Distinguished staff with Mr. Nino who immediately made himself available to us and made us feel at home. Exquisite food, truly everything perfect. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Luisa who followed us and helped us step by step for all the days leading up to the event.

08/05/2025: Beautiful, luxurious property. incredible service, the staff is top notch. took the cocktail class with friends, excellent and learned a lot of great bartending techniques. Rooms are well appointed with beautiful decor and comfortable beds and linens.

21/04/2025: We stayed at Monaci for one night and had a lovely experience overall. At check-in, we were welcomed with a glass of excellent wine and a friendly chat at the bar. The bar has a beautiful and unique interior, and the staff were very attentive and pleasant to talk to. The hotel itself is good, but we had a series of unexpected, minor issues that left us with mixed impressions. The value for money felt a bit high — we have a lot of experience staying at 5-star hotels and expected service that fully matched that level, so we were somewhat disappointed. However, Giorgio, Klaudi, and Irina helped us end our stay with warm and positive emotions — we’re truly grateful for that. The food in the restaurant was very tasty, and we really enjoyed our lunch there.
