03/10/2024: This place is for sure a "must-have" on your gastronomic adventure in Sardegna. If you arrive to Cagliari and travel around - this should be definitely in Your scope. The place is usually full, then we recommend to book in advance. We opted for both degustation sets, themed around earth and sea, and were thoroughly impressed by the exquisite balance of flavors crafted by Chef Manuele Senis (and his small team). Each dish showcased his creative approach, highlighting the best of local ingredients in a delightful interplay of textures and tastes. The earth menu offered rich, hearty flavors, while the sea selection was fresh and vibrant, making for a remarkable culinary journey. Don't hesitate to accompain it with wine proposed by Melania. We left feeling completely satisfied, eager to return for another round of this delightful gastronomic adventure. Again, I highly recommend Mema for anyone looking to indulge in a masterfully curated dining experience! Cheers!

01/09/2024: Ci siamo stati 2 volte in una settimana, la prima volta abbiamo atteso davvero tanto l’arrivo delle pietanze, ma il gusto di quanto ordinato (mix di tartare di pesce, e 2 primi tagliolini al nero, spaghetti con bisque di gambero e 2 turamisciù) ci ha fatto mettere da parte la snervante attesa. Tanto è vero che siamo ritornati la seconda volta, scegliendo un orario differente. È inutile dire che anche la seconda volta siamo rimasti contentissimi della scelta! Per me si classifica al primo posto di tutti i ristoranti della zona e se devo dirla tutta anche di altre zone della Sardegna. Il personale è composto da tutti giovani, molto cordiali e professionali! I miei complimenti a tutti!

30/08/2024: Sono venuto qui il mio ultimo giorno di vacanza per godermi per l'ultima volta i sapori sardi. Qui ci veniamo ogni anno e non ci delude mai. C'erano tante scelte dagli antipasti di terra e di mare, ai primi, ai secondi e per i più piccoli anche il menù baby. La cosa più buona di questo ristorante è il pesce, pescato da loro il giorno stesso: Squisito. Di primo abbiamo preso:dei ravioli ripieni con pecorino in salsa con panna e sugo, dei tagliolini col nero di seppia e bottarga e una pasta con rapa e pecorino. Era tutto buono. Di secondo io ho preso un fritto misto con totani, calamari, seppie, un polpo, pesciolini e gamberi: il paradiso, buono e abbondante, e gli altri hanno preso la seppia e il pescato del giorno, di preciso la triglia. Per finire un caffè e via. Il cibo era ottimo, il servizio impeccabile, erano gentili: ti spiegavano tutto e ti davano degli ottimi consigli. Sono anche veloci a portare il cibo. Bravi bravi. Consigliatissimo

30/12/2024: Su Furrattroxiu is a Sardinian trattoria that offers delicious home cooking. With an outdoor dining area surrounded by plants, it's the perfect place for hanging out with friends or an intimate dinner with that special someone. With fine wines and meals perfect for sharing and tasting, it's a hidden but perfect place to dine. They specialize in spit-roasted suckling pig, snails with garlic and parsley, wild boar in red wine sauce just to name a few dishes. As vegetarians, there are options for us too. We enjoyed a nice vegetable platter, traditional colurgiones and a nice plate of ricotta and saffron ravioli with a house red wine. It was a beautiful evening even though we arrived a little late and with the tables full, they were happy to make room for us and we had a great time.

20/08/2024: I loved my visit to s'Osteria! The service was absolutely top - both the man and the woman who run and operate the small shop looked after us with so much heart and love. You can immediately feel that there is real passion at work here. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the personal touch with which we were served made the evening special. I'll definitely be back and can only warmly recommend s'Osteria!

13/08/2024: Very nice place with few seats, characteristic in the center of Pula. We entrusted ourselves to the owner who offered us a mixed platter of cured meats and an excellent bottle of white wine. The products are really of excellent quality, I would say that it was a pleasant gastronomic journey. Super recommended.

19/09/2024: Schon die Begrüßung war von großer Herzlichkeit Wir wurden vom Chef mit Handschlag begrüßt und er zeigte uns gleich das Spanferkel -der Hauptgang wurde am Grill mit offenen Feuer zubereitet Doch zunächst eine irre Antipasti von dem was am Hof produziert wird. Danach super pasta und dann super Ravioli und dann kam der Hauptgang danach noch eine Auswahl Dolci, Cafe und Limoncello. Dazu Wein vom Hof. Sehr große Portionen Wer will kann auch noch nachordern Absolut empfehlenswert zu einem sehr fairen Preis

17/09/2024: Arriva settembre e ogni anno porto i miei famigliari e amici che vengono a trovarmi in questo angolo d vera cucina tradizionale ma sopratutto cn prodotti coltivati preparati cucinati da questa splendida famiglia che t accoglie sempre cn tanta gentilezza e umiltà e nn e da tutti anzi! Dai salumi ai formaggi dall ìnsalata d maiale (mamma che buona) dai ravioli al maialetto il pezzo forte della loro cucina e credetemi nn si trova un maialetto cosi buono in zona. . . Qui c vivo ho mangiato ovunque ma se cercate i sapori veri da una cucina sarda nn pensateci 2 volte qui li troverete.BRAVI.

25/10/2024: Nice restaurant and bar on Pula's market square. We sat on the first floor overlooking the square. The menu is not very large, but the food is fresh and very tasty. There are also cocktails. Here you can end the evening beautifully.

29/09/2024: A good place in the exact center of Pula. Limited but original menu, a good choice of wines and excellent desserts, from traditional Sardinian ones to more creative ones. For two, for starters, dessert, a beer and a glass (a little small) of excellent Vermentino we spent less than sixty euros, delighted, in the room on the second floor, with the view of the square and the kindness of the waitress

03/09/2024: BEST ICE CREAM EVER EATEN! (and I've traveled around Italy a lot). disappointment: the cone :(. The design of the place does not enhance the excellent quality of the ice cream.

01/09/2024: C'est le meilleur glacier de Pula, glaces maison et de grande qualité. Faites "l'effort" de sortir du centre du centre de Pula (c'est très proche) pour venir les déguster. Il n'y a certes pas autant de choix que partout ailleurs mais cela est largement suffisant, enfin une glace à la fraise au vrai goût de fraise, merci 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

31/10/2024: Mi dispiace molto ma la cena direi semplice ma non il conto , inoltre non aiuta pure la ZTL direi ingannevole nonostante non ci sia più nessuno e’ ancora attiva fino a tutto ottobre si rischia la multa serve per fare cassa? Attenzione !

05/01/2025: Franco-Sardinian family living in Pula. Delicious, well-filled pizzas, well-cooked dough. We generally get 4 pizzas for 25 euros (the price of a pizza in Paris!!)

30/12/2024: I often have pizza at New Paradise and I am always very satisfied. The pizza dough is thin and well cooked, the toppings fresh and quality. The staff is very friendly.
