06/01/2025: Esperienza pessima. Attesa infinita e personale e personale dormiente. Ho aspettato più di mezz’ora per ordinare e più di un’ora per i primi piatti. Ho deciso di disdire il secondo piatto di carne per la troppa attesa. Ce ne siamo andati amareggiati col sapore della salsa ancora in bocca. Mai più.

12/09/2024: A wonderful evening. I am used to calibrating my expectations according to the place where I am and I must say that the level of the dishes offered is excellent. Everything is prepared with love, obsessively. The gourmet menus are a culinary experience, it is not a simple dinner, but much more. The carob tagliatelle and the roast rabbit really impressed me. The proposed wine, a home-produced rosé, a Neri Etna Rosato, from Nerello Mascalese with light hints of red fruits, pleasant acidity, accompanied the evening well. The service however, I am very sorry to say, was not always at the level of the dishes offered, nothing dramatic would be missing, but some things must be said. In my opinion there are three discordant notes; the gourmet menu includes the classic mini welcome aperitif, it would be absolutely welcome and thoughtful to also serve a very simple prosecco with this course. If you don't want to do it, you're welcome, don't leave me with the plate under my nose for 10 minutes waiting for the wine I ordered, it's not pleasant. The exquisite small pastry served at the end should also be accompanied by liqueur, a bitter, a coffee... even here, if you don't want to offer it, at least come and ask if I would like it. Of an experience, people always remember how it began and how it ended, the central parts fade into memory. Having said this, I would recommend it and will certainly return. Kind regards Davide

11/08/2024: Una serata da sogno, più che una cena è un’esperienza sensoriale immersi nel silenzio e abbracciati dallo splendido scenario del territorio dell’Etna. Personale impeccabile e grande attenzione a non far mancare nulla alle mie figlie di 5 e 8 anni. Tantissimi assaggi offerti dallo chef, vere e proprie coccole. Consigliatissimo

06/01/2024: Non posso che confermare le precedenti recensioni: ottima qualità della carne, perfetta la cottura..e proprietari simpatici e gentilissimi. Ritorneremo presto.

05/01/2024: Abbiamo prenotato per cena su consiglio di un amico. Ottima scelta di carne fresca, essendo una macelleria con cucina, molto buona la carne di cavallo. Personale giovane, molto cortese, con particolare attenzione al cliente. Bravi ragazzi, torneremo sicuramente.

07/01/2025: At lunch time on Tuesday it’s about the only place in town open- and was packed as a result. Pasta with courgette and speck; meatballs and caponata; tartlet, coffee and two glasses of wine. All decent if pre prepared and warmed up. Sub 30 euros and efficient service.

01/12/2024: Location situata alle pendici dell’Etna, contesto paesaggistico eccezionale, personale gentile e cordiale . La Degustazione ha superato le nostre aspettative lasciandoci un ricordo di una bellissima giornata trascorsa all’insegna dei vini .

15/03/2024: Great bakery and grocery store all in one, right in the centre of the little and scenic town of Languaglossa. I overindulged on the bread and pastries once again, because it was highly scrumptious. Very kind owners too.
