Every bite speaks of attention, technique, and passion. Traditional and revisited dishes from Apulian cuisine, with incredible attention to ingredients. Cleanliness and friendliness are at their best. The atmosphere is impeccable, tidy, and welcoming. The staff, always friendly and professional, manages to put every guest at ease with a sincere smile and attentive, yet never intrusive, service. Consistent quality, even on holidays. Despite the typical holiday crowds, the quality has never dropped: excellent service times, dishes as carefully prepared as on any other day, and an organization that demonstrates great expertise. In short: a restaurant that combines freshness, flavor, and refinement, offering a truly memorable gourmet experience. A place to return to with pleasure.

Elegant and welcoming. Extremely courteous and attentive staff. Selected ingredients and dishes presented with understated elegance. Good wine selection. Good value. Worth a visit. I'll be returning in May 2026: I can only confirm the excellent experience I mentioned previously. I'd also like to add that the chef constantly offers new dishes, all of which are top-notch. A pleasant discovery in San Giovanni Rotondo. Quality cuisine, impeccable service, especially the banter between me and the Juventus fan at the tables. Grandma's tiramisu was incredibly delicious. Highly recommended restaurant, see you next time.

A truly beautiful place. Not the usual menu. The pancotto is a must-try. The wines are good. But there are a few flaws: the menu should be printed, and the relationship between waiter and customer should be a little clearer (since first-time customers know nothing about the place or the menu). Overall, excellent. Absolutely worth a try.
