04/11/2025: We went for dinner and loved the place. We ordered gluten-free pasta, which was delicious, and the tartare, which was very good. The service was fantastic; they were very attentive and even gave us a complimentary shot of limoncello. They offered us their own homemade olive oil, which was excellent. If you go to Cefalù and need a place with gluten-free options, you can't miss it!

04/11/2025: We had mussels and a fish platter as a starter, followed by pasta. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

01/11/2025: Fantastic cannoli. We’ve come here 4 days in a row for breakfast cannoli or Catorccini (ricotta donuts). Almond biscuits are also great. They weigh and add up everything correctly, and very friendly to tourists.

28/10/2025: A very warm welcome, a smiling waiter, and quick service. They changed our wine because there was a problem with the one we were initially served. They didn't charge us for it and even offered us a complimentary digestif.

26/10/2025: The perfect place, a discovery of the 2025 season. Local, seasonal, and top-quality ingredients. The bruschetta tomatoes are aromatic and fragrant, with a touch of good extra virgin olive oil. The mussels are of excellent quality, fresh, perfectly prepared, firm, and not rubbery, with a delicious sauce of their own, seasoned so that the seasonings don't overwhelm their flavor. Next time, I'll ask for a spoon, because it would be a shame to leave such a wonder on the plate! The raw red shrimp from Mazzara del Vallo served with a drizzle of citron sauce and pink peppercorns. A masterpiece! The grilled swordfish is simply divine... The new team, led by Carlo and Mauro, make every effort to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I consider this a prime example of how customer service should be. Attentive, kind, and genuine. I will be back, and I highly recommend it! 04/11/2025: We went to Le Terme in July. We were told that it is Cefalù's bedt restaurant, and that's true. My partner had the spaghettone and a glass of white Grillo. Both were excellent. I had the risotto and the mackerel. Also very good. The place is great, the service flawless and the food is absolutely magnificent. I really recommend Le Terme. Top shelf cooking, absolutely stunning. (The photos don't look great because I took them at night.)

The dishes reflect the region: intense yet balanced flavors, generous portions, and a quality that is evident from the first bite to the last. The fish is incredibly fresh, cooked with respect and simplicity, while the first courses and desserts truly exude Sicilian flavor. The wine selection is also excellent, carefully selected to complement the menu. The service is friendly, professional, and never intrusive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a lunch with friends. A restaurant that focuses on substance rather than effect—and does so very well. Highly recommended for those who want to eat well in Cefalù and take home an authentic memory of Sicilian cuisine.

03/01/2026: Giuseppe and his wife were very kind. The cannoli and lasagna were delicious and reasonably priced. They even gave us a lovely pistachio pastry as a gift. We were very grateful. The only downside is that they only accept cash.

24/10/2025: The best pizza we had in Sicily - we came twice during our stay and loved it both times. Gorgeous view when sitting outside and a nice atmosphere when sitting inside. Menu has more than just pizza (pasta, fresh fish, lots of veggie options) and the staff are lovely.

16/12/2025: Never again!!!! (Local customer) You can't treat people badly who make you work even in winter. The bill is very high and bitter, served in Barbie glasses. 4 euros per person. Table for 4: 2 appetizers, 4 pizzas: 35 euros per person!!!!
