19/07/2025: Very friendly staff...good food, we tried the fregola and colurgiones...all with two glasses of good Vermentino...quiet atmosphere...more than fair value for money.

15/07/2025: The mixed appetizers were still a bit frozen, but the ingredients didn't seem bad! The octopus was good, and the fried food was excellent! Very friendly and fast!

20/07/2025: Abbiamo usufruito del servizio da asporto pranzando con gnocchetti alla vegetariana (10 euro) e polpo con patate (16 euro) e posso affermare senza alcun dubbio che il rapporto qualità/quantità/ prezzo è davvero molto buono. Il servizio è veloce e molto cortese, gli imballaggi ecologici e il piccolo locale è ben tenuto! Peccato averlo scoperto solo a fine vacanza.... è davvero un jolly di qualità da non perdere assolutamente!

11/07/2025: Viel zu lange Wartezeiten.Nichts besonderes. Nicht das Geld wert. Einfach Nudeln mit Tomatensoße.🤣 Da hätten es die Nudeln aus dem Supermarkt mit Tomatensoße aus der Dose auch getan.

24/07/2025: Disorganized service, a charmless atmosphere... an overall disappointing experience. I agree with another comment below: I really don't understand the enthusiasm surrounding this restaurant, especially when you know there are much better places just a few steps away. The dining room staff seemed completely overwhelmed: a very cold welcome, a 15-minute wait to be seated, then another 15 minutes for someone to take our order... and only after we asked for it. My dish was even forgotten; we had to report it. And finally, when it came time to pay, it was another table's bill. As for the food, it was okay but far from memorable.

22/07/2025: We ate here several times during our vacation. The food was always fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. The outdoor area is well-maintained and offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing at the end of the day. The service was consistently friendly and attentive. A particularly positive aspect was the excellent value for money. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant that consistently delivers quality and hospitality.

03/08/2025: Benché sia un ristorante storico io non c'ero mai stato. Ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Location molto bella: sobria, non sfarzosa, ma piacevole. View da favola sul golfo di Cala Caterina. Servizio ottimo. E ottima interazione con il personale di sala che, discretamente e senza essere invadente, dava ottimi consigli. Prezzo adeguato alle aspettative e all'ottima qualità del cibo. Tornare.

02/08/2025: Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato in una delle cala Caterina rooms e visto il bellissimo tramonto della spiaggia di santo stefano abbiamo deciso di disertare l’idea di una cena a Villasimius optando per il ristorante collocato affianco alla nostra camera. Siamo stati accolte divinamente dai titolari e dallo staff e abbiamo vissuto una super soddisfacente esperienza culinaria. Non mi resta che ringraziare chi si trova a capo sia della struttura ricettiva che del ristorante, in quanto sono riusciti a soddisfare le mie esigenze di relax sia a livello di mare, di riposo che culinaria !!!

10/07/2025: KITCHEN NIGHTMARE! It literally felt like I was living through an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. We ordered two pizzas and three first courses. After a reasonable wait, the two pizzas arrived; one was seafood, while the pizza arrived with just a few pieces of octopus and nothing else. After a full 27 minutes, the two first courses (two culurgiones) arrived, and after a reminder to the cashier and several waiting staff, the owner at the cashier shouted in front of everyone in the restaurant that three first courses were missing from our table, humiliating both us and them. After another 19 minutes of waiting, the last first course arrived, and by the time the pizza orderer had finished their dinner and the culurgiones orderer was finishing, the last diner could have started eating. He could have, because he wanted to, but he couldn't, as the quality of the dish he ordered was poor, to say the least, with undercooked pasta, a very low-quality sauce, and a sausage that wasn't included on the menu (it was included in the deal). When it came time to get the bill, the lady at the cash register casually asked us how it went. We pointed out and mentioned all the absences, and were belittled with a simple "Oh well, it can happen, the unexpected things in our jobs" without apology or concern. To top it all off, he made us pay the full amount without even discounting us a cent or apologizing for what had happened. NEVER AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE.

04/07/2025: We had dinner at Sa Tanka, hospitality worthy of a 10, truly good food with refined and quality dishes, impeccable service, authentic and genuine environment, truly recommended.

