We dove headfirst into a six-course tasting menu, from appetizer to dessert, and I must say that in the end, everything was worthy of a memorable dinner. It wasn't just pizzas, but gourmet dishes, refined in their choice of ingredients and presentation. Art in the kitchen: every bite evokes a memory and evokes an emotion. A return to the past through empirical research that serves as a common denominator for the new frontiers of fine dining. I was particularly struck by a dough I've rarely encountered before: sfogliata. A pizza so thin and crispy it resembles a cracker; ideal for enhancing the flavors of light, delicately flavored ingredients. This potentially makes it a low-calorie dish, suitable for those whose dietitian told them pizza was only allowed once a week. Vegans had already been considered, and even celiacs had been considered: do you really think Orazio wouldn't consider making pizzerias accessible to the other 98% of the Italian population? 04/04/2026: It was on our list of places to visit, to try, and we finally went. In my opinion, it's a wine bar with a kitchen, serving good, high-quality osteria-style cuisine. They have a large selection of wines at fair prices. The simple dishes are traditional from Puglia and Gargano. We didn't try the meat, but they did try the cod in five different versions, all excellent. The traditional country appetizers were good. The EVO oil is locally produced, and you can taste it. A very welcoming place in the historic part of town; you can't access it by car, only on foot. A very good experience, definitely worth trying again. I personally found the chickpea and turnip hummus dish very good. Very well balanced.

13/06/2026: I had lunch at this typical restaurant and found it truly excellent. Traditional dishes with generous portions. I recommend ordering half of what you're expecting or one dish at a time. The staff were friendly and professional; they also offered sweet and savoury desserts and liqueurs. I highly recommend trying it.

07/06/2026: From Molise with fury! A lovely, hearty family lunch! They seated us at table number 3, and we had the pleasure of meeting both the owner and his daughter, as well as the rest of the very friendly and helpful staff. The set menu included a rich appetizer with various traditional dishes, three typical first courses, a second course and a side salad, traditional desserts, homemade amaro, and coffee. The experience leaves you with the taste of a Sunday from days gone by. The quality is evident and evident, and we were all truly satisfied. I recommend it to everyone! See you next time!

The quality and price of the services offered are also excellent. Thanks to Matteo Daniele and all the brothers, and especially their mother. The chef is fantastic, she prepares mouth-watering dishes and made a delicious cake.

Located 50 meters from the new Padre Pio Church, you can park your car in the restaurant parking lot. Recommended.
