03/01/2026: A nightmare end to the year and start of 2026.
My partner and I arrived on December 30, 2026, to spend New Year's Eve with many friends.
The safe didn't work, instead of bidet towels there were bathmats from under the sink, the refrigerator didn't work and was empty, and the closet had only four hangers for two people.
We notified reception, and they told us they'd send a maintenance man, but in three days of our stay, he didn't arrive.
The next day, they didn't come to clean the room; I went to reception to pick up the towels.
The worst came on January 1, 2026. There was no water in any room. No one could wash, use the toilet, shave, etc. The water was turned on at 11:00 a.m., but brown water came out of the taps. No assistance was provided, no explanation was given.
Many guests left the hotel having already paid, others asked for at least a refund for lunch.
The organization's arrogant and rude response was: "There is no refund, and if you feel like it, you can go wherever you want."
This hotel and this organization will never see me again.
