20/07/2025: We had dinner two days ago. Fresh produce, freshly made pizza, and a good price. Caprese salad, truffle carpaccio, and rustic pizza. Three beers. Everything was fantastic. Highly recommended.

05/08/2025: Four of us went to dinner at La Piccola Cucina. The first and second courses were excellent. Unfortunately, the chicken main course wasn't very impressive. What was really unfortunate was that not all the dishes were served at the same time. The staff was very kind and attentive.

24/07/2025: We had a dining experience for dinner at NaturaBio. We liked very much everything about it. The food was very delicious, prepared traditionally. The atmosphere is amazing. A place where you should definitely visit at your trip to Alghero region.

20/07/2025: The atmosphere and location are top notch. We went here for a dinner as a couple. Everything was delicious and plentiful, and we left feeling truly satisfied. The experience begins with appetizers (various and excellent, all locally sourced), followed by first courses (delicious 😋), meat-based main courses (the porcetto is excellent, according to a Sardinian), culminating with fruit, ice cream, coffee, desserts, and liqueurs. Recommended!

29/07/2025: It was more local than a tourist place, which was a lot of fun to try. When we read the menu, there is the same word that appears in many of the dishes. When we finally look up the word we see it is a horse meat restaurant.. that was a big surprise and not something we are a fan of at all. So we won't go there again. But otherwise they were nice and good service.

02/08/2025: I had the pleasure of returning to Il Pesce d’Oro in Alghero on the night of July 11th, accompanied by two dear friends, as the first evening stop on a dinghy circumnavigation of Sardinia. During the trip, we visited several excellent restaurants near the ports, but Il Pesce d’Oro, along with another in Villasimius, particularly stood out, for reasons worth highlighting. We were greeted with extreme courtesy and professionalism by the owner, Debora, and the staff. Despite arriving early, our table was already ready. We began with exquisite appetizers, followed by an amazing lobster pasta, accompanied by a great Gallura Vermentino. As always, the service lived up to our expectations: attentive, professional, and never intrusive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

01/08/2025: Great place, great service, amazingly delicious food. We went there twice during our week-long stay. The hosts recommended it as the best fish restaurant in town. However, both times we had to book a table in advance because there were lines outside.

19/07/2025: Local cuisine, generous portions, and attentive waiters. A special plus for the pistachio cheesecake. I recommend it if you want to eat in a quiet, family-friendly place.

12/08/2025: Ottimo cibo, ingredienti di qualità. Quantità non generose. Molto buoni i tagliolini all’algherese e discreti culurgiones. La bontà non giustifica i prezzi spropositati, viste anche le porzioni. Siamo sui 20€ a piatto. Avendo un bambino di due anni, abbiamo chiesto una pasta in bianco, accordandoci per degli gnocchetti sardi: sono arrivati dicendoci che erano totalmente sconditi. In pratica tolti dalla pentola e messi sul piatto. 10€ a fronte di 0.30€ di pasta scondita, cui abbiamo dovuto chiedere dell’olio da mettere perché gli gnocchetti non diventassero un tutt’uno e potessero essere mangiabili. Piatto e prezzo senza senso. Nemmeno l’atmosfera, il locale ed il servizio non giustificano i prezzi.

21/07/2025: Very good food, fast and attentive service, reservations seem mandatory during high season. Unfortunately, the heat is intense in the small street where many of the tables are located, which makes it difficult to enjoy the dishes.

28/07/2025: As we were staying across the road. It was our go to place for the morning coffee and cornetto (croissants). Every morning during our stay. We'd end up having 2 Americano and 2 Cappuccino,plus 2 croissants all for €11.60. Really friendly staff in there. Busy spot. But never waiting long. Enjoy.
