11/10/2025: I was unaware of the existence of this beautiful farm. There are many animals, including birds of prey, horses, camels, the beautiful white Giurgintana goats with unique horns, donkeys, farmed pigs, ducks, and various poultry. But the special feature is the interior, where there is a large dining room with tables set up for agritourism. The food is excellent, complemented by the professionalism of the staff, always available and attentive to the tables. There was never a shortage of beverages. The staff was very good, a big round of applause. 👏👏👏👏 Well done everyone, I will be back.

14/07/2025: "Vecchia Aidone" restaurant: a wonderful discovery! Strolling through the city streets, the "Festa Antichi Sapori Aidonesi" (Ancient Flavors Festival) is here. It's a restaurant located within a welcoming old Sicilian farmhouse, renovated in a clever blend of rustic and modern. An elegant space with attention to detail, complete with an adjoining garden. Attentive and dynamic staff. A carefully curated wine list, featuring renowned producers and an excellent selection, indicates a place that places great emphasis on quality and the customer experience. The hostess offers impeccable service, advising and serving guests with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating interest and attentiveness to their needs. The carefully selected labels offer a wide range of wines: white, red, rosé, and sparkling. This allows guests to find the wine that best suits their tastes and pairs with the dishes on the menu. A big shout out to the chefs for their dishes, both traditional and innovative, masterfully balanced in flavor. Highly recommended!

16/10/2025: Incredibly delicious food! The waitress is so friendly and speaks German. There are plenty of parking spaces next to the gas station. This stop is a must-have between Palermo and Catania!

21/10/2025: After our visit to Villa Casale, we had lunch here and it was a wonderful surprise! The best pasta we ate during our trip: delicious home cooking, a warm welcome and attentive service. A must! We highly recommend it!

08/10/2025: I had to change three courses! I had chosen pasta alla norma and it was a piece of salt! The second course was veal, which was served raw, and the third course was the same meat cooked again, which, goodness me, thank goodness my teeth are good! It was hard as nails! In short, at the end of the evening I was left starving and had to pay for something I ate just because I was a little hungry.

28/09/2025: The pistachio burger was a new delicious experience and there was plenty of it. The patty was juicy and flavorful. Very good price for the size of the burger you get. They didn’t have fries for some reason, but could not offer a replacement and in the end charged me the full price!! Friendly staff! The restaurant has a fast food feel to it. Not very impressive, but maybe the locals like it.

31/08/2025: A nice place to spend an evening with friends. The guys need to be a little quicker at serving tables; I had to get up to ask for the silverware I'd ordered half an hour earlier.

Plenty of shops, a huge selection—but let's be honest—the prices aren't necessarily attractive, although you can really, really find a gem every now and then. There are bars and restaurants in the town. There are also ATMs. And, by Italian standards, premium restrooms. Clean and fragrant. Plenty of free parking.

01/10/2025: The food is fantastic, you could really feel the taste of everything and it was delicious. The pasta feels homemade and all the sauces were great. Service was very good, nice attitude. Quite a big restaurant contrary to what it may seem.
