15/10/2025: Strolling along the seafront, we decided to make a reservation for dinner, and we were right! The restaurant is very refined, with professional, elegant, and attentive staff. The service is excellent, and the quality of the food is truly excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious: we enjoyed typical Carloforte dishes. The tuna steak, which I'd been dying to try, was truly excellent, as delicious as everything else. The location is beautiful, right on the seafront. The prices are high, but the quality of the food and service justifies it. If you want to savor typical local dishes and be pampered by attentive and friendly staff, this is definitely the place!

06/10/2025: In my opinion, it's the epitome of excellence in Carloforte. High-level service that doesn't veer into excessive formality; time is spent at large tables and comfortable seating; an extensive and refined wine list; mastery from appetizers to dessert; fair bills that are perfectly tailored to the offerings. But what really makes the difference is the staff: all of them! Congratulations 💯

10/10/2025: Spectacular cuisine. I appreciate the local wine selection, but it doesn't quite live up to the dishes. We'll definitely return to try some of the other pairings.

08/10/2025: This restaurant was our primary reason to take a day trip to Isola di San Pietro and the whole trip was absolutely worth it. Amazing place, people and food. Don't expect anything fancy, but simple things on a very high level for a reasonable price.

23/11/2025: We arrived here by chance in the rain, hungry, around 3 pm. We were greeted and seated by the owner despite it being late for lunch. Mario is the best in the world! He offered us the house special, and we were able to watch the games. The food and service were excellent, and you felt right at home. When we return to this area, I will definitely return to this inn. I recommend it to everyone.

03/09/2025: Historic pizzeria....I practically grew up with them....first Gisa's father, whom I never met, then Gisa and her husband, whom I met, then Angela and Giusy, Gisa's daughters....who today maintain the family tradition....in every way....both the positive aspects (the goodness of the products) and the negative ones (seize the moment or you'll never find anything left to eat)....

27/10/2025: A superb 5-star restaurant! We were exceptionally lucky to be able to eat at 11:00 AM because we were starving. The baccalhau was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic! The staff is very friendly and competent! Bravo, we'll be back! Best regards and thanks again!

07/10/2025: A gem in the alleys of Carloforte. The waiters are extremely kind and knowledgeable, and the cuisine is simple but made with excellent ingredients. I'll be back to try the pizzas, which were worth a try for their aroma and appearance. Highly recommended.

01/10/2025: We spent 12 days on vacation and dined here four times. The first courses and fish are excellent, but the gourmet pizzas with Carloforte's famous and delicious tuna are definitely worth trying. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

09/11/2025: We visited this restaurant twice in quick succession. Ambiance: cozy and charmingly decorated. Service: truly very friendly and attentive. Food: The first time, it was fantastic. Everything was freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. A wonderful culinary experience. It was accompanied by a superb wine from Cantina Santadi. Perfect. The second time, everything was also good. Only the orechette mi tunfis weren't quite as fresh as the first time (subjective observation). But we still wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Ximo de SY Asante Sana Update: Now, at the end of November, they are only open on weekends. Last Friday, we visited again. It was wonderful. All the guests, including ourselves, clearly enjoyed the evening. We did too, of course. Without a doubt: It was a great evening. Thank you so much!

14/08/2025: The focaccias are delicious, we especially enjoyed the stracchino one. The farinata is also delicious. The waits, however, are terrifying; there's only one person serving, and when someone comes to take a very large order, you get stuck for a long time.

09/09/2025: We didn't have a reservation at the restaurant, but we were still able to get a table. For starters, we treated ourselves to pasta, which was simply delicious. Then, for our main course, we had tuna with millesfoglie potatoes and mayo. It was truly fantastic! It's a very nice touch from the chef that each table is personally greeted upon arrival.

09/09/2025: Among Carloforte's cafes, this is the one with the best service and breakfast selection. It also offers gluten-free products.

16/08/2025: Breakfast included a savory croissant and half a focaccia, a glass of juice, and a double espresso. Leaving aside the high price, which is understandable for a seaside location, what really disappointed me was the poor quality of the ingredients. The croissant was stale and dry, and the half focaccia, not only had been in the refrigerator for days due to its lack of flavor, but was also filled with a tiny slice of ham and an equally tiny slice of cheese. Table service, provided by a rather listless and hasty young woman, ended my stay. I can't recommend the place at this time.

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations: the two of us ordered two appetizers (octopus salad and Catalan-style shrimp) and a "superior" (?) fried fish. They assured us they used only fresh products, so I won't contradict them. I will say, however, that the taste, on the palate, was that of frozen products, and not even prime quality. Several dishes on the menu were unavailable. The atmosphere was surreal: Friday evening (October 3rd), 9 pm, with Carloforte full, we were the only two tables for the entire dinner. Important fact: €97 for two appetizers, a main course, a still wine, and two glasses of white wine. Something to reconsider...

25/09/2025: Friendly staff, especially Sofia, who found the perfect table for us. The dishes were very good, although the appetizers were a bit small. However, with the appetizer, main course, and dessert, you'll leave feeling just the right amount full. The Vento da Ma white wine was excellent (recommended by the staff). The spaghetti with squid ink is the restaurant's specialty and certainly lived up to expectations. Reservations are recommended well in advance.
