28/03/2025: Una delle note positive di un locale che funziona sono i dettagli. Le Plus Bon va alla grande, è sempre pieno, tutti i giorni. Ma c'è un problema. Da tempo, e non solo il solo, non è disponibile il gelato. L'ottima Simona L., straordinaria nel servizio ai clienti, è anche un'ottima maestra gelataia, con ingredienti di eccellenza e tanta cura. Ma il gelato non si vede. Peccato, perché i gusti malaga, Lotus, cioccolati vari, le creme, sono di altissimo livello. Restiamo in attesa. E complimenti per il resto.

26/03/2025: Pessima esperienza; gentilezza e cortesia nella norma, ma assoluta mancanza di professionalità. Ogni settimana un mio familiare si recava nel locale per fare colazione e su mia richiesta, ordinare dei croissant vegani da asporto. Una volta, tra questi ne trovammo uno con miele, che proprio vegano non è. Ma una svista può accadere. L'ultima volta però è avvenuto un fatto increscioso: Oltre ai soliti croissant ha chiesto se disponessero di qualche dessert, sempre vegano, da portare via. Il personale gli ha proposto delle piccole coppette (dimensione di uno yogurt e anche meno) con diversi tipi di dessert al "modico prezzo di 6 € l'uno (!). E vabbè, pasticceria artigianale... ci può stare; ne acquista quattro. La prima sorpresa si presenta dopo aver consumato due dei quattro dessert, quando notiamo che, in base a quanto riportato in una minuscola etichetta sul fondo delle coppette, non si tratta di dolci artigianali ma di prodotti industriali di una pasticceria della Lombardia (se ricordo bene). Ma la cosa non finisce qua, perché leggendo l'etichetta (della verità) scopriamo anche che tali prodotti non sono nemmeno vegani, infatti contengono latte e uova. Ma stiamo scherzando? Un cliente chiede in modo specifico dei prodotti esenti da determinati allergeni e gli viene rifilata questa roba qua? Al di là della sciatteria, non so se si rendano conto della gravità della cosa. Ci sono persone che sono andate all'altro mondo per aver consumato cibi per loro letali e somministrati a loro insaputa! Queste leggerezze sono da denuncia all'Autorità competente. A beneficio di chi legge, aggiungo che il giorno dopo il mio familiare si è recato presso l'esercizio, con i due dessert "superstiti" ed integri, e ha esposto quanto accaduto. La reazione è stata grottesca, in quanto i dipendenti si guardavano fra loro dando l'impressione di non rendersi conto della situazione. Comunque mi è stato rimborsato l'importo dei due dessert integri perché gli altri due erano stati consumati. Che pochezza! Un'altra occasione persa per dimostrare un pizzico di serietà. Inutile aggiungere che avete perso qualche cliente. Un consiglio spassionato: imparate a lavorare

20/02/2025: Soggy sushi that as soon as I touched it with the chopsticks it all fell apart then as soon as I put it in my mouth I rejected it due to the strange taste that I had never seen such a sushi in my life... I made a bad impression with my friends that if I still think about it I will never order from you again... it's really true never leave the old to try the new never again...

10/11/2024: Bar with old furnishings, excessively high prices, price list not displayed, no menu to check the prices at the table, 2 euros for a coffee seems really excessive to me. A bottle of Guizza water costs 2 euros, same as above. Too bad, I won't be back again.

09/03/2025: I went there with a friend. It was a positive experience. We had some ice creams and were satisfied immediately and with great kindness by the girl at the counter. There are many flavors, even very original ones.

