Pur non avendo prenotato, con un locale pieno ed una discreta coda all'ingresso, ci hanno fatti accomodare molto presto, rispetto alle mie aspettative, e per di più, nell'attesa ci è stato offerto un prosecco al banco, molto gradito, testimoniando la particolare attenzione che hanno delle persone, viste come ospiti più che clienti. Le stesse attenzioni le ho riscontrate nella preparazione del cibo, di gran qualità. Abbiamo mangiato sia pesce (crudo e cotto) che la pizza, affidandoci letteralmente alla gentilezza ed alla competenza del titolare, sempre presente tra i tavoli e d'aiuto al suo altrettanto valido staff. La carta dei vini è ben fornita ed i prezzi delle bottiglie sono onesti. Che dire di più, in questa gestione familiare si vede che la ristorazione è una cosa seria, fatta con passione da professionisti che provano a restare "umani" in un mondo di Masterchef. Complimenti

25/08/2025: High prices for this type of restaurant compared to the quality and quantity of the dishes We dined at the "Al Raid" restaurant and, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. Our order included two raw fish appetizers, a first course, wine, and dessert, for a total of €170. When paying, we expressed concern about the price of the appetizers, believing them to be excessive for the quantity and quality actually served. In particular, the shrimp listed on the menu turned out to be small shrimp, and the scampi were standard-sized, not justifying the high price. The waiter reported our complaint to the owner, who, along with his daughter, reacted unprofessionally and rudely. After a discussion, we were offered a €10 refund, an amount that did not reflect the actual discrepancy, estimated at around €30–40. We believe that, had the bill been correct, there would have been no reason to offer a refund. The gesture, accompanied by rude manners and threatening tones, further compromised our experience.

24/08/2025: Before our visit, I read that people were complaining about the speed of service. Our experience was completely different. All the servers were almost jogging, made a great effort for us, and worked perfectly as a team. The food was fresh and delicious, and the pizza was very good.

09/08/2025: We have frequented this fine establishment for the past week on our first holiday in Sicily. The staff are wonderful and smiley, the prices are very good (for food and drinks) and the beach atmosphere is top tier.

04/08/2025: We had two salads, they would have been neither good nor bad, if it weren't for the fact that my arugula was old and had cuts of black stems. They should be more careful about what they put on the plates, because I was told: "and you should have told me before", but if the leaves on top were decent, how do I know that the stems were rotten because you probably used a pre-cut salad and probably opened a day or two before.

14/08/2025: Well-located restaurant, I went there twice. Sea view and the staff is welcoming. Of the 4 dishes chosen, only one was to my taste, a little less substantial, which left the person a little unsatisfied. But for you, the rest was great, the products were good, the dessert too.

09/08/2025: We had a pleasant evening. The appetizers were good, the panelle excellent, and the bruschetta perfectly crispy. The pizza was good, and coming from a Neapolitan, that's a guarantee.

21/08/2025: I was at this restaurant at the beginning of August, I ordered two courses and two appetizers, the flavor of each dish was excellent and the quantities of each course were very generous, only one small flaw in the service that cannot undermine how the evening went, very satisfied.

14/06/2025: Purtroppo devo condividere altri giudizi negativi, cocktail di gamberi 15€ per una manciata di gamberi minuscoli scongelati, pasta allo scoglio discreta, buona la cottura, purtroppo tutte le vongole erano senza il frutto, perché metterle nel piatto? Pesce spada, 1 porzione discreta, taglio medio, l'altra tagliata tipo prosciutto e completamente secca, cucinate con lo stesso tempo dalla piastra. Buone le verdure grigliate, il prezzo pagato non giustifica la qualità. Bella la location, tutto il resto è stata una delusione. Non pubblichiamo la fotografia del pesce spada, mi pare di averlo già descritto.
