I recommend the tasting menu, which allows you to appreciate the research and attention the pizzeria devotes to both the customer and the individual dishes. The pizzas are carefully crafted, with quality ingredients and interesting pairings.
The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, and the service is attentive and friendly. The prices are a bit above average, but consistent with the quality of the experience.
My only small personal disappointment: I would have liked to see the cocoa-based pizza on the tasting menu, which I was curious to try.
In any case, it was an experience worth trying, and I will definitely return.

02/04/2026: An informal diner with friendly service, good food and generous portions. Very strategic location near the Church of Santa Maria la Nova where the Gioia (Risen Christ) exits during the exciting Easter celebration (you need to book well in advance though)
25/03/2026: The food is simply exceptional, and the service is excellent. The staff's knowledge of the dishes and their wine pairings is second to none. The place is welcoming, with a truly relaxed atmosphere. A must if you're in Scicli! We'll definitely be back.

28/05/2026: We arrived together with the owner for the evening opening, despite him just starting he kindly offered us a seat and at the table and was very welcoming. The whole service felt like it was custom tailored to our needs and desires. Later on a couple of more tables joined in and the quality of service remained top notch. Not even talking about the quality and taste of the food, it was superb! Herbs are literally harvested behind your back from the pots before being used in the dishes. It was our best dinner in Sicily. Highly recommended.

Every detail is meticulously crafted, exuding a sense of warmth and belonging, even to those who enter this enchanting place for the first time. The staff is kind, friendly, and professional. The food is superb! I hope to return to this corner of Sicilian wonder soon.
25/10/2025: When I go to Scicli with my family and friends, I always return to this restaurant. The quality and price are impeccable. The outdoor location is spectacular, in the most beautiful little square in the heart of Sicilian Baroque, near the Montalbano police station. It's very well-kept and beautiful inside, even on the coldest days. The owner, Franco, and his wife, Maria, are wonderful people. I highly recommend it. See you next time!!!

13/09/2025: A bit quiet when we arrived - we had a really friendly waiter and the food was okay - confused when it all had horse on the menu but then realised that horse was a delicacy in Sicily
12/09/2025: The location is beautiful, but it's a shame about the service and the food. You can feel the tiredness of the staff... excessive slowness, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Tables that no one cleared, and plates that came out of the kitchen one at a time... things ordered that never arrived... in short, there's work to be done. The prices are low but ultimately nothing special... pasta overcooked, meatballs that didn't hold together, bruschetta so thin that the compote on top melted the bread and you couldn't even pick them up with your hands!!! Except for the parmigiana, which was excellent!

18/04/2026: An unassuming bar and ice cream parlor next to a gas station. They offer delicious homemade baked goods and tasty ice cream, though this also makes them a bit pricey. They also have a few savory snacks. It's currently the only restaurant in the small town and definitely worth a visit.

04/08/2025: I had the pleasure of tasting the typical Ragusa scacce and arancini with ragù at this welcoming and refined restaurant. The atmosphere is clean and tidy, and the prices are unbeatable, especially considering the excellent quality of the food.
As a native of Scicli, and a cook at heart, I recommend this place wholeheartedly. I hope to return soon!

Unfortunately, I can't give a lower rating.
This place is highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
Dinner for 4 adults, 3 of whom had fish caponata as an appetizer (which was definitely not the freshest).
In fact, all three of us felt sick during the night.
The owner was rude and annoyed.
Of the 3 coffees, one was an undrinkable macchiato.
All of this was not very cheap.
A "PAINFUL" EXPERIENCE, one to FORGET.
25/05/2026: A wonderfully situated restaurant on the first floor with a magnificent view. The food was very good – but the owner seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests.
