21/12/2025: After a 10-hour drive, I stopped at this bar. It was 2 PM, so I thought I'd grab something to eat. I pulled into the parking lot to tidy up a few things and noticed they were cleaning up the floor. I was about to leave, but at that moment another customer approached the door asking for a drink. Wondering if they could serve from outside, I approached, but a girl inside watched me approach and said to her colleague, "I told you this guy was coming now." I politely asked another girl outside if they were closed, and the girl inside started singing, "Can't you see we're closed?", continuing her sarcastic remarks. I only approached them because they were favoring someone else, but there was no point in being so rude and disrespectful. I didn't respond only because I was tired. Shame on you.

16/06/2025: I have been going to the restaurant for several years, which I have always found very satisfying, both in the classic all you can eat and in takeaway and home delivery, we have always had a great time. Last week we returned with friends and we noticed a very notable drop in the quality of the raw materials and preparations, which have changed since the last time, I don't know what, if the kitchen staff or the quality of the product, but we were all very very disappointed, so much so that we did not finish several dishes ordered, which did not find our liking at all. Too bad, because, I repeat, until a few months ago we always had a good time. I hope they return to the past.

01/02/2026: The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is fast. But if I had had a paper menu, I definitely would have chosen something else I saw being passed around the other tables. Very fair prices. Recommended.

18/01/2026: A beautiful restaurant, delicious food, but a terrible experience on my daughter's 18th birthday. Everything was paid for as they wanted, without arguing, everything was included, from the food to the room decor, even the balloons and the candy table... I also gave them 100 balloons to take and fill the room with more, and 1 kg of confetti to make the table more abundant, and other things that I thought were even too much... But when I got to the room, dead, I felt like crying. They used some of my balloons for the 3 centerpieces, my tablecloths, (thank goodness) the room was completely empty, and the big disappointment was the candy table, there were only marshmallows, a jar, and 2 small glasses of fizzy sweets, (like a baptism with only newborns)... And my confetti...they didn't even put the confetti themselves... Paid for everything, as they say at the beginning, it was a fairy tale and then a total shame and disappointment. Then the head nurse's response ..... shameful

15/01/2026: We went with friends and ordered carpaccio with arugula and parmesan, braciole, and meatballs cooked in a terracotta pan with the sauce. Everything was spectacular. Fresh bread was available for mopping up the sauce. Then we ordered fillets that melted in the mouth. To finish, we had homemade desserts, grappa, and limoncello. The very kind and friendly owner will be able to recommend the right cut of meat for you. RECOMMENDED.

20/02/2026: Great bar, very good food, but the owners leave a lot to be desired. He smoked inside the bar, and when we came in to order, he was immediately rude. I won't be returning.

27/01/2026: A great place for good coffee with typical Italian snacks. Coffee served at the counter is cheaper than at a table. The service is helpful and friendly. You can enjoy your coffee both inside and in the garden. I recommend it.

01/03/2026: I'm very sorry to denigrate other people's work, but the laziness and arrogance of these people here is truly noteworthy. A lack of respect for the word "work." We arrived and asked for a table for three. It was 1:00 PM sharp, not particularly late. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant; we were the only ones there. We opted for a standard menu, but the appetizers arrived incomplete, and even the first course was the wrong one for what we had ordered. We didn't report it because it was a work lunch break and we didn't have time to wait for them to remake the pasta. The food was awful, the pasta overcooked. The coffee was also awful. The meat was supermarket-quality, and it was raw. We spent 30 euros each. The staff barely spoke to us, avoiding any contact with us. When it came time to get the bill, the gentleman at the cashier already had the receipt ready and simply pointed to the price with his finger. If I hadn't heard them talking to each other, I might have thought they didn't speak Italian, but they were perfectly Italian; our presence simply annoyed them. I REPEAT, we were the only ones in the entire restaurant (another couple sat down later, for a total of five covers), and it was a perfectly normal time; it wasn't late, we weren't even close to closing time for a restaurant. It's absurd to make such a mistake and perform so poorly with five covers. I understand if they were full, but today's service could have been handled better by a child (and I say this as a waiter). They simply weren't in the mood. The thought that our food was prepared with such a lack of enthusiasm and that 90 euros were stolen from us makes me truly uneasy. I just hope I don't suffer any intestinal problems.

21/02/2026: Beautiful evening, delicious pizza, excellent meat, very kind and helpful staff, the owner smiling and we immediately felt at ease, not to mention the good organization of the karaoke by Piero and Patrizia Miccolis, we will definitely be back.

24/08/2025: A really good place to eat meat, the meat is perfectly cooked, and the staff—I think a husband and wife—are very nice and welcoming, accommodating to any request. The prices are good for the quality of the products, and even lower than the Martina Franca average. We'll definitely be back.

17/08/2025: We found this very good place by chance, really by chance, we had dinner there, my wife and I, we ordered bombette, two different flavours, plus sausage and straccetti, everything spectacular, really excellent quality, in the short wait without having to ask, they brought us excellent olives and taralli, this price was also really fair for the quality and kindness

30/12/2025: An excellent restaurant, discovered by chance in the countryside between Locorotondo and Martina Franca. A very traditional location, a completely renovated Trulli farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves (where they produce an excellent wine). Simple, authentic cuisine, generous, and rich in quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. Let yourself be inspired by the service; you won't regret it. Well done everyone. See you next time. Completely satisfied.

26/01/2026: I'm a regular at this restaurant located in the historic center of Martina Franca, in the town's central and oldest square. This restaurant/pizzeria, with both indoor and outdoor dining, specializes in traditional Martina Franca meat cuisine. Bombette, chicken livers, gnummarielli, and exquisite veal steaks are of the highest quality. The animals, slaughtered in-house to create these fantastic steaks, are Limousin breed, as the owner specified. Therefore, the aging times are rigorous and perfect. The ovens used to cook the meat in Martina Franca are unique: the meat is skewered on long skewers, which are positioned near the embers at an angle. This allows the rendered fat to slide off the skewers without dripping, making the meat very flavorful and avoiding the excess smoke that normally occurs when the fat drips onto the embers below, horizontally, as is usual in traditional ovens. It goes without saying that this is my favorite restaurant, not only because I've known the owner personally for over 30 years, but also because the food is delicious! The pizza, the baked potatoes cooked in ash, the typical cured meats and cheeses, and the traditional Martina Franca bread (usually firm and slightly airy) make this restaurant excellent. Try it and believe it. The prices are below average. Thank you for everything and for your innate kindness!

01/12/2025: Welcoming and elegant atmosphere in a villa surrounded by greenery. Impeccable service provided directly by the very kind owners—a true treat, I'd say. The dishes are excellent in taste and presentation, seasoned and adorned with fresh, locally grown spices... incredible aromas. I also had the pizza....MAGISTRAL! What can I say about the dessert? A work of art! Villa Bacco is a restaurant you simply must visit, so I highly recommend it, and I will return every chance I get. The price is right! ☺️

28/02/2026: A 45-minute wait, in a suffocating space, to get home and discover a pizza ortolana without mozzarella!!!! And a margherita instead of the diavola!!!! Beer paid for, and if I hadn't said so, I could have left without a beer. Poor quality pizza. NEVER AGAIN!
