16/03/2024: Pizza ottima e leggerissima, davvero meritevole, si vede che c'è una certa attenzione nella lievitazione. Una delle pochissime pizzerie che la fa a ruota di carro, proprio come a Napoli. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

24/01/2024: 5 stelle in ogni ambito e spiego anche il perché: - Cibo: materia prima di altissima qualità, pesce freschissimo, abbinamenti particolari e sempre sorprendenti, piatti mai banali, lo chef si reinventa ogni volta e lo fa sempre in meglio. È una sorpresa continua degustare le portate proposte dalla cucina. - Servizio: impeccabile. Lo staff di sala ti segue nelle scelte e racconta le portate nei minimi particolari. Ci sono sempre le giuste accortezze nel servire il cliente, massima disponibilità, grand garbo e una bellissima dose di entusiasmo. - Ambiente: tranquillo, ricercato, rilassante.. permette di godere dell'esperienza appieno. La mise en place sposa perfettamente il connubio della visione "fusion". Inoltre l'esposizione della vastissima cantina stimola tanta curiosità e voglia di sperimentare nuovi abbinamenti tra food & beverage. Nel complesso tutto si incastra perfettamente. 5 stelle più che meritate!

31/12/2023: Qualità del sushi molto buona, sapori molto particolari e ben abbinati. Ci sono state purtroppo alcune piccole pecche che potevano essere evitate: la frittura non era fatta bene poco croccante e “unta” come se l’olio non fosse arrivato a temperatura. Gyoza con verdure con dentro troppo aglio, erano davvero troppo forti. Il resto nulla da dire, personale gentilissimo e disponibile e qualità alta, forse un po’ caro.

09/03/2024: Il rustico is a rotisserie that offers many high quality products at fair prices. The panzerotti are absolutely worth trying. Very friendly and quick staff. I recommend going early because there is always a crowd.

13/03/2024: We stopped for a short and pleasant lunch. Freshly prepared food. Clean and welcoming place. The girl who serves, prepares, cleans... well we understand each other, the only one who works has a truly exceptional character, we felt welcomed as if we were at home. Very low prices and with the possibility of paying with tickets.

18/03/2024: On Saturday evening we were invited to this pizzeria, near the Multiplex, near one of the Lidl sales points in Foggia. I thought we would really test the place out on the weekend, since that's the worst time to go out to eat. Instead we were really surprised in several respects. The service is quick and precise, without ever being rude or intrusive. The cuisine is of quality: the golden and delicate fried food, the particular sauces and the pizza (I was afraid of eating a pizza by the shovel) is light, fragrant and tasty. The homemade desserts are really excellent! I hope to return there soon.

11/03/2024: This morning I paid for my drink at the cashier by going to the counter. The bartender assistant asked me what I had to get at the counter and I replied. He kindly checked the receipt and proceeded to throw it away. After a while the cafe attendant asked me if I had paid and I politely replied yes. When my drink was delivered he asked me for the second time if I was sure I had made the receipt, and I annoyed him and told him that I had made the receipt and that his colleague had thrown it away. After a while I ask my colleague if he had collected my receipt and he very kindly confirms what he said. Moral of the story, I didn't receive any excuses, I will never come to a place like this again, this is advice to the owners, check the quality of the service of your employees. BASIC: when you address your customers and you happen to stumble upon a figure, know how to apologize

16/03/2024: Era da tempo che volevo provare questo locale, dato che alcuni/e conoscenti, me ne avevano parlato positivamente. La pizza, personalmente, non mi ha fatto impazzire, nulla di particolarmente trascendentale, come anche i dolci, che definirei un pò troppo pesanti. Un'altra nota sicuramente negativa, la richiesta quasi ossessiva, al termine della pizza, relativa agli amari o al dolce, da me interpretata, quasi come un invito a dover abbandonare il tavolo, dato che c'erano persone fuori in attesa, potrei sbagliarmi, capisco e rispetto il lavoro altrui, però, mi piace mangiare con calma, infatti, alla terza richiesta (questa volta di amaro), ho fatto notare che mi mancavano due "cucchiaiate" al termine del dolce.

12/03/2024: I only ate the pizza which isn't to my taste, I prefer it crunchier...the semifreddo and the artisanal desserts in general were excellent...maybe we waited a little too long I think because of the takeaway pizzas considering it's a Saturday...
