02/07/2025: We returned after 5 years and found the place changed and enlarged, we thought! How beautiful!... Too bad the bombette are no longer like those of years ago, they are less delicate. But the worst thing was the wine that was starting to taste like vinegar. I hope it was just a coincidence.

08/05/2025: Local meat joint. Meat shop. Mostly visited by locals. They speak mostly Italian. There is no menu to read. They don't give you the opportunity to order what you want because they don't speak English well. They served us whatever they thought. We were offered local lamb specialties, but not everyone in the company eats lamb. Nice local beer. A delicious platter of delicacies - pictured. Very tasty meatballs - they didn't stay for a photo. Delicious baked potatoes. If you like lamb, I would recommend this place. There were steaks on display but we couldn't try them because they didn't let us choose from the display. Rather, we are disappointed. On leaving, we saw at the other tables that they also offer salad. Serves us for dessert homemade cantocini.

17/06/2025: A nightmare....do not stay there absolutely, there is no air conditioning, the rooms are old and dirty, the bathrooms do not have a bidet, the kitchen is unfit for use...I slept there last night, or rather slept is an understatement, the room was at least 30 degrees, there is no mosquito net and finally the television only showed 4 channels on loop...... truly a nightmare from every point of view.....never again, never again

11/06/2025: I don't want to be mean, but a truck driver stopping for dinner and spending €33.50 for a tagliatelle with white ragù, a chicken breast with roast potatoes and a water is slightly excessive. It's definitely not for truck drivers. I would recommend doing a fixed menu like in almost all restaurants.

13/04/2025: The morning clerk has zero respect for basic hygiene rules: she took the focaccia without gloves after handling the banknotes. After pointing this out to him, he also responded rudely. Nobody checks it?

14/05/2025: Regular customer for years but to deserve the 5 stars I would like to give two suggestions: 1. Some dishes have pieces that are too big and should be smaller so as not to drown while eating... 2. and the place should be embellished a little compared to many other Japanese restaurants that I have seen.... Come on! another little effort and you will be the TOP!

05/05/2025: Locale storico nel cuore pulsante del paese, caldo ed accogliente, sia per la struttura e l' arredamento che per la disponibilità ed ospitalità del personale. Le pietanze rispettano la tradizione culinaria pugliese senza essere banali e scontate, con un pizzico di creatività che le rende ancora più gustose, e con materie prime di buona qualità, dall' antipasto al dessert.

04/04/2025: Siamo stati in famiglia , noi genitori e due bambini piccoli. Accolti con garbo e gentilezza . Il sorriso non manca mai , la ragazza che ci ha accolti è davvero molto garbata, in linea con tutto il locale . Il locale bello e caratteristico, pulito ed accogliente . Abbiamo preso la sezione di antipasti ed un secondo . Davvero una sorpresa , tutto ottimo e raffinato . Luogo tranquillo adatto a serate dove si può godere di buon cibo e compagnia senza il rischio di non sentirsi per il rumore . Conto davvero in linea , corretto ed onesto. Ci ritorneremo .

04/04/2025: Sono venuto a mangiare con la mia compagna in questo posto stupendo. Abbiamo preso antipasto misto con varie portate e la carne mista, che a mio avviso erano la cosa più buona, le salsicce e le bombette qualcosa di stupendo!! Straconsigliato!!

02/03/2025: Locale carino, location in un trullo....bello poter vedere la forma conica del soffitto.... Secondo me si mangia abbastanza bene, prodotti locali ....da quel che ho visto antipasti abbondanti....prezzi nella media. Non mi entusiasma, ma è un ristorante di livello medio/ alto....arredato con cura....pulito e rivolto a famiglie e giovani. Però dall' esterno è un po' desolato....e non molto " visibile".....siamo nella campagna di Martina Franca, esattamente a San Paolo ....ma se si ha bisogno di tranquillità va benissimo. Promosso ma potrebbe migliorare.

28/06/2025: Positon is great, personel is good. Food is delicious but when I got HALF of baby lobster with pasta for 35 € I was speachless. Glass of red wine 7 €... I understand that good positions go with high prices, but half lobster in shrip size is not cool

21/05/2025: I have to give 5 stars because you can't give more, the location is fantastic and tastefully decorated, the menu offers several choices, one better than the other and the chef's cheesecakes were out of this world. The service is very fast and the guys who work there love what they do. The quality/price ratio is perfectly respected. We will definitely be back to try more and more things

26/04/2025: Un’esperienza surreale. Prenotazione per il secondo turno per quattro persone. Io e il mio ragazzo arriviamo in anticipo di 10 minuti, ci fanno accomodare mentre aspettiamo i nostri amici. Passano appena 7 minuti (ripeto: siamo ancora in orario), e il proprietario – visibilmente infastidito – si avvicina con toni sgarbati e arroganti, dicendoci che avremmo fatto meglio ad aspettare fuori dal locale. A quel punto, dopo essere stati praticamente insultati, ci siamo alzati e andati via, senza neanche aver ordinato. Nessun tentativo di comprensione, nessuna cortesia, solo una maleducazione da manuale. Gestire un ristorante non è solo cucinare: è saper accogliere le persone con rispetto. E se questo locale ha deciso di puntare sull’antipatia come tratto distintivo, allora ha fatto centro. Non torneremo mai più. E non lo consiglierò mai a nessuno.
