I should start by saying that, being here on vacation and unfamiliar with the place, I was a little put off by the negative reviews. What can I say... a pleasant surprise! I found the staff to be courteous and polite, and the quality of the food was truly evident. Breakfast is certainly busier and perhaps a little chaotic, but I simply saw the girls really focused on doing their job well and ensuring a good result for the customer. I'll definitely be back next year!

18/08/2025: For the feast of Santo Rocco, a group of about 30 friends and I ordered pizzas from this pizzeria. I personally chose a Norma pizza. The dough was very chewy and tough, and once it cooled, the pizza was practically inedible. The eggplant on top of my pizza was completely charred—a detail hard to miss, especially considering the ricotta is added only later. Overall, a disappointing experience that definitely didn't leave a good impression.

If it's cold, the place should buy sweatshirts or sweaters with the company logo, and, alas, those truly ugly leggings. But there's more: she responded rudely when we pointed out that the order had been ordered with sparkling water in the gin and tonics instead of tonic water. The rudeness continued, accompanied by facial grimaces when we pointed out that the peanuts and chips were from the previous table... she never replaced them in the two hours we were seated at the table. She continued to be rude when it was time for the bill, telling us to get up because the place was about to close... without saying a thank you or a goodbye, just instructions to settle the bill. I should point out that we were all very polite people in our 40s, who did or said nothing to deserve such treatment. We have and continue to travel the world, and frankly, we've never seen anything like this. Yes, you can pay any amount for a gin and tonic, that's not the issue... but that it's well-presented, which it wasn't, that it's accompanied by good service and a welcoming atmosphere. But as described above, the status quo speaks for itself. Restaurants are serious business. This should serve as a spur to the owners, because the blame for all this doesn't lie with the individual woman who does a job she doesn't want to do and clearly can't do.
