11/06/2026: If you get the table at the back you get a great Seaview. The food was incredible. Three very tasty dishes not including the tuna sashimi which hit the mark. All in all a great experience

10/06/2026: The window seat I requested is absolutely stunning but unfortunately the air con blows so hard we had to move to the table on the street - if you do not mind ice cold air blowing in your eyes, you will have the best sunset view of your life there! The staff were attentive to us and while initially it was not possible to move to a less arctic table, the main boss made it possible. We were served promptly until it came to the final bill - in the end we needed to get up to pay despite the restaurant not being busy at all (Monday evening). Now on to the food - absolutely spectacular. The mackerel special was insane. It is not cheap but the quality and flavour is fantastic.

12/02/2026: They have a lovely terrace with sea views, the place is really beautiful, and the staff who served us were extremely friendly. However, we ended up somewhat disappointed with the food, both the portions and the quality of the food itself. We found it expensive, but with the discount we got from The Fork, it was a bit more reasonable.

26/10/2025: Truly disappointing. In Italy, you can't get such a bad risotto—flavorless and creamy. I received two shrimp heads, but no flesh. I thought it was a joke, and then the waiter would arrive with the rest of the creature. A rip-off. It's not worth it even if it's free.

04/06/2026: A lovely restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea. The service was impeccable, and even though we were a group of 12, we didn't have to wait at all. To top it all off, the meal was delicious. From fish dishes to pasta and risotto, it was flawless. A place to recommend without hesitation to any friends visiting Cefalù.

05/08/2026: We stopped for lunch one day and were very pleasantly surprised. The prices are very reasonable compared to what you'd find in Cefalu. And the pizza was good!

09/08/2026: It's a beautiful place for a romantic dinner, especially if it's late and you sit on the terrace watching the few people go by. The food is good, although the portions could be a bit more generous.

18/08/2026: In a word: inedible. I’m convinced the positive reviews are bots. We ordered three pasta dishes after asking our waitress for her advice of the best dishes to try. She recommended the three that we ended up ordering (one of which was the traditional “must try” dish, Tainu). We waited for 40 minutes to get our food, hungry and excited to eat some more delicious Sicilian food (we’ve been traveling around Sicily and ate some mind blowing dishes). When the food arrived we all dug in and were met with the most disgusting flavors of frozen/microwaved pasta, dry/tasteless meat, and rancid shrimp and tuna (all toppings on our so called Sicilian pastas). We were immediately nauseated. Trust us, we are not normally ones to send back food. In fact, this is the first time I’ve ever left a restaurant and felt it was a necessity to leave a review to warn others and spare them. We couldn’t eat more than one bite, despite not having eaten the whole day and being starving. We waited for our waitress to come and check on us. It never happened. After waiting and waiting we approached her and politely, apologetically, and discretely informed our waitress that we absolutely could not eat any of the three dishes. Without a word, she left to bring who we think was the manager. We explained the situation and he was incredibly rude and wasn’t concerned at all that we asked him to take away all of the full dishes. He left and came back with the full bill (trying to charge us for food we were too afraid to eat for fear of being sick). He was way more concerned about getting us to pay the bill than about if the quality and integrity of the restaurant was being questioned. We protested to pay the full bill and he fought back saying “I like the food so that’s what matters and you still need to pay”. Finally we settled on paying half of the bill, which is still absurd. We wasted an entire evening at this restaurant and I warn you not to do the same. We were fooled by the long line and the so called good reviews on Google, Tik Tok, and Instagram. It’s a true tourist trap. And don’t let the pretty plates or “charming” vibe deceive you. I also noticed many people at other tables not finishing their food and having it taken away by the waiters without any of them bothering to ask what was wrong with the dish. We bumped into a group of Italians that we recognized who dined there that same evening and asked them what they thought and they also told us that it was absolutely terrible. In short, DO NOT EAT HERE. I rest my case.

08/05/2026: Do not hesitate - this restaurant is top notch. The staff makes you feel like family. Sara (our server) gave me her sweater because I was cold! And she helped me with my Italian. Lorenzo greeted us by name (we made a booking in person earlier in the day) and suggested a prickly pear spritz - so good. From beginning to end, this was one of the best meals we have had in the last 2 weeks in Italy. 🇮🇹

16/08/2026: Amazing view , especially at sunset. We got oysters and mussels “soup”. Food and drinks were good , but didn’t wow. The bread and oil appetizer was delicious. Also please note , you have to order food if you want to sit for sunset.

19/08/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but I think that when you feel as comfortable as we did at the Ogliastrillo Club, it's fair and proper to do so. It's really hard to find a flaw: - The location is perfect: very close to the center, yet far enough away to enjoy a wonderful dinner at an ideal distance from the bustle of the city center. - The venue is beautiful, welcoming, and super spacious: surrounded by greenery, it has three dining rooms, two outdoor and one indoor. - The food is exceptional: we ordered an octopus salad and a mussel sauté (among the best I've ever had) for appetizers, and spaghetti with sea urchins and grouper ravioli for main courses. It's even hard to choose one dish to recommend: everything was so good that I really can't choose one that stands out. We also had the chance to try their bread pizza, and that was also exceptional (especially when used to mop up the clam sauce, lol). The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the service was fast. Even the cocktails we ordered at the beginning (the place also has an aperitivo area) were delicious. Highly recommended, hands down one of the best restaurants in Cefalù. We can't wait to visit you again.

02/08/2026: The reception staff is kind but unwilling to find solutions based on customer preferences. For example, a lactose-free cappuccino can't be made because they don't have lactose-free milk because it's not widely used; a granita can't be ordered in a half portion because you have to order a large granita and you can't order a half portion. The food is good, but the service is unwilling to find a solution to customer needs. PS. The head waiter yells at everything.
