22/05/2026: I'm a customer of your biscuit factory and regularly purchase "Limoncini" biscuits. Over the past month, I've noticed several changes in the dough, but this time the difference was obvious from the smell: the biscuits had a strong citrus/lemon fragrance, very different from the product I've always purchased. Despite this, I carefully checked the ingredients list and found no clear indication of a change in the recipe or an increased presence of citrus. So, assuming it was just a difference in smell and not in flavor or composition, I ate them anyway. Unfortunately, being sensitive to citrus and lemon, I had digestive issues after eating them. I find it very unfortunate that such a noticeable change in the recipe isn't clearly communicated to customers, especially when it can have consequences for those with food sensitivities or intolerances. After years as a regular customer, this experience left me very disappointed, both due to the lack of transparency and the lack of attention to consumers. I will never buy from you again!

20/04/2026: My heartfelt advice for the bar: hire a different waitress! I asked for a fruit smoothie without kiwi because I'm allergic (obviously I specified), and I ended up with kiwi as a garnish. We found multiple errors in our order, certainly due to carelessness. It's a shame, because the location is worth it, and so is the place! The gentleman at the cash register was very kind in not charging us for the mistake, but it was still very risky and unpleasant. I highly recommend it for the gelato, but nothing else.

Instead of mapping the city and setting zoning rates (e.g., €1 nearby, €2.50 medium, €4 far away), you chose to raise the price for everyone. ​The result? Those who live far away, who previously paid a fair price for a real service, now find themselves subsidizing the overall "management cost." This is profoundly unfair.

12/02/2026: The cost of home delivery has become outrageous; rather than accommodate those who can't leave their homes for various REAL needs, they've increased the price. The quality of the pizza is nothing to write home about, it's among the best in the area.

25/09/2025: Never again!!! I paid for 4 trays of mixed pizzas (including a Margherita) + 1/2 tray + 15 supplì, total €129!!! An incredible rip-off!!!! Considering that the Margherita tray + 4 supplì are on sale for €20, how much did he charge me for the rest? It's my fault for making a fuss, but when you're with other people, you prefer to leave it alone. Anyway, never again!!! P.S. He didn't even offer a bottle of water for the money...
