us and joined us, which was nice the owner served them drinks too. We were sat at a beautiful table with candles nearby. The Server/owner (amazing) took my wife to the menu board and explained in detail all the seafood offerings. The food presentation is excellent and love the beautiful plates used. The food had a perfect balance of flavors and looked amazing. The service team were exceptional, always scanning to assist patrons and remove empty plates. They do not use paper menus because everything is made fresh to order and at times some ingredients are not always available, use Google Translate app to translate the menu and know all staff are fluent in English. The location and atmosphere are heavenly and tranquil. It's a culinary Scicli gem. Highly recommend and we will frequent often, so much more delicious food to try. We arrived at 1900hrs and they do get busy, recommend making reservations.

30/09/2024: Semplicemente favoloso, di diritto nelle mia top 3 delle gelaterie preferite. Alla base di tutto materie prime di primissima qualità; basta assaggiare gusti come sesamo, carruba o ricotta e fichi per rimanere colpiti dalla bontà e delicatezza di questi gelati. Aggiungi cordialità e simpatia al bancone (Elisabetta spero di ricordarmi giustamente il nome!!) che non gusta mai. Da non tralasciare le opzioni di gusti vegani. Assolutamente da provare la brioche con gelato alle mandorle....WOW!! Se ricapito da quelle parti obbligatorio passare da voi per un gelato...magari due!!

11/09/2024: Preso più volte il gelato in questo locale quasi nascosto al centro di Scicli! Che dire… la squisitezza dei gestori si sposa appieno con un gelato veramente top, in tutti i gusti che ho provato (consigliati quelli siciliani!). La coppetta da 3,50 euro è poi molto abbondante… bravi!
