Very good! I came with my family and I'm very picky about the freshness of sushi, so the salmon was THE test. It melted in your mouth, absolutely perfect. In short, it's a bit of a walk from the port if you have time before or after a boat trip, but it's worth it because a week of eating Sicilian food will make you gain weight without even realizing it!
