12/06/2025: We arrive and sit outside immediately because there is a place outside, after a while the waitress comes and makes us order and we order our granitas and brioche after about 10 minutes a totally wrong order arrives the only right thing was a granita and brioche and so after we pointed it out to her she went away, after 5 minutes she came back but she had made the wrong choice for my ice cream and when we pointed it out to her she said: "well then you eat it" in the end I ate it but we didn't appreciate this treatment

03/06/2025: A negative experience to say the least. We arrive at Bar Alecci at 7:45 pm after waiting about 15 minutes due to the terrible organization of table assignment, we sit down and order 1 aperitif, 1 pizza and 1 arancino with ragù. At 8:55 pm, that is, 55 minutes after ordering, a waiter brings the aperitif to the table and tells us that they no longer have pizza and arancini available. Shameful organization, you can't let a customer order and after 55 minutes say that what they had ordered was no longer available, absolutely not. We politely send the gin and tonic back and, at the same time, one of us enters the premises to report the situation. At the exit the owner "chases" us with a presumptuous and arrogant tone claiming to be right, a truly shameful attitude for two reasons: the act of inveighing against a customer is simply reprehensible and unworthy and also in this case the disorganization was obvious and unjustifiable!! I strongly recommend reviewing the attitude and organization because the quality of the product is only a part of the success: the customer experience makes the difference!!

28/06/2025: Very good food, excellent pizzas. Discreet and spartan environment, excellent for spending the evening with friends. Service needs to improve, the orders were taken by 2 girls, half a table each. When the pizzas arrived there were some mistakes. Overall I give it a full pass

The girls are very friendly, kind and active, always with a smile, as soon as they noticed that something was running out at the table, we arrived immediately, we were 50 and they managed to satisfy everything we asked for. 23/02/2025: Bad experience, arrived an hour after the guaranteed time when ordering, I found the delivery guy opening all the boxes because he couldn't find a pizza, the saddest thing was hearing the blasphemies fired at the Creator. Obviously the pizza was cold, dry and practically lacking in toppings. Never again, I'm sorry, especially for the swearing!
