03/07/2025: All in all, a three-star experience... I was there for an event. The food was excellent and well presented. The staff was kind and capable. The aperitifs could be improved. The location is the main note, both positive and negative. Once there, you find a truly beautiful and well-kept place. Spending an evening is still pleasant, but getting there is a real problem. The road is not the best and is marked as closed to traffic due to danger... furthermore, the same signs indicating the place are not visible or clear at all. Having solved this problem, it remains a truly beautiful place where you can eat very well and with capable staff.

22/02/2025: A problem often encountered in Sicily is that getting from point A to point B, even just a few kilometers away, often takes a very long time due to the necessary breaks in between. Dolc'e is an example of this. During a trip between Catania and Cefalù, passing through Agira, I stopped in this laboratory specializing in Agira cassatelle. Well deserved stop!!!! Excellent cassatelle. If you switch to Agila, not stopping is an offense to the culture of Agila.

28/05/2025: Non facile trovare un posto in cui mangiare a Regalbuto, soprattutto se cerchi qualcosa di tipico. Seguo i consigli fornitimi e vengo qui. Cerco la cosa più tipica che c'è: antipasto rustico. Il piatto è ricco ed abbondante, ma le uniche cose tipiche sono il salame e i pomodori secchi. Perché mettere in Sicilia la bresaola, la mortadella, il salame Milano, le olive cotte al forno, quando si avrebbero prodotti deliziosi da proporre? Molto buono invece il pane di accompagnamento. Antipasto e birra 12 50 euro.

21/04/2025: Delicious pizza, I recommend vegetarian. A large amount of grilled vegetables. A wonderful cashier, staff who speak "English". At the end, the question was asked where we were from :) and a smile appeared on the employees' faces. I recommend using the toilet, it's an amazing experience.

12/09/2025: Sorry to say this but I had Mixed experiences in this place. The food is generally very good, but be wary of allergens and intolerances, especially if the person serving you is the older man. The owner isn't very knowledgeable about the ingredients. I was served a primo sale instead of tuma cheese and a profiteroles with alcohol. The biggest disappointment was that, Despite expressing my discomfort, he was only concerned with money and showed no kindness. The aggravating factor was the final price, the lack of a receipt and/or detailed invoice, and the total indifference to the products served, which didn't correspond to what was requested. Unfortunately, the owner lacks professionalism and kindness. Driven solely by economic considerations, he doesn't care about the customer's real needs; he lacks savoir faire. The other guys are kind and professional; they deserve it. :)

03/09/2025: Excellent trattoria. Food always freshly cooked. Simple and tasty food. Very short wait time, fast and professional staff. Traditional and well-prepared dishes. I recommend making a reservation. If you find yourself in Enna, don't hesitate.

21/08/2025: I wasn't familiar with this place, but I have to say it was a pleasant discovery! We chose an outdoor table, since the temperatures were warm enough. The food was delicious, well-cooked, with fresh, high-quality ingredients (especially the fish), generous portions, and very friendly and prompt service. At the end, the owner offered us grappa, bitters, and limoncello. I definitely recommend it; I had a wonderful evening!

19/08/2025: The owner's kindness and helpfulness greatly enhanced our stay in the area! The restaurant is modern, well-kept, and clean, with an excellent selection of wines. You can dine al fresco, choosing from the daily specials or à la carte. Fresh ingredients, attention to detail, and a truly friendly atmosphere!
