02/07/2025: A lovely place in front of the sea with a familiar and enveloping atmosphere. Practically on the beach, on a promenade where you can sip a drink to the sound of music and enjoy simple but tasty dishes.

10/05/2025: It is the second time I have come to eat at Totù, both for an aperitif and for lunch and I can say that I have tasted really good dishes in general, a small, welcoming but very nice place close to the Milazzo seafront, we will certainly return.

14/06/2025: Don’t expect the food too much You have to pay 28 euro for pasta which is not cooked well The noodle is not even fresh Let alone those seafood….its just dead for a few months already So sad and disappointed about how they treat food and guests Super rude and full of cigarette smokes environment If you have kids like me inside, you have to be very very very careful!!!

06/06/2025: Locals told us this is THE place for the best seafood and boy were they right… filled with locals during our lunch, we treated ourselves to a starter ‘the raw’ which was a mix of raw items like calamari, tuna tartare, shrimps etc, and then a mix of grilled local fish Incredibly fresh and delicious! 06/07/2025: Perfect experience, I went for dinner a week ago with my wife and son and I have to say I was very enthusiastic. We were welcomed very well in the restaurant, which is a very clean structure, tastefully furnished. We ordered raw fish, a real treat, when you see that for the raw fish and fish tartare they don't season it with lemon but only with a drop of oil and above all, importantly, they don't even serve you lemon, this is already an indication of freshness and they don't want to cover the flavors. We continued with different first courses and as a second course fried fish and prawn rolls. And here too everything is doc. The wine recommended to accompany everything was very good. Maybe a little high in price but if you eat in a genuine way like in this case you don't even think about it. We will definitely see each other again! Congratulations.

06/07/2025: The spaghetti with sea urchins was good, well seasoned with sea urchin pulp but with a little excess of oil, in my opinion. So a little heavy. Initial frying, excellent. Prices from the Aeolian Islands (I thought I would spend less!).
