05/01/2026: We ordered a salad and specifically told our server we wanted no meat in the salad, as one of us is a vegetarian, which he confirmed and yet there was ham in the salad which we noticed after a few bites. When we pointed it out to the server, he took the salad, removed the ham and brought it back to us, even though it was now tainted with meat. We sent the salad back, after which our server was quite rude. They even had the audacity to charge us for the salad and when I pointed this out to the server, he just ignored us.

10/12/2025: The restaurant is located on Milazzo's main street, a short distance from the port. The dishes offered are enticing, and the ones I chose (see photo) were nothing short of exceptional. All the ingredients have an intense flavor. The meat is cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and always ready to accommodate guests' requests. Highly recommended. Parking is limited, and there are free or paid street parking spaces.

15/11/2025: The calamari stuffed with onions and Malvasia wine is one of the best dishes I've ever tasted! The caponata was superb, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

10/11/2025: Another night, on our road trip around Sicily, we were looking for a place to eat that was away from the typical tourist traps. We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance, and it was a real find. We took the owner's advice (which is exactly what we visitors should do), a woman who exuded great enthusiasm and love for cooking. I have to say, we had a fantastic dinner. We were also very grateful for Cintia's attention, her help with the language, and for allowing us to relax and chat in Spanish for a while. A truly lovely moment. If we ever return to Sicily, this will definitely be a stop on our list.

29/09/2025: The atmosphere is very refined, with comfortable and impressive rectangular tables for eight. The fish and pizzas are very good. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: This is our second time ordering takeout pizza. The quality of the pizza is above average, with excellent ingredients and dough. We'll definitely be back.

20/09/2025: Divine cuisine, let yourself be guided by the catch of the day, you will not be disappointed! Typical, romantic setting and plunging view of the bay of Milazzo! The charming owner, behind his desk, plays us the Italian hits of the 80s! A place to discover and especially to come back 🎉

17/09/2025: A regular stop at this restaurant when we're in Milazzo. A small terrace overlooking the sea and always fresh fish. The staff are friendly and courteous.

20/09/2025: There's nothing wrong with this place, located in the historic part of Milazzo. The very kind young waiter served us impeccably. That said, waiting an hour and a half for a plate of seafood spaghetti is unacceptable. Out of respect for the people accompanying us, I didn't leave early.

10/09/2025: We stumbled upon Il Giardino di Sicilia Milazzo while looking for a place to grab dinner. It was a perfect experience! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is absolutely amazing! We ordered many different dishes and they even gave us a tasting portion of each dish for the table so everyone could try what the other was having. It was such a pleasant experience and i am tempted to book another flight to sicily simply to come back and eat here!

16/12/2025: The Riva Smeralda location is truly beautiful and evocative: overlooking the sea, with an atmosphere that promises a pleasant and relaxing evening. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the food didn't quite meet expectations. There were 15 of us, and we all ordered pizza: mediocre dough, with toppings placed haphazardly and carelessly, truly disappointing. The service, if anything, was even worse: the waiters were rushed, giving you the constant feeling that they just wanted to take your plate away and vacate the table as quickly as possible. A real shame, because the location has enormous potential, but considering the (very high) prices, the overall experience was disappointing. I reiterate a fundamental point: exorbitant prices.

16/10/2025: I don't think there's a more beautiful place than this. The 5 stars are only for the location; everything else provides an excellent backdrop for this stunning view.

07/08/2025: I was in Sicily for 10 days, and in the morning, the granita at Bar Dama was a must. Reading the reviews, I'm sad to hear about people who clashed with the owner, but everyone has a bad day. Of course, it must be said that the busier workload on weekends also makes managing certain things more difficult and stressful... But with patience and humility, I can't help but notice that the owner's smile and jokes were never lacking. Otherwise, the product is excellent. We'll see you again soon. Best regards. I highly recommend it.

06/08/2025: The granita is good, but there's no table service. You have to get it at the counter and bring the glasses back at the end.

02/10/2025: Two watered-down Aperol Spritzes and a plate of appetizers, both inadequate in quantity and variety, were also paid for. Lots of smoke and not much heart.

08/10/2025: As many others have said, it's scandalous what they offer you and what you pay! My sandwich was dry, no oil or condiments, it had one layer of meat and iceberg lettuce for 8 euro!!!! Never again

08/10/2025: Nice parking lot before you leave for the ferry to Messina. It's a bit dirty, like everywhere in Italy. Nobody tries to keep it clean and maintain cleanliness throughout the country...!!! I saw several young men and women throwing their coffee cups and water bottles under the cars in the parking lot... then they start the cars and leave as if nothing had happened...!!! It's all a matter of Culture and proper upbringing...!!! Nothing personal against you, the Cultural People of Italy...!!! I LOVE Italy...!!! From your Uncle Vanya...!!! 😉😉😉😊😊😊
