A New Year's Eve to remember. Beautiful hotel located at the foot of Mount Etna. Evocative. Excellent service, great food, everything fantastic!

We stayed the night of December 29th. The view was breathtaking, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms certainly aren't the most modern, but they're comfortable. The double bed was top-notch, the heating didn't go above 23°C (73°F) and was already comfortable, the shower and bathroom were spacious, although the bidet made some noises like it was sinking. The rooms with balconies have practically everything. Breakfast the next day was a standard buffet, but we were definitely satisfied, as was the splendid view just outside the room. Parking outside the hotel is very convenient, even if it's not covered by a roof.

Highly recommended. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as courteous and professional. The food was also excellent; we had a wonderful time.
