Then some food: I ordered quadrucci with pistachio — it was good and the portion was also quite large
The beautiful cannoli! I didn't expect it to be this good

25/02/2024: Grandissima sorpresa positiva , per caso mi trovavo a Linguaglossa! Chiamando ad un amico Locale , mi è consiglia Il ristorante ! Entriamo alla dire 12,30 di domenica e con molta cortesia siamo stati accolti dal titolare! Già leggendo il menu siamo stari colpito da piatti veramente stuzzicanti ! Antipasti da 10 e lode ! Primi molto particolari ma sempre con qualcosa ti tipico locale ! Secondi di carne che andavano da un ottimo Goulash ad un filetto eccezionale! I 2 camerieri in sala molto preparati e gentili , entrambe competenti delle oltre 300 etichette di vino rigorosamente Etna ! Veramente una gran bella esperienza! Ci vediamo presto , torneremo con i nostri amici .
24/02/2024: Accoglienza e professionalita' al top. Abbiamo provato il crostone e il cuore di carciofi in fonduta di parmigiano, una vera delizia. X primo piatto i tagliolini al tartufo piu buoni che abbia mai mangiato. Carta dei vini molto curats e con etichette importanti, lo consiglio vivamente se si vuol redtare soddisfatti, grazie a presto.

06/09/2023: Returning from a walk on Etna, I stopped for dinner in this pizzeria, where I was able to enjoy an excellent pizza. The dough was perfectly leavened, and the baking was flawless. I got up with a sense of lightness. Very good!

19/02/2024: Excellent bar and diner, I stopped here with my wife for lunch, very friendly and helpful staff. Average prices, excellent speck and pumpkin pasta and also the rice timbale. The desserts are also excellent. I recommend it to everyone.
05/02/2024: Bar/tobacconist open from the early hours of the morning. Good breakfasts and diner, table service not always available.

12/03/2024: "Idda", l'Etna si sente vicina, anche nella nebbia, come un catalizzatore potente, c'è il bisogno di essere accolti... Allora se siete dalle parti di Linguaglossa fermatevi da Nica Nuci, ad accogliervi c è Daniele con una gentilezza antica, una generosità che vi abbraccia e vi fa sentire al sicuro, ecco che l'Etna si fa madre e potete scegliere ad occhi chiusi fra delizie dolci e salate, vini sapienti difficili da dimenticare.

30/12/2023: Siamo passati di ritorno da una cena in zona. Ambiente caldo e familiare. Proprietari accoglienti e gentilissimi, hanno riacceso la macchina del caffè nonostante fossero già in fase di chiusura. Assaggiati subito i biscotti di frolla, scelti tra una vasta gamma: frolla classica affiancata a quella al caffè, al cacao e la frolla montata così soffice da sciogliersi in bocca! Grazie a Daniele e Martina per l’ottimo caffè, per i biscotti e anche le paste di mandorla portate a casa, classiche, al pistacchio e alla nocciola. In tutto si nota l’attenzione al dettaglio e la passione di veri artigiani. Da consigliare assolutamente! Torneremo (non in nottata, come avvenuto) per gustare i cornetti, le granite e i gelati così decantatati dalle recensioni!

17/03/2024: The Sunday lunch menu is nothing short of spectacular. As soon as you walk through the door, for me it's like entering a place that reminds me of home and Sundays at my grandmother's. The macaroni and the roast with wine are absolutely recommended, in my opinion they are the top dishes. And then the service, what can I say? Kindness, courtesy and smiles are a side dish that really brighten up lunch, whether as a couple or as a family. Thanks to all the staff!
18/02/2024: Describing this makes me sad... pizza dough made only with white flour... I make it better at home! Not recommended

06/03/2024: One of the worst places to have lunch, other than the location, I really can't save anything about this place. In 8 people we had 7 first courses, one second course and 4 starters, we paid €350 for a bottle of wine. But this isn't so much the problem, the first courses had no flavour, the house specialty which took the name of the restaurant had no flavour, it's impossible not to be able to give flavor to a sauce, but not for them. If you want to pay a lot and eat badly, this place is for you.

I demand your loyalty: if in linguaglossa it is normal for you to charge the same and exaggerated price together (while elsewhere everyone makes their own price for each place), for me it is normal to evaluate you negatively, or rather at the very least. You do.
22/10/2023: This place sucks in both hygiene and behavior, they deceive tourists, they make them pay almost double and the clerks are paid a pittance. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

23/09/2023: We arrived and thought we had made a mistake as we were the only people.
However this soon changed when we were met by the owners who greeted us, they were fantastic and made us feel like family.
The food was great and the service was fab, we have no complaints about anything and would highly recommend this place as it just has great food and service and very reasonable prices we were stunned at how cheap the meal and drinks were.
17/09/2023: Siamo andati per mangiare una pizza, il posto tutto sommato è carino.
Il servizio lo definirei "triste" tutti i Camerieri sembrava avessero il divieto di fare sorrisi.
La signora che ha preso la comanda ci ha addirittura esortati a sbrigarci con un "forza" e non era una battuta.
Prima della pizza abbiamo chiesto delle patatine fritte che sono arrivate in 30 secondi, avevano un sapore
e odore di olio vecchio ed erano Mollicce.
Le pizze sono arrivate in tempi ragionevoli, ma la qualità lasciava a desiderare, al posto della mozzarella c'era una pasta filante di pessima qualità e sapore, e la pizza era molliccia, tant'é che nessuno di noi è riuscito a finirla.
Consiglio di lavorare sulla qualità dell'accoglienza e su la qualità dei prodotti usati.

31/08/2023: Ci siamo capitati per caso di ritorno da Piano Provenzana, dove eravamo saliti in bici, per mangiare qualcosa..
Ottima la pasta alle verdure e ottimo il caffè. Ma la scelta era decisamente più ampia...e tutto molto invitante... peccato essere in bici!! Gentilezza e cortesia hanno fatto da contorno .. un momento di sosta davvero TOP!!
06/08/2023: Breakfast location of choice. Great granita with lots of choices. My personal favourite is limone, which never disappoints. Terrific brioche too to compliment the granita.

15/03/2024: Great bakery and grocery store all in one, right in the centre of the little and scenic town of Languaglossa. I overindulged on the bread and pastries once again, because it was highly scrumptious. Very kind owners too.
