Clean and welcoming, this restaurant is, in my opinion, much better than many others in the city, and certainly in Pula!

17/07/2025: A wonderful evening in an authentic farmhouse. The menu features classic specialties, served in generous portions. Appetizers include cured meats and cheeses, Sardinian first courses, and main courses featuring mutton and Sardinian suckling pig. The desserts are truly delicious. The staff are friendly, warm, and always available. Highly recommended for those who want to savor Sardinian cuisine in a family atmosphere.

17/07/2025: I almost never give a five-star rating, but this time I have to. The location is exceptional, the food is exceptional, and the staff are exceptionally kind, even the English language knowledge is very limited. We went as a family of five and tried the full menu. The meal consisted of a variety of starters, including sausage, cheese, prosciutto, grilled and fried vegetables, two kinds of pasta, sheep and piglet meat, fruit and vegetables, dessert, two kinds of wine, and a selection of digestives. It was absolutely outstanding value for money. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to other visitors.

03/08/2025: Consigliato da un amico della zona. Spazio semplice e ampio, anche all’aperto. Servizio cordiale e attento, pulito e non rumoroso. Menù con app e comanda al tavolo. Costi medi, non bassi ma fattibilissimi e ne vale la pena in rapporto al cibo. Abbiamo optato per antipasto degustazione della nonna che si mangia tranquillamente in due. Buonissimo e di qualità … consigliatissimo, tornerei solo per quello. Una porzione di maialino in due perché pieni. Tenerissimo anche se grasso. Consigliato il Cannonau ed è stata una buona sorpresa perché non li amo ma meritava. Complimenti! Consigliati.

16/07/2025: The restaurant has a lovely garden where you almost feel at home. The value for money is definitely not the best; we've ordered similar items elsewhere for significantly less. We chose this restaurant because it's one of the very few open on Monday evenings in Pula. We didn't like the fact that when we ordered grilled prawns, two out of five weren't clean, making them quite unpleasant to eat. We mentioned this to the waitress, who didn't report it to the kitchen, so after paying the bill, we mentioned it again at the cash register, where the owner got very loud in front of everyone, trying to offer us something. We declined because the goal wasn't to get anything offered, and we felt quite uncomfortable. Personally, we wouldn't recommend it.

Il posto è semplicemente favoloso: immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta, un’atmosfera suggestiva, curata nei dettagli e lontano dai rumori del paese. Ideale per chi cerca una serata rilassante e fuori dal caos. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Ottimi gli antipasti e sopratutto la carne! Un luogo che merita davvero di essere scoperto e vissuto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

27/07/2025: We came to this wonderful corner of paradise on the recommendation of a dear friend, and no advice could have been more accurate! Piccolo Ranch is expertly managed by the excellent Cristian, always present, professional, and discreet. The same goes for the entire staff—Erika, Manuel, and Nicola—who are excellent in organizing the restaurant and eager to please guests with their presentation of traditional Sardinian dishes. All this creates a family-friendly atmosphere, transforming a simple stay of a few days into a wonderful adventure to be repeated as soon as possible! Highly recommended!

05/08/2025: An excellent seafood restaurant in a dream location. CHRISTIAN and his team offer a friendly welcome and exceptional courtesy. Availability, customer care, and excellent professionalism are evident in the smiles of those who welcome you. The rich and refined menu combines dishes based on local products that often produce a "wow" effect... everything is truly excellent. I will return again to enjoy dishes of exquisite flavor.

04/08/2025: We went to Marchi for dinner yesterday. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The location is wonderful, the ambiance, also a beautiful view of the lagoon, and lovely tables with beautiful decorations. As for the food, the spaghetti with tomato sauce for my daughter and the black rice were very good, but the fish for the main course was bland and boring. Unfortunately, the service was completely unacceptable. The "head waitress," who was responsible for ordering, couldn't really help in either Spanish or English. She wasn't really available for the rest of the evening. The assistant waiters were friendlier, but very stressed. All the waiters had headsets to communicate with each other, which is a good idea. Unfortunately, the result was that they couldn't hear you and were often distracted during conversations, or couldn't understand you properly because someone else was talking with them on the headset. What was really bad was that my daughter's spaghetti came first, even though she had ordered that and nothing for me. I had to complain about this, and then I was told that this was the order of spaghetti, first courses, and second courses, and so on. I'm used to it that if not everyone orders each course, they ask when something should be brought or whether it should be brought together. In this case, my daughter would have eaten her own dish, and I would have eaten mine afterwards! So the greeting from the kitchen didn't come until after her spaghetti, and there was no spaghetti for my daughter. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. Even afterward, the service was lacking. When I wanted to pay, I had to ask several times. The waitress in charge was unavailable because she was endlessly taking orders… Not acceptable in a restaurant of this category.