22/09/2024: Merci pour ce moment passé dans votre restaurant. Nous avions eu un bon accueil par un serveur qui tentait malgré lui de parler français c’était adorable. Nous avions été surpris par la quantité des plats qui étaient copieux, mais surtout un grand régalé. Mon compagnon avait pris un pokebowl poulet et moi un burger. Tout simplement excellent ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

02/03/2025: We organized the catering for our son's confirmation with the Loyal staff. We felt at ease straight away. All our requests were accepted and the final result was a spectacle. - Perfect buffet presentation - Attentive, courteous and extremely helpful staff - Exceptional food quality - Punctual bar service - Final setup without a crumb around. Almost touching professionalism and great empathy with Giancarlo and his wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

10/01/2025: Varied and tasty lunch break, with healthy foods prepared by the cook. Table service mode. The standard offering is the "tris", a dish divided into three parts with first course, second course and side dish. Alternatively there is a choice of menu. Plus fruit and sweets; wide choice of drinks. For those who want a quick but healthy lunch break.

11/03/2025: Sorprendente! Pizza molto buona, originale e generosamente condita. Abbiamo preso una SUPERCULURGIONES e una SUPERSALERNO. Cornicione ripieno, impasto sottile, ingredienti di qualità. Digerita benissimo. Davvero soddisfatti. Vogliamo provare anche altre pizze mooooolto interessanti del Menù… abbiamo già deciso le pizze che prenderemo la prossima volta 🤭(ad esempio quella con la base pizza fritta 🥹). Cameriera cordiale e professionale, anche le altre persone dello staff sono risultate gentili. Locale pulito, curato, atmosfera gradevole. Andateci, ne vale la pena!

07/03/2025: Locale carino, buon servizio, prezzi medio alti, nel menù ci sono anche pizze speciali e " gourmet" da 15/16€ e in quel caso ti aspetti ingredienti al top e un forno tradizionale a legna...

04/01/2025: Worst place ever! ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE experience on the night of December 31st, advice: GO STRAIGHT! Here is a summary of the evening, which ended with the police and an empty stomach: - booked in advance with a deposit (105 euros for New Year's Eve dinner with the "Murder Dinner" show). - we surprisingly find the tables OUTSIDE, in the square without any warning of the possibility of having to eat outside in the middle of winter. Totally inadequate coverage, two umbrellas and two heaters for more than 50 people and canes as if we were inside the nativity scene enclosure (already imagine the cold and discomfort here). - Tables and workstations (dis)organized in bulk at the moment. On my table the DIRTY TABLECLOTH was not changed upon request but they only added a terrible disposable runner telling us "it's the only thing we have left". - PAPER PLATES (in a restaurant on New Year's Eve you certainly don't expect to look like a Caritas or a fast food restaurant) - Terrible FOOD! COLD, probably all already ready (thawed and thrown on plates as if they were leftovers), it was INEDIBLE! -MISER PORTIONS! (two culurgiones and two octopus each, for example) The dishes that arrived were WITHOUT CUTLERY (everyone had to use their own fork to take the food) and would barely have been enough for one person. We had to DIVIDE THEM into 4/5 people! (I attach photo). Even the slices of bread were cut so thin that they looked like wafers. - BAD SERVICE! We were waiting for the arrival of the courses for a very long time, so much so that at midnight we were having the second course and they brought us the bubbles. (Dinner ended like this!) -DINNER HALFWAY! The menu included various sorbets among the courses (never seen), the seafood second course has never been served as well as the desserts and the cotechino with lentils! -RUDE STAFF, they treated everyone with an air of mockery throughout the evening. Asking for bread and wine they answered "yes yes" but nothing arrived. After several complaints they told us in an annoyed tone that we had already drunk the required bottles (never warned either before or during dinner of a bottle limit per table). They tell us that the wine drunk up to the moment (and included in the dinner menu) was finished. To complaints about the general treatment and their behavior, other bottles of the same wine miraculously appeared. - We were left with an EMPTY STOMACH, we were FROZEN despite our coats and scarves (luckily it wasn't raining) and the show didn't go well given the situation and the general environment. - A HAIR WAS FOUND in the piglet. I could go on forever with all the contradictions, the behavior of the staff and the details of the absurd evening, the insults and threatening behaviour. After midnight and the bubbles passed, all of us who ate out decided to leave. Given the "no dinner" no one had the intention of paying the entire fee, given that initially the owner herself had announced that she would definitely give a discount. It's a shame that the other owner got angry, almost coming to blows! The police were called and the evening ended with hours of waiting to reach a compromise of just 20 euros discount! It's a shame that they made their money behind the backs of everyone present, while we WASTED THE EVENING, THE MONEY and even had to GO HOME TO EAT. They made fun of everyone! Clearly taking far more reservations than they could ever have (maybe more than double) So much so that there wasn't enough food! I would have one piece of advice: CHANGE JOBS and learn that IF YOU WANT TO EARN YOU HAVE TO WORK, don't make fun of people!

