07/07/2026: We were enjoying the nightlife in Nardò and a local shop owner recommended Trattoria del Vizio on her street. So we did – we sat in the lovely garden, received incredibly friendly service (multilingual upon request), and enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal. The town has definitely geared itself towards tourists, but like this restaurant, it retains its typical Italian charm and quality. The ambiance, the food, the location, and the staff – everything was superb. I disagree with the current 3.8-star review… And our dog was welcome in without any problems ;)

05/07/2026: I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll return. The waiter was annoyed by any questions about the menu. He seemed in a rush, both before and after the meal. The food was good, but some things needed attention, like the missing stracciatella pizza. The wait was endless, especially when it came to the bill. After asking for the bill at the table because we had to share it with the other guests, the waiter mocked us, along with the owner, repeating, "Yes, we have to share it." It's unfortunate, but we didn't feel valued. Taking 25 minutes to get a bill at the table is disrespectful to say the least. I hope you improve and understand that the customer isn't always right, but should be treated differently. Have a good day.

30/09/2025: Barista, I think he's also the owner of the bar, grumpy, coffee is like drinking pure poison, croissants are good but you can find them in any other bar where maybe they'll give you a smile and say thank you!

01/09/2025: A gem of a bar near the most beautiful beach in Puglia. Delicious Lecce coffee and a highly recommended hazelnut pasticciotto. Thanks Mattia for the tip! Extremely kind and honest with tourists, which unfortunately isn't always the case. A 110 with honors.

18/08/2025: We stumbled upon this bistro the first time by chance, and then returned a second time. The service was good, provided by young women that day, and the non-alcoholic cocktails were very good (plenty of choice). Thank you so much for this experience.

08/08/2025: A refined restaurant with a terrace overlooking the main square. The relaxing and pleasant atmosphere captivated us so much that we ordered more wine and other dishes, whose simplicity and flavor contributed to a wonderful evening, crowned by impeccable service, professionalism, and a smile.

21/04/2026: It's not the first time I eat at this place, but it's the first time the meat stinks (chicken cut) never again.

16/07/2026: It was the first time I felt sick at a sushi restaurant. At first, I ate a lot, probably because I was hungry, but then I started to notice the real taste of poor quality.

12/07/2026: At lunch... after struggling to figure out where to enter and parking in the convenient, sunny internal parking lot... I enter the Chinese/Japanese world with 8 other seats occupied on a Friday at 1:45 pm... at the table it's convenient for me to order with the tablet even if you need one per person and not one per table... despite the seats outside we had to eat inside, a catastrophic choice... inside everything is vaulted and very Salento and stylish, shame about the hellish heat and humidity... in short, as soon as I sat down and appreciated the architecture I just wanted to leave... then I make an effort and stay... to make a long story short: poorly presented dishes and without any kind of plating... soy spaghetti with seafood, inedible and soupy, really badly done... fried squid rings, 3 rings per portion... sushi average low but still decent... nothing was exciting and would make me return if not forced... thank goodness for the bill at 23 euros and 40 are I left without feeling any sudden changes in temperature... actually, I was sweatier and more tired than before.

12/03/2026: Passing through Nardò We made a series of calls looking for a pizzeria with gluten-free pizza And after many failures because they offered us industrial pizza bases, We tried Rostipizza Mania and they told us that Mario makes the pizza bases there! We trusted them and it was the best choice. I've never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza, from the base to the toppings. It's more of a takeout pizzeria with just a few tables, but it was worth it. Well done, Mario and the pizza chef. Delicious!

02/06/2026: We stopped for a quick lunch and chose the fried seafood. Truly excellent, fresh, and plentiful! We'll definitely be back.

30/05/2026: Low-quality frozen fish dishes from discount stores, even badly cooked. Poor whoever ends up there by mistake.
