23/06/2025: We had mussels and tagliatelle with salmon. We also had a side salad.
The mussels were great, and the tagliatelle was also good. However, the side salad still has a lot of room for improvement! Our appeal to the restaurant industry: If you're going to have salad, do it right. It's summer, and everything you need for a good salad is in abundance and perfectly ripe.
And the salad can definitely have onions in it!
Please don't just have iceberg lettuce with two token cucumbers. €5 is too expensive for that.

31/01/2025: Nestled on the coast between Porto Torres and Castelsardo, immersed in the view of the Gulf of Asinara, this restaurant will give you a special experience.
Loyal customers since the opening, we return every year to visit Giuseppe and Antonello.
Each dish is refined and cared for, the quality of the raw materials is always at the top; wines recommended by the maitre are always excellent. Price in line with the quality.
My point of reference on every trip to Sardinia🩵

The dishes served are not only tasty, but also prepared with attention to detail and based on fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu reflects the authentic character of Italian cuisine, and the dishes - especially pasta and pizza - are distinguished by their excellent taste and careful execution.
The waiter service is polite and professional, which additionally affects the positive reception of the entire experience. The interior of the premises creates a pleasant, elegant atmosphere, conducive to both social and business meetings.
I recommend this place with full conviction to all who value high quality and truly Italian cuisine.

07/07/2025: Amazing place! We visited twice during our family vacation. Each time we ordered different dishes and desserts - everything was delicious, we didn't wait long for our order. Very friendly staff, everyone is served promptly. We used their advice when choosing dishes - we didn't regret it. For the first time, we didn't book a table, we immediately found a cozy place inside, for the next visit we booked a table on the veranda in advance, we wanted to feel the smell of the sea better and enjoy the view. We also didn't have to wait a minute, our place was reserved. So from our family, we wish this establishment well-being, prosperity and pleasant visitors! Thank you!

27/05/2025: Très bon restaurant, menu unique à 45 euros avec une multitude d'entrées, deux plats chauds, dessert, café et digestif, vin compris.
Tous les plats étaient bons et servis en quantité suffisante.
Le personnel de salle est professionnel et attentif.
Le déjeuner est servi à 13 heures. Evitez de faire un gros petit déjeuner le matin.

02/07/2025: It has to be said that there are few more beautiful views than up here, and the restaurant is paying for it. Generally speaking, it was perfectly fine, but the food didn't do justice to the location, and the portions were really small. Wasps are a problem up here, and the service was a bit hectic.

14/07/2025: The wait time of 45 minutes was relatively long. The pizza was okay. The lasagna, however, was a disaster and had nothing to do with an Italian lasagna. It was 10x10cm in size and 1cm thick – a truly terrible snack, flatter than the pizza, rock-hard on the bottom, and burnt. For €12, that's outrageous. We sent the "lasagna" back. Unfortunately, our criticism was met with little understanding. In the end, we were still charged for the lasagna. Not recommended! For comparison, the lasagna from the restaurant's menu and the original.
14/07/2025: There was a 5mm thick mini lasagna for €12.
The crust was burnt. We sent it back and had to pay the full price. Outrageous.
On the plus side, the pizzas were really very good. We wouldn't eat here again.

23/06/2025: Very delicious food, very friendly service. They were extremely considerate of our two small children. There's a terrace with a great view, which is in full sun at lunchtime, so we sat in the alley, which was nicely shaded and the temperature was pleasant.

05/07/2025: Antica Pensione Pinna – Great experience!
We were two couples and we ate very well! We ordered 4 seafood appetizers and 4 first courses, all plentiful and of high quality. Dessert and an excellent seadas followed. Special thanks for the coffee and the after-dinner drink offered by the house, always a very welcome gesture.
I am wary of those who write fake reviews claiming that the place is expensive: the prices are absolutely fair, especially considering that you eat fresh fish, which – as is right – has its value. In this case, everything was more than fair.
We will definitely be back!
05/07/2025: Not a fan of animal cruelty as displayed there...
We were there just for drinks, was nice enough, friendly staff and ok prices.
But why does staff feel the need to parade a lobster and a langusta/crayfish around for pictures?
And then when the langusta manages to wriggle free in its panic and drops to the floor, the waitress just casually rips out its feelers while picking it back up?
Just kill and cook them (hopefully as 2 separate processed) and then eat them, but why the wanton cruelty?
Why the need to needlessly torture the poor animal further when it's already clearly terrified?
Will never go there again, regardless of quality.
At least treat animals with respect, even if they're "just lifestock" and meant for consumption.
An additional negative, the cashier just took a tip himself and said thanks, I was too flabbergasted to object.
It was only 50c, so whatever from a monetary view, but that's about principle, I would never tip at a horrible place like this.

30/05/2025: Unfortunately I can't say I ate well to recommend it ordered classic appetizers like an octopus salad and a trio of appetizers the octopus had neither classic nor gourmet or anything else cut so thin that you couldn't even taste it not to add anything else it was terrible. linguine clams and bottarga seemed like a bad joke with absurd butter fillet of beef fillet didn't know where it was at home and baked potatoes so thin and fried in figitrice without anything put on a plate without rosemary garlic in its skin and the beauty of it all that when I was asked how it was all I expressed my opinion without warning that I would be a chef de cuisine with two gourmet stars he wanted to convince me that this is how you cook. paid €93 for ..... Never again

29/06/2025: The mushroom pasta was terrible. The seafood pasta was okay. It was very hot inside. For the price we paid, we could have eaten much better in Porto Cervo.
02/06/2025: Nice, clean place with plenty of seating indoors and on the terrace. When we visited on a Sunday mid-afternoon, the restaurant was almost empty, so the serving was fast. The meals are decent size and tasty. We went with the white wine recommended by the waiter and did not regret it. The only downside is that we wanted to return on a different day but the restaurant does not seem to be open every day (at least for dinner).

30/06/2025: After a long climb and a few stairs up to the Castelsardo castle, we found this very nice trattoria and stopped to ask if there was room.
Very fresh fish and very good dishes, the service very efficient and very attentive...
The mixed fried food was super with the catch of the day too! I would gladly go back!
You eat fresh fish so the prices are a little high but in line with the restaurants and trattorias nearby...
27/06/2025: After waiting over an hour for the bus, we arrived at the top of Casteldefardo around 2:00 PM. Since it was lunchtime and we didn't have much time to compare options, we decided to sit down at this restaurant.
Upon reviewing the menu, we were surprised that no pasta dish was under 18 euros. We ordered a seafood fregola and spaghetti with mussels; the bill for these two dishes alone came to 40 euros. As for the food, the fregola was quite greasy and, overall, lacked the delicacy and balance of flavor expected at this price.
The spaghetti, meanwhile, arrived laden with oil, cheese, and oregano, with a presentation and combination of ingredients that struck us as unrefined and lacking in culinary coherence. The dining experience, in this case, did not justify the cost at all.
Considering the value for money, we opted not to order dessert. Another point to consider is the coperto, which is charged at €3 per person. During our stay in Sardinia, we visited several restaurants with more thoughtful offerings and more reasonable prices, and the coperto was always below this figure.
In short, we believe this establishment should reconsider its strategy: either adjust its prices to what they actually offer or raise the standard of its cuisine. As it stands, €22 for a pasta dish with this execution seemed disproportionate to us.
On the plus side, we should highlight the friendliness of the staff, who were attentive and cordial throughout. However, our overall rating is primarily influenced by the quality of the dishes and their price.