10/10/2024: The food is delicious, but they deceive you with the prices, the pasta on the menu said €14 and they ended up charging €15, they charged €2 for a cover and €3.50 for a Coca Cola Zero. It was delicious and the Argentinean served very well, but expensive for what it is.

07/10/2024: Dearest. Cutting board for 4 consisting of 2 slices of cooked ham divided in two, 4 slices of other cooked salami, 4 ricotta meatballs and to fill the cutting board, slices of focaccia. When we pointed out that not long ago the cutting boards were decidedly more appetizing, he replied "it's convenient for me like this" but not for us and we certainly won't go back, also advising against it to our friends

24/09/2024: I went to this place with my friends on Sunday, we had a very good time, Sara the waitress is super kind and helpful and Manuela the barlady is really good, we will definitely be back

11/04/2025: Horrible. We were the only table in the restaurant. 5 people. We waited for our food for an hour for 2 plates of bolo spaghetti and 3 Milanese escalope with 4 potato cubes fighting on the plate. No desserts, no coffee for an extremely salty bill. If only the dishes had been exceptional... To be avoided.

16/02/2025: Formerly was a quite good restaurant in a super position. Now they have only the nice position and unjustified high prices. Theses days you can find thousands of better places to eat in Cagliari.

06/11/2024: Pranzo domenicale con amici, tavoli al chiuso, menu con poca scelta ma piatti tutti buoni, serviti con gentilezza e nei tempi giusti. Prezzi più che onesti. Da riprovare in estate con menù completo.

13/09/2024: Purtroppo per una Reunion di famiglia, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante.. giornata di maestrale, temperature per colpa del vento, fredde! Chiamo il ristorante per accertarmi di avere il tavolo al coperto e al chiuso, anche perché con noi ci sarebbe stato un bambino, mi dicono di star tranquillo che assolutamente avevano già predisposto il tavolo al coperto. Arriviamo e ci ritroviamo il tavolo sotto un gazebo, circondato da una parte di vetrate, nel senso che risultavano praticamente aperte, perché non c erano tutti i pezzi di vetrata che avrebbero reso l’ambiente chiuso. Quindi arrivava vento sia a destra, sia a sinistra, d’avanti e dietro, abbiamo mangiato al freddo! Ho chiesto se si poteva chiudere tutto, ma mi è stato risposto di no. Ordiniamo da mangiare; cibo scadente e freddo, addirittura ci lasciano 30 minuti al tavolo senza neanche pane o da bere, chieste più volte patatine e olive ma nulla, olive mai arrivate e patatine arrivate fredde con il mangiare. Carne pessima e sopratutto fredda, pizze crude e fatte forse con forno elettrico.. oltre al nostro tavolo c erano solo altri 2 tavoli, che sono andati via velocemente perché anche loro morivano di freddo, visto che il locale era praticamente vuoto il mangiare sarebbe dovuto arrivare velocemente, invece no.. siamo arrivati alle 21:15 e siamo andati via alle 23:30. Tirando le somme, location non confortevole, cibo pessimo e servizio lentissimo. Mi dispiace solo per il cameriere perché è stato molto cordiale e gentile.
