28/02/2025: Sicuramente una delle migliori pizzerie di Milazzo e hinterland. Pizza stile "contemporaneo" comunque con cornicione non esagerato, alta lievitazione e materie prime di qualità, buoni anche i fritti. Merita la visita anche il nuovo locale, a pochi metri, dedicato ai lievitati diversi dalla classica tonda (pizza in teglia, romana, padellino etc.).

19/04/2025: We had lunch in this restaurant while we were on a trip to Cape Milazzo and it was a pleasant discovery. The food was excellent, the view from the spectacular veranda, the table service done by Francesco was precise and punctual and finally the owner Pietro was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

17/04/2025: The fish is fresh and really tasty, you can see that the chef is experienced and knows his stuff. Too bad about the waiting times: we waited 45 minutes for the starters and another 30 minutes for the first and second courses. Considering it was 8pm and ours was the only occupied table, it was quite disappointing. Total cost (2 starters, 3 first courses and one second course) for 4 people around 35 euros each, including wine.

27/01/2025: The restaurant is located on the western seafront, in Milazzo. The location is pleasant and simple, the dishes are excellent and in particular the pizza which is really very good. The parking is convenient on the adjacent side of the road. Suitable for music and Karaoke lovers, a little less so for those who like to eat without the noise of music.

01/12/2024: Unpleasant experience, as soon as we entered they didn't pay attention to us for at least 20 minutes, without even the menus at the table. After several delays we ordered but when it came time for the starter we still didn't have the wine at the table. But above all they started cleaning with products whose odors are truly unpleasant to smell while eating a few meters from the table to be cleaned. Good pizza but very unprofessional service. Okay but for me only takeaway.

12/04/2025: Se vai in un locale come La Muciara ti aspetti non solo di mangiare bene ma anche di ricevere un servizio eccellente, visti l’eleganza del posto e il livello dei prezzi sopra la media: sulla qualità del cibo nulla da dire, ma del servizio siamo rimasti notevolmente delusi. Innanzi tutto in una tavola di 8 persone ci sono stati consegnati 2 soli menu più la carta dei vini: alla richiesta di averne altri per tutti i commensali, nessun riscontro! Fino a quando si presenta la persona addetta a prendere le ordinazioni a cui facciamo presente che alcuni non hanno ancora avuto modo di visionare i piatti… soltanto allora arriva al tavolo qualche menu in più! L’evasione dell’ordine è stato un altro parto difficile: gli antipasti sono arrivati in tempi abbastanza rapidi, ma l’attesa per le pizze è stata veramente estenuante, solo in parte ripagata dalla buona qualità dell’impasto e delle materie prime. Per quanto buona la pizza, è inaccettabile cenare alla vigilia di mezzanotte dopo essersi seduti alle 21:15! Dulcis in fundo, il pagamento: presentatici alla cassa per pagare ciascuno la propria quota, la persona addetta alla cassa pensa bene, nel fare il calcolo, di arrotondare l’importo pro-capite… PER ECCESSO! Arrotondamento che non aveva alcuna utilità, visto che i pagamenti sono stati effettuati con carta. Si è trattato di poche decine di centesimi a testa, ma è soprattutto nei dettagli che si vede lo stile di un ristorante e l'attenzione per il cliente. In conclusione, quanto di buono realizzato con la qualità dei piatti viene compromesso da un servizio totalmente insufficiente e non all’altezza del locale.

There were 9 of us and none of us managed to finish our pizza, despite the overall good toppings. A real shame. Prices above average.

08/02/2025: Tonight, my husband and I had dinner at this restaurant. Let me start by saying that I love Chinese cuisine and restaurants with the "all you can eat" formula. Wherever I go I always look for this type of place to have lunch or dinner. Starting from the assumption that food tastes are subjective and not debatable, my review is based on quality parameters of the foods offered, service and quality/price ratio. In this restaurant you can find both sushi and Chinese cuisine and it is the latter that I want to talk about. "All you can eat" formula, price for dinner is €24.90 per person: it's not a very low price compared to other places of the same type but it's not a problem if the quality of the food is good. Unfortunately this is not the case. We ordered three appetizers (prawn cocktail, special fried prawns and crab claws), a first course each (rice spaghetti with grilled mixed seafood and rice with grilled mixed seafood), a second course each (grilled prawns and prawn skewers), a dessert each (cheesecake with strawberries for me, coconut ice cream for my husband) and, finally, two rose liqueurs. For the reader it seems that this quantity of food could be sufficient for dinner for at least 4 people but this is not the case. In this restaurant the rule of 2 applies. Let me explain. Shrimp cocktail: served in the classic shell with a generous bed of salad, 2 shrimp (in the true sense of the word, 2) and a spoonful of cocktail sauce thrown on top of everything. Special fried prawns: 2 small tubes of pastry like spring rolls containing two or three prawns in single file (just to give an idea of ​​the size). Crab claws: here the doses were double; 4 crab claws per portion. It's a shame that they didn't even see the crab from afar because it's nothing more than breaded and fried surimi (but we know that). Let's move on to the first courses: small portions and the rule of two is not contradicted here either. In both the spaghetti and the rice there were 2 shrimp and 4 small pieces of squid. Taste and flavor non-existent so much so that we added soy sauce to obtain a minimum of characterization and, the icing on the cake, attached to the plate in a single block. Second courses: 2 skewers with three tiny prawns each and two prawns which last saw the sea in the last century: inedible! We were hoping for at least dessert! They bring me a completely frozen mini cheesecake as well as the coconut ice cream they brought to my husband: clearly we had to wait for the defrosting to begin before we could eat them. Conclusion: terrible food quality. Service: for the first time in my life the waiter accompanies me to the table leaving menus and notepads. Well yes, you understood correctly: we had to write the list of what we wanted to eat and drink and, once done, the waiter came to collect the paper and passed it to the kitchen. What can I say? We were lucky that we didn't have to go and get the plates with the food to eat! Conclusion: non-existent service. Bill: we thought we would have to pay €24.90 plus drinks. However, the dessert was not included and cost 5 euros for the cheesecake and 5 euros for the ice cream. In the end we spent 69 euros. Extremely exaggerated price given the quality of the food served. I will definitely not return to this restaurant again!
