07/08/2025: Last Saturday I celebrated my son's 18th birthday in the Symphony Hall. What can I say? I still can't find the words to thank everyone, absolutely everyone!!! Let's start with Leda, a lovely person who radiates a radiant spirit, capable of reassuring you in everything! The head waiter, Carlo, is a truly capable person, attentive to his work and an excellent advisor. Not to mention the Samperi brothers, the entertainers, who were fun yet sober and courteous. Let's move on to the dishes. Everything was delicious, and I thank everyone: chef, pastry chef, and collaborators. In short, everything went exactly as I hoped, absolutely everything! Mr. Sebastiano, we will definitely see each other again, and thank you again for the wonderful, successful party.

07/09/2025: Unfortunately, my lunch experience was very disappointing. After the appetizers (served in batches), we waited an hour and a half for the pasta, only after prompting the staff. The explanations they gave us were unconvincing and bordering on the absurd. When the dishes finally arrived, they were served incorrectly. Seven of us chose two types of pasta, one with pistachio grits and one with pistachio cream. They served everything with the cream but with sausage added. We ate what was served anyway, except for one dish that was returned because it was so overcooked and inedible. At checkout, a simple apology would have sufficed, but it was accompanied by statements stating that everything was normal. In my opinion, the staff lacks a clear understanding of how to manage a professional restaurant. An embarrassing experience; I would not recommend it. P.S.: We came in at 1:30 PM and left at 4:00 PM for appetizers and a main course.

Todo el personal que trabaja en este restaurante encantadores desde el primero hasta el último. Giuseppe siempre pendiente de todo y de que cada detalle y cada persona esté atendida correctamente en todo momento. Si regresamos a Catania no duremos en volver a visitarlos. 23/07/2025: This place is a stunning vinyard farm with beautiful architecture. The food in the restaurant truly deserves the Michelin star. BUT there are odd issue like the cushions on the pool lounge chairs all slide off (easy fix just add friction tape) and they don’t offer free water at the pool. Little things like they seem to try and charge for EVERYTHING make the value and beauty of this place decrease…

24/08/2025: Nice and clean hotel very close to the top of the etna. Towel changes every day, unfortunately breakfast was poor, no selection, cold eggs and hard buns.

02/07/2025: Interestingly located hotel, on the slope of Etna. Rooms are a bit out of date, they would require a facelift, but clean. Friendly service.