03/07/2025: Everything was perfect. We had dinner in this place surrounded by nature, despite our delay, due to our confusing misunderstanding about the name of the place, they waited for us and hosted us very well. The mussels as an appetizer were something sublime, salty and tasty just right, as they should be. The first courses were exceptional, I regret not being able to eat such good products always, excellent, the "scarpetta" was never missing of course. The staff welcomes you with a big smile and is very interested in how your evening is going and if everything is going well. Extraordinary! These are the places that remain in the heart. Everything is fantastic. Beautiful, clean, airy, intimate and relaxing environment. Memorable evening. Thanks again to the sweet waitress and the final chat, very nice!!🫶🏼 We will definitely return if the opportunity arises again. A pleasure to see places as well-kept as these and such sweet staff! Excellent prices. See you next time.

12/07/2025: We had the great honor of dining at this magnificent restaurant for several evenings, the only one in Villasimius that offers a sunset view of the sea right from the beach. The products they serve are fresh; the mixed raw fish was exceptional, as was our catch of the day. The waitress helped us choose wine from the extensive list, and with her excellent knowledge of food and wine, she explained the various pairings and accompaniments, something we've never encountered in Villasimius, as we are great wine lovers. This restaurant is top-notch; we paid a fair price for what we ate and the service was impeccable. We'll be back in September.

11/07/2025: Excellent quality, fantastic location, especially for dinner; we ate here for lunch. Prices are high and portions are small. There's a cover charge. A full meal, from appetizer to dessert, costs at least €100 per person. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

01/07/2025: Drinks in plastic and paper cups, food on paper plates, on top of that no table service and you have to take your trash and recycle it into bins yourself when you leave. Not the kind of experience I expect from a beach bar. The only positive is the atmosphere, music and surroundings. Rather go for a cocktail to the restaurant right next door for a more civilized experience and not like in a camp. REPLY TO BAR’S COMMENT: If you cared so much about the environment you would be using reusable cups and plates and not single use disposable plastic and paper. There is also no reason you can’t clean up the trash yourself and instead want your customers to do it.

15/07/2025: A VERY disappointing experience. When I ordered ARTISAN spaghetti...with fish and lime...I was greeted with spaghetti that was nothing artisanal at all, with clams, bottarga, and tomato. I called the lady back and she took the dish back to the kitchen...too bad a colleague arrived and shamelessly told me the kitchen was closed at 10:20 PM...then he handed me the dish I DIDN'T order. Now...it's not about the 3 euro difference, because I won't become poor and they won't become rich, but the absurd thing was this blame game. Please: don't behave like this with tourists: act like a gentleman and, above all, be competent...all you had to do was admit your mistake right away. Never again!! I forgot: the rubber octopus appetizer...try it before it comes out.

15/07/2025: A very quiet and relaxing hotel. The gardens and pool are very well maintained. The included breakfast was quite good. The room was very simple, with narrow beds and just the right size. It's more like a hostel, but everything was very clean and tidy.

17/07/2025: Campulongu beach is beautiful, and the beach services are excellent. Thanks to Andrea Puma for his always excellent service. We'll be back.

28/02/2025: Great location, excellent in all services, the staff is very kind and helpful The owner Dante is attentive and helpful. The structure is close to the beach where it provides an umbrella and deckchair service The cuisine is local Both seafood with their catch that will be kept all cooked by a very good chef. They also have a barga service with trips to the most beautiful beaches with lunch on board "a real party" I recommend this structure for a holiday full of emotions

02/08/2025: Super delicious ice cream – one of the best I've ever had. Overall, the best food in Villasimius. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. As we left, we received a small souvenir from the manager 🤗 All the best to you, and don't mind the sometimes pointless, negative reviews.

22/05/2025: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und kulinarisch hervorragenden Aufenthalt! Das Essen ist, wie in fast allen Rezensionen zuvor erwähnt, hervorragend. Der Service war absolut gut. Freundlich und schnell. Kann mir die etwas schlechteren Bewertungen gar nicht erklären. Preislich im Vergleich zu dem was sonst so hier geboten wird absolut fair!
