24/03/2025: An exceptional experience. The place is very welcoming and well-kept. The cleaning is accurate. The exceptional service, made us feel pampered. The food was really excellent, abundant and cooked to perfection. The open kitchen made us appreciate the preparations even more. Attention to detail. Reasonable prices and for what we took we did not pay much. Compliments to the ownership and the excellent dining room and kitchen staff.

Excellent service, excellent food prepared with passion and attention to detail by chef Giancarlo! Excellent preparation of gluten-free dishes! First course with seafood and pistachio dessert! 28/03/2025: Fresh seasonal food, top service, thanks Ali, for recommending the dishes of the day. I recommend the fish appetizers by the glass. Desserts, lunari, high quality wine at reasonable prices, perhaps the only one in the area.

Flexibility, competence and attention to the customer are some of the adjectives that best represent the management of this restaurant. I celebrated my graduation and there was not one thing that I was not satisfied with. I highly recommend it!

PS: Regarding one of the comments below: The time between ordering and ordering was quite long for us, even though the place was pretty empty. I suspect that this is NOT due to slow service - but rather the waiter was waiting for our signal that we were now ready for the main course!! As soon as I gave him a little "wink" with my eyes, the pizzas were immediately put into the oven and were at the table 5 minutes later. Therefore - if it takes a long time, just give the waiter a quick signal?

23/03/2025: I organized a graduation lunch in this lovely place. The food was delicious, all very well prepared and genuine. My guests were very satisfied. The owners and all the staff were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

22/02/2025: A problem often encountered in Sicily is that getting from point A to point B, even just a few kilometers away, often takes a very long time due to the necessary breaks in between. Dolc'e is an example of this. During a trip between Catania and Cefalù, passing through Agira, I stopped in this laboratory specializing in Agira cassatelle. Well deserved stop!!!! Excellent cassatelle. If you switch to Agila, not stopping is an offense to the culture of Agila.

19/02/2025: An American abroad looking for an easy dinner. Found on Google Maps. Was greeted warmly when I entered. Ordered the Marino and the Diavola. They said 20 minutes. I returned in 20 minutes to a warm welcome and watched two pizza masterpieces emerge from the oven. They were excellent. Crust was perfect and just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Thank you Marino pizza for kindness and true pizza craftsmanship. 10 stars!!
