28/06/2025: Everything good, plus rare kindness and helpfulness

20/06/2025: One star is even too much! Especially for the environment and service. Why? Because a pizzeria or any business open to the public cannot have a collaborator like that Pony pizza that I saw two days ago shouting, insulting and chasing a boy who was getting on the bus. Regardless of the reasons, a pony pizza cannot put in a bad light the image of a business in the center of Cagliari. Shameful.

11/10/2025: An excellent experience, in my opinion the right balance of passion, professionalism, and creativity. In short: knowledge! All served with simple elegance. Compliments to all the staff, including the owners. An exemplary restaurant.

04/10/2025: We went to dinner the first day we arrived in Villasimius for our honeymoon. They treated us wonderfully, even though we arrived a bit late. They even shared a list of recommended beaches for the days we'd be there. The food: it couldn't have been better, delicious! We paired it with wine and Aperol; we loved it! Thank you to the entire staff for making it a wonderful dinner! Try the Moramisu for dessert, it's insanely delicious!

28/09/2025: Perfect 👌. Top service, more than reasonable prices, and great staff too. Shower 🚿 available. I was here with my truck on Saturday and Sunday.

12/09/2025: I ate here last year and had a great time. The first courses are very tasty and the meat...superb. The friendliness and welcome are very pleasant. I had the braised beef and it was very good. Tonight I'll have trofiette with mushrooms and a nice cut of Angus beef, and I drank a good Cannonau Rentiles, dark and sufficiently full. A pleasant evening, at Jope, thanks Fabiola, Annie Lennox and Anna, Elodie. ❤️

05/10/2025: I've been coming here regularly for about a year, having tried most of the similar restaurants in Cagliari and the surrounding province. Besides the incredibly fresh fish and a wide variety, including an all-you-can-eat lunch menu, what makes the difference is the service. The intimate location is quiet and extremely clean; the staff is always attentive and friendly, ready to explain each dish and make any changes requested. This kindness is hard to find at other all-you-can-eat restaurants in the area; hands down, the best experience and food in the city.

20/09/2025: The restaurant is a nice place, quite intimate and welcoming. They don't have gluten-free pasta, which isn't a problem for me, although these days it's always a must. But really, you're going to these places for fish, not pasta. Everything is fresh, everything is prepared according to tradition, and everything is accompanied by excellent prices, given the set menus, and the portions are in line with the prices. Recommended.

18/09/2025: We had spaghetti carbonara; unfortunately, the sauce curdled, and the guanciale wasn't cooked well. The spaghetti vongole was okay, though. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the food was quick.

12/10/2025: For the past two years we've lived in Cagliari, we've never been disappointed by this restaurant, but tonight, Saturday, October 11th, it was below par! We waited almost an hour for our table even though there were tables available. The waiter was anything but pleasant, and it took him 30 minutes to wake up to take our order. The presentation of the dishes was less than average, and the choice of "contorni" was either chips or a simple salad! And the final touch: a €12.30 service charge... A scandal given the mediocre service received. The waiter's response was, sir, that it was the prices. I can tell you that in two years I've never seen such prices for service in Cagliari; it's simply a rip-off, and all this without counting the fact that some drinks were charged twice. Apparently, the €12.30 "service" charge wasn't enough to put any money in our pockets. Basically, I strongly advise against this restaurant which today is more flashy and tourist trap and in no way respectful of the customer!!! I will not spend my money there again, which is a shame when you play that game.

31/07/2025: Very good pizza and everyone was very kind

12/06/2025: After months I find myself remembering the four days in Burcei, on three evenings, during the day we were touring, two dinners with a group of biker friends, we had them at the Montanara pizzeria. It is an informal place, the pizza is good, especially for those who like it crunchy, with quality ingredients. The only downside was having to wait for the dishes, this is because they work a lot with take-away, this shows the appreciation of the fellow villagers.

14/07/2025: To accompany the Aperol, there were all sorts of really good snacks. The prices were very reasonable: Aperol 5€, beer (0.33) 2€. Very friendly owners!

11/09/2025: I'll start by saying the pizza was pretty good, so I'm giving it full stars, as this review is constructive. I order two pizzas by the slice. There are only six flavors, so the choice is simple: sausage and onion. After 18 minutes of "Hi dear," "Hi Mario," "Hi Luigi," and so on (all people served before me), I decide to ask. I'm served, and the owner apologizes, but his wife, in a truly inappropriate way, begins, "What are you apologizing for?" The husband responds, "You waited 18 minutes for two small pizzas." The wife replies, "Never mind, if they want to wait." Let's just say it doesn't work that way. When I point out that everyone came first and that 18 minutes for two pizzas is embarrassing, the lady replies, "Oh, in your dreams." I might dream of two pizza slices in a decent amount of time, but with this unconstructive and uncompromising attitude, they'll surely dream of new customers, but Mario, Luigi, and various friends will definitely be there! Terrible! Work on your customer management!

08/09/2025: We go to the pizzeria, I order 4 pizzas to go, I pay, it was 7:30 pm, inside it's unbearably hot, while waiting other people arrive, who strangely leave before us, I approached me to ask for an explanation and I'm told that there are phone orders and that those who leave early are because they ordered by phone, okay, let's wait, moral of the story, after an hour of waiting my husband goes to ask for an explanation and they tell him that they don't have the order, absurd, so who did we pay for it? I re-ordered, apologies and that's it. Never again, and then for an hour of waiting, in addition to the apology, an extra pizza as a gesture (not for the pizza itself) was the minimum

03/10/2025: Today I popped into this place for a quick water and sandwich break during the pro-PAL event. I just want to say that you have a staff whose kindness is increasingly rare these days. The girl at the counter was special! I'll definitely be back, but I'll take it easy.
