A place where Sardinian tradition is celebrated in every dish, using the freshest ingredients, crafted to order. I tried the ricotta ravioli: simply delicious, with a generous portion that was completely satisfying. The owner is a fantastic person, welcoming and passionate about her work: she even showed me how she makes fresh pasta, right there in front of the customers. A detail that makes the difference is the open laboratory behind the counter, allowing you to observe the care and authenticity with which the products are made. A genuine place, where you can feel passion and tradition in every bite. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to savor the true flavor of Sardinia.
