20/08/2025: Near the small port of Isola delle Femme, you'll find this small place, Friggitoria da Gaetano, where you'll find a variety of food, from the spleen sandwich, to the panelle and crocche sandwich, arancini, and various house specialties in the sandwich section. Outside, the place has tables and chairs with umbrellas to shelter you from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. Alessandro will welcome you and, with his enormous friendliness, will recommend the dish of the day. I highly recommend it!!!!

19/10/2025: We had a lovely evening in this bar. The service was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. We ate and drank well and the atmosphere was great. The very friendly owner even lent us a corkscrew the next day (we were renting accommodation very close by). I recommend it without hesitation.
28/09/2025: Excellent location, special thanks to Alessandro for hosting Mary and I, along with our post-wedding guests. It was a wonderful evening with great music, polite and friendly staff, excellent food, and it ended late at night, just as we expected.

29/11/2025: I visited the Carlo Magno pizzeria and restaurant in Isola delle Femmine and was truly won over.
The pasta alla Norma was spectacular: al dente, flavorful sauce, light fried eggplant, and abundant salted ricotta, one of the best dishes I've eaten in Sicily. The Sicilian cannoli to finish was perfect: crispy shell, fresh ricotta cream, and not too sweet.
Friendly service, a family atmosphere, and fair prices. A place where you can taste the care and attention to detail: I'd go back tomorrow without a second thought.
29/10/2025: We stayed at Casa Chiara on September 22nd and 23rd.
Highly recommended, both for the quality and the price.
Excellent service, high-quality food, and especially the pistachio dessert.

17/08/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife and I, residents of Veneto, searched online for a Sicilian restaurant with clear seafood culinary traditions. In fact, amidst an endless sea of offers and reviews online, we decided to trust in "lady luck," seeing our chosen restaurant for the first time only on the day of our celebration. 🤞
Therefore, without prejudice or influence from reviews posted by cybernauts, last night we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ristorante Costa Corsara, located at Viale Marino, 29 – Isola delle Femmine, and we couldn't have chosen a better place!
The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail, a location with a maritime flavor and aroma that alone is worth the evening.
The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, perfect for a special occasion. The staff was extremely kind, attentive but never intrusive, making us feel pampered from start to finish.
We chose a seafood dinner, and every course was a true delight: incredibly fresh appetizers, flavorful first courses, and perfectly cooked and presented second courses. All accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the waiter, which proved to be a perfect choice.
The anniversary cake was carefully presented and complemented by themed details, thus helping to make our evening even more special.
A truly captivating gastronomic experience: impeccable quality, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authentic seafood cuisine and a warm welcome.

18/07/2025: So, I've been sitting in this shop for an hour and still haven't gotten my food. As a tourist, you're a second-class guest, it seems. I'm invited and hoping for the best meal of my life, since the shop really isn't that busy, so a long wait would be justified. People who came after us are already leaving. I hate Italy.
